Worst place to buy jewelry. I was told a replacement was under warranty and that it would take 6 weeks. Here we are 2 months later. They have no idea where my order is. Pretty frustrating. Got it for valentines had it for a month and a half and never saw it after that.

The service is poor and they never have anything you need in stock. I dont know why they ever closed their other location that had a huge inventory to choose from. Wish Pandora would open their own store in the mall so I wouldnt have to bother walking in and walking out with nothing I needed. Youre better off shopping online.

Okay everyone that decides to buy Pandora or Alex and Ani do not buy from Artsy Abode in the Paddock Mall. They are no longer associated with either company so warranty or problems will not be taken care of. I was told to take to Pandora store in Gainesville.

It’s a great little mall for when your visiting. Definitely go to Aeropostale’s they always have great sales.

Marsha is rude should not be manager lied to me and said she couldn’t Replace my Pandora bracelet because she was artsy abode and they can’t replace pandora jewelry which Ik is not true .. she printed out my receipt and all and still didn’t replace

Ladies are rude. Be gotten a ring and it turned my finger green and the ring changed color. Didn’t put any chemicals to it, I went back to exchange it and it happened AGAIN. Never coming back. Awful service.
