I hired this company to replace my garage opener which I did and picked an upgraded one plus added some Recomended reinforced bolts on the door and the whole mechanism. I called them because the garage door stops half way and they say they will charge me $85 for the service because they only warranty the parts and do not guarantee their labor . Wow . I would never imagine that a company would say they don’t honor their labor. It would have been nice if they had said that before I spent about $900. Do not use this company unless you are willing to fix it yourself. I asked to speak to The manager and she was very rude.

Chris and Adam did an awesome job! They were kind, amicable, and very polite. They were super professional, and worked fast. They installed a new door for me, and they had all the necessary equipment to make the job. Worth every penny, and I called yesterday and they came today! They had in stock the door I needed and I can say the experience was completely awesome! Thank you so much!

Yesterday, one of their repairmen came to our house to check our garage door. He aligned the sensors in about 2 minutes and it appeared to be working. I paid $85. After he left, we opened the garage door to go somewhere and realized it was still not working correctly. When I called to have him come back out this morning, I was told it would be another $85 for him to even show up and $175 repair fee which should have been charged yesterday. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE These people do NOT guarantee their work and are very expensive without the benefit of lasting results.

I recently had the springs on my garage door replaced after 15 years. Master Tech Ross was a more than excellent for the service he provided. Very friendly, not too bad prices, and very hard working. Their excellence pays off. Thank you, Ross!

I had originally contracted with another company who kept cancelling and putting me off, then contacting me late in the evening to reschedule...ASAP showed up the same week I called their office. ASAP Saved Our Vacation. Saturday night at 6 pm a torsion spring broke on our garage door. It weighs 600 lbs so our car was trapped inside and we were worried. Our vacation -- a 2000 mi road trip -- begins on Monday a.m. and there was much to do before leaving. Calls to Gainesville garage door companies were futile. But ASAP in Ocala answered the phone on the first ring and dispatched a master technician immediately. Ross was terrific. He completely rebuilt the torsion system using upgraded parts including higher-quality springs, rollers, and cable than our old system. By 10 p.m. our garage door was working perfectly. Our weekend and our summer vacation were saved. Thanks to ASAP!

The springs broke on my garage door and I contacted the company that just recently replaced my garage door opener. After 3 weeks of excuses/parts unavailable I called ASAP garage Doors at 2pm and within 24hrs they got me new springs, parts and my garage door is working again. Bless you..

They are a bunch of theives... overcharge...rates higher than ever where else. Technician was rude and charge me $85.00 for doing nothing. Economy garage door came out, they charge me no service fee and repair my garage door for half the price of ASAP garage door.

Absolute criminals. Sold wrong parts didnt stand by work when they came out to see what was wrong. Had to pay another company to fix what they messed up.

Use caution when when dealing with this company. If you want garage doors pull your own permits they are over charging about $170 on permits. Also they are vague about what they give you a quote on so plan on paying more then your original estimate. They got us for about $500 more than estimate.

Garage door springs lost tension over the course of one year. So much that it broke a garage door opener. I replaced my opener with a bigger opener, and notice the door weighed as much as a door without springs. Two separate companies came out before ASAP could get out here. Both independently diagnosed the problem without me telling them anything.Both measured and explained the springs ASAP installed are incorrect, they are for a 16 door not an 18 door. That is why this door will not balance and slams down the last 50% of travel but flys up the last 10% as the springs were over tightened to compensate for the wrong spring. They both inspected the rest of system and everything was fine but the springs was the issue. ASAP who came out later in the day told me they are correct, couple weeks past the one year warranty, and nothing they were going to do. This without looking at the springs, just opening the door by hand and saying ya you need a new door with everything. I would think they would have verified the spring was right at least but nothing. I asked for a supervisor who is supposed to call but was told he wont be doing anything either. I sure hope to update this review with ASAP correcting there work. I hope.

They arrived on time, were very courteous, fixed the problem without an extra charge, and gave me some great tips for maintaining y garage door as well as the opener!

Wonderful experience. Service technician arrived early. Ross was the service technician he was very well groomed and professionally dressed. He immediately identified the problem with the garage door. He gave me a quote which was very reasonable. Not only did he repair my door in a timely manner he is very knowledgeable. ASAP Garage doorsshould be proud to have such a dedicated employee.

I used them on multiple properties over the last year with no complaints other than their cost. Last month I spent $700 with them as an actual example. My other tenant just recently reported the garage door opened by itself several times. I called and got a repair scheduled. They came out and reset it and sold us a $65 remote control with promise that if it broke again they would come back to replace it with one of my 2 new openers and refund or credit me for the new remote opener. Well 2 days later it breaks again so they come back and replace the unit.and when I asked for the $65.00 credit off the new install charge, they claimed that was not the deal and there was no refund. I called the office and they said only if I bought the new opener from them which was clearly NEVER discussed since i told them I had my own. My tenant and I both are shocked after being promised otherwise and we confirmed it several times before buying the remote. I paid for the new install but my 2 day old remote opener still in the box was not refunded. Never again guys, if you cant back up a promise and buy back a NEW, UNUSED, UNNEEDED remote you premised to buy back, than i wont trust you again. A guarantee is only as good as the company. Tim

Looked on Angies sight for garage door repair. Filled out a form concerning my problem.Within 2 minutes ASAP called and said they would be out to my house in 2 Hrs. Arrived as scheduled. Excellent work, .knew exactly what was problem and preceded to fix. Cost to fix good. I would highly recommend this business and will tell my friend to use them when a problem occurs. EXCELLENT. The best experience!! FAST courteous and did some upgrades like galvanized springs so they would never RUST! Everyone should be doing that anyhow since we do live in Florida!! Also instead of those rubber roller wheels he installed Neoprene (like they use on roller skates) so it is soo much Quieter and will last forever!! Thank you Shane!! You are the bomb! Called at 730 am spring broke and my work trailer was stuck In the garage. Was told that it would be between 9 and 10am before they could make it. The service tech Joe was here at about 8:30am. Identified my problem immediately. Problem was fixed and I was able to leave for work by 10am. Probally could have been done sooner but I chose to get the whole door rebuilt over just fixing the initial problem. 30 year warranty on top of the fast prompt service you cant go wrong with these people. Tech cleaned up after himself, job was done in a timely manner. I would and will recommend ASAP garage doors to all my friends and family!

The technicians are nice, however, the company itself doesnt uphold its work as other companies do. When parts go out quickly, and they did for us several times, youll be sorry you went with them. Just a warning to those checking this company out.

5:30AM this morning when my son was preparing to leave via the garage to walk his dog the garage door spring failed and the door was stuck in the down position!!! Nooooo!At 6:15AM I contacted ASAP making them aware of the jam we were in (on the day after the 4th!) and was told someone would be at the house between 7:30AM and 8:30AM.8:00AM the ASAP tech showed up, by 8:30AM I had paid him and he was loading up! Problem solved and at a reasonable price!!!ASAP rocks! You cant go wrong with these folks!!!

I am the chrissy the post refers to and it is complete fabrication. I have great bosses and love my job. Where they get these comments is beyond me but it is far from the truth. We are a caring company who only wants our customers satisfaction. We have a large customer base that consists of a lot of customers that have been with us for several years.

Joe, the technician, was prompt and started job immediately. Fixed problem with confidence and cleaned up when work is finished. He was honest in answering my inquiries and gave sensible suggestions.
