I placed an online order, as Ive done once before, and the first time was a two hour pickup debacle! I called ahead by 38 minutes, was assured that I was able to pick it up this evening. I even told him that I had a 40 mile drive to the store! He again assured me that I could come get it. When I got there, after driving 40 miles, I was told that the kiosk had been down, and was not likely to be fixed by closing time, which was over an hour away. They made me feel like I was being a pain, just by asking them to try to reboot it. After I waited 30 minutes, a nice lady came and fixed it in a minute or less! I will not spend spend my money at RK again. There are better alternatives at the same price point. As a retired attorney, I can not accept the waste of four hours of my time, picking up two firearms Id paid for weeks earlier. They can and must do better to regain my business. As soon as they realized I was annoyed, its as if they made it take even longer.The only bright spot was the young lady thats the manager is very pleasant!

Perfect location and great opportunity

My first trip to the Ocala store.As usual, a most wonderful shopping experience, most anything you could want under one roof.And very dog friendly, big plus in my life.Will certainly make a return trip.Easy access from highway, plenty of good sized parking.Highly recommend this store.
