Just picked up my cap. Impeccable craftsmanship by a lady that went out of her way to get the exact hat I wanted. Jane is a classy lady that dresses to a T and does high level work. Her British accent is delightful too. :)

I was referred by a softball colleague. Immediately upon sending my design and shirt/hat requirements, Jane sent emails of the logo and shirt/hat. She spent a good part of the day with me going back and forth till I was happy. She promised the delivery, which in the times of Covid delays, still got me my hats & shirts on time for the first game. She bent over backwards to accommodate and ensure that I was satisfied. I will be giving her another order when the new season starts again in December. The company is hard working amongst all the shipping delays these days. I did have to change my shirt color a little due to vendor stock quantities. Hopefully like everything else, that will get better in time. God awful service. Incredibly unprofessional and down right confrontational when asked about a timeline for job completion. Going to outsource my business to an out-of-town company that can do it for the same price and in a third of the time with none of the conflict.

Terrible customer service. Against my judgement, I decided to go with them instead of Mary Anns or Scrubs Paradise because I needed some embroidery done sooner. I had originally dropped off some scrub tops for school in March and explained to them that I would need them by 4/5. I was told they would have it done well before then and I would receive a call when they were done. Today 4/15 I called asking about them since I had not received a call. An older woman answered the phone and told me they were ready a while ago, and that I was called several times and that my voicemail is full(which isnt true). I was not arguing and was being polite, since I do need my school uniform. I tried explaining to her that I did not receive a call from them and she very rudely cut me off, yelling about how shes not discussing anything and this isnt the first time shes had customers say they havent received a call from them( which obviously points to a problem on their end). She then proceeded to yell at me that theyre ready as if I was dumb and hung up the phone as I was speaking. I dont even really feel comfortable going to pick them up due to how she made me feel over the phone. The younger lady was really sweet when I dropped them off, so I dont really understand the change. I typically love supporting local businesses but Ill never patronize them again or recommend them to a soul.

Great service! Walked in on a Thursday and had what I needed by Friday before noon! Did a great job making slight changes to the logo so the embroidering would turn out perfect! Thanks again! We also have our daughters uniforms embroidered here and they always do great and with timely service! Thanks again!

Advantage Specialties has been my go to place for about 20 years now. From high school sports, CF college events, professional exhibitions, fund-raisers, and back to high school sports, the people and the service have been top notch on each and every order. I always highly recommend this company to all my peers in the sports and teaching communities!

The school my daughter goes to uses them for the school logo on the uniform polos. 1/4/2021 I dropped three shirts off to get the logo on, I called on 1/14/2021to check the status of the shirts and was told it would be ready that day or the following day. Since I did not get a call saying it was ready for pick up, I called today,1/21,2021. Impatiently I was told, it’s finished, you can come pick it up. I should not have to be the one calling more than once to check on the status of the shirts, and hearing they were done and not calling to let me know is not good business. That should be the company’s job. And sounding impatient when I called is VERY unprofessional. Each time I used them, I had the same problem. Unfortunately only them does the logos on my daughters school shirt.

I wanted to shop locally for fundraising shirts. When I went in the store, I was told I could have just called and didnt need to come in. Odd, but ok. Their prices were decent so I decided to continue with them. I told a friend who was getting shirts for a different fundraiser that they screen printed and he called them as his shirt person did vinyl. After what he said was a bad experience on the phone, he decided not to use them. He left them a FB review and the same day, this shop called me telling me not to listen to my friend if he tells me anything, that hes a liar and was extremely rude. I didnt know why a business would do this, I almost didnt use them myself out of professionalism, but, I continued. I placed my order and they completed it in time, even a day or 2 shorter than they initially said. When I got home, it was wrong in that a shirt I ordered for my Godson was the wrong size. I know the screen printing process as I thought about doing it myself, so I knew it was not likely that Id get it fixed. I called and spoke with a gentleman who said if they got it wrong, theyd do their best to fix it but they were very busy. I said ok and we hung up. 5 minutes later I get a call from the woman, I think Jane is her name. She was audibly upset and was telling me how inconvenient this was to get fixed. She told me this is why she doesnt do phone orders and wants them emailed. When I stopped her and told her I wanted to email them but she told me to give it over the phone, she CONTINUED to tell me this is exactly why she doesnt like to do phone orders. What?! She then went on about how they were so busy and to get this fixed they were going to have to set up the whole thing again just for one single shirt. I hung up. I wasnt going to sit there and be told how inconvenient it was for them to have made a mistake. She called back while I was calling my friend, who had an apparent similar experience, letting him know it wasnt just him. She then emailed me not to apologize but, to say this, and I quote, During our conversation I was explaining that I read the order back to you and it would have been better if it had been emailed so that this error wouldn’t have happened. I don’t think that the conversation warranted your hanging up. I was not able to call you back because I had to place an order for shirts by phone. I did order an XS shirt but I cannot get it done this week because of our schedule. I was already done doing business with them once I hung up, so I didnt reply. I was called and emailed again but did not respond. The actual shirts were done great, the quality of the work is top notch. I already found another shop to do my next order of shirts and when I spoke (Mind you I didnt mention the business) about the customer service I got, they asked if it was the lady that works here. Seems shes getting a reputation. I personally think shes over this business and needs to not be the front line to their customers. +1* for the quality, +1* for the gentleman who actually seemed to care and want to fix the problem -3* for the lady who treats the customers like theyre her inconvenience.
