I don’t know if I’m lucky or not not but they loaded me earlier than my appointment time and only 2hr for loading

Don’t come here driver’s This location is very slow. They are purposely taking there time unloading. Forklift driver are riding the clock. I arrived 7am for 8am appointment took 5hrs to unloaded😳

Almost 6 hours and counting, if you come here to do a live load be prepared, definitely I will never come back here, NO RESTROOM, NO OFFICE TO MAKE A COMPLAIN, NO VENDING MACHINES, OVERAL A COMPLETE DISASTER

5.5 hours to get in and out. Spent an hour just checking in and out of the gate. 4.5 hours to get loaded is ridiculous.

Not bad at all, 2 hours for a live load is not bad at all.

2hrs to get assigned a door. After a addition 3 more hrs I was moved to another door. My hrs are just getting ate up.

4 pm appt. Arrived at 3:15 got done at 9 pm. So much for appt. And about 18 trucks all waiting. But if we r late they say you will wait a long time, but i did that anyway.

Appt. 07:00am arrived at 05:12am, guard said live unload start working at 07:00am, let me in and park on their yard to wait until 07:00am.

Delivered in and out. 7 am appt arrived 6:30 am was put in door out at 7:52 am thanks!!

Not bad got there 30 mins early for a 1715 appointment was in a door by 6-630 and was out the gate by 745pm.. NOW there were about 4 other drivers in doors when I left there was 1 of them.. when I parked in their lil staging area there was to drivers out there and knew was leaving the guard shack when I was rolling out 🤷🏽‍♀️ best of luck to you

0 stars, Driver time, safety and company time is not valued by this customer, even after a confirmed 17:00 pick up appt driver has been sitting for over 7 hours with no answer from broker or customer on how long it will take to get a door assigned. Unreliable customers like these should be avoided at all cost and will only hurt your business. My recommendation is to find a different customer to haul for if possible.

Warehouse people are very nice, showed up for a 11am live unload and I think they went on break a few times, just ungodly slow, and the security personnel (lady) is a bit extreme as if barking a order at you makes her feel good. A place I’d just rather not return.

My lucky day here. Loaded within 1 hour of arrival.... Miracles do happen here some days.

10:00 am appointment, check in at 05:00 am they let me in, knock on my door at 06:30 am start loading at 07:00 done at 08:00,, when back to sleep, they let me stay as long as I needed,, since I drive at night left the place around 05:00 pm,, thanks,keep the good work

Unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviewers on this....I have been in line for 1 hrs an 20 minutes and am still not at the guard shack. Have had a couple of trucks just bypass the line....so yeah way to go Signature Foods, you have dropped the ball on this

Stay away at all cost. They take forever to load you and they don’t even a restroom

This place is disrespectful, we spent almost an hour to enter and we have 3 and they have not given us a door yet, do not take loads that this does not work
