This is my favorite shop to personalize gifts. I recently had bath towels for my grandsons embroidered with their names. They took time to match the thread colors to the character colors. Their attention to detail is outstanding.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would.Stopped by Monograms by Liz, to get a hankie embroidered for my father as a wedding gift for walking me down the aisle. I had a photo from Pintrest that I was curious about. It didnt have to be that exact just similar. I was told by Liz herself... oh no thats too much. Only can do initials and maybe a wedding bell. I asked so you cant do it, and she replied too much.I left this shop feeling like I am ready to cry, my gift for my dad is unobtainable. My fiance remembered another shop in town. We drove directly there, spoke to a wonderful gentleman. He took all of talking to me for 3 minutes and said to me, yes I can do this. He restored my faith knowing my dad will smile when he gets it. I will be reviewing the shop that did it as well, as soon as I get the completed hankie back.Monograms by Liz is very unprofessional. She doesnt care about customer service.
We, especially my son love her work. The price is also reasonable. Definitely we will come back again.
Ordered some shirts for my business so I needed a custom logo embroidered. The quality was exceptional and turn around time was great. Liz really knows her stuff!!
Liz does beautiful work
Placed a phone call to this business to inquire about prices for services and was rudely chastised. Some woman answered the phone and did not identify that this was indeed Monograms By Liz. She only responded with Yes?. I pointed out that this was unprofessional and was the berated with insults and accusations that I was a scammer and because I did not identify myself, she did not have to identify herself. Who answers the phone of a business by not confirming the name of the business? Then gets belligerent with a potential customer. Very unprofessional!
Very nice monogram, good price
