No, The truth is; my mother being Outrageously charged for a few minutes of Nothing work was Sadly; Needed rebound $$$ for COVID-19 Lock-Down.Finally: The so-called provided card for an expected Positive review didnt lead nor influence me in writing my very justified review regardless what they may think or believe, yet it was in fact to inform & enlighten All of you on the True process of this Deceitful & Heartless establishment, which I hope I have.To All Concerned,I’m writing this review to hopefully help as many individuals as I can and not be Disgracefully swindled like my mother Shamefully was from this very Dishonest & Heartless establishment and location.My elderly legally blind, severely hearing impaired and handicapped mother was recently driven to this location by a requested scheduled appointment by her daughter to get one of her hearing aids, which was originally purchased from Audibel, turned down a bit in volume.Unfortunately our mother only wanted the ones that couldn’t be physically seen even though the original Audibel salesman knew they weren’t the right ones for her and instead he turned them completely up to max in volume in order to make the sale. My mom’s hearing through the years went from very moderate to extremely profound, which she was tested many times for and told and she developed plaque in her one ear thus causing tremendous feedback with that side hearing aid.This Heartless & Disgraceful individual by the name of Robert Morrison at the Ocala, FL location not only charged my mother $100 to turn it down yet he also tried to convince my mother and sister that he was doing her a BIG favor as he normally charges $40 to clean the hearing aid(s) yet he would do it for her at no charge this time, when cleaning wasn’t even part of the needed request.To add further insult to injury; when my sister called me to ask approval to pay the Disgraceful $100 for a few minutes work, which in fact incorporated the hearing aid being attached to a probe from a standard computer and turned down through point and click installed software, I was unfortunately caught and had no other alternative then to approve the charge.The very sad & Disgraceful fact was; after I hung up with my sister and immediately called the other reasonably close Audibel’s and inquired of them doing the same exact request and I was Unbelievably told by not, nor two yet three separate locations that there would be “No Charge”This Disheartened me greatly and I can only blame myself for not having my sister investigate the cost before committing to a very much unneeded appointment with my mother.In closing; in my Book Mr. Robert Morrison at the Ocala, FL location is a Disgraceful Heartless CROOK and I strongly recommend anyone wanting to use his services to please look elsewhere.c/o Ms. Anna D.

Extremely professional and thorough. I have been wearing hearing aides for 10 years prior to this time and have never been tested this thorough to determine my hearing needs. I am much better educated about my specific hearing loss now. They have addressed my needs with the best possible solution for me and I couldn’t be happier. Proper hearing care is not inexpensive, but you can’t put a price on happiness. Now that I can hear better I am much more social and much happier. The hearing aide technology of 2020 is incredible. Don’t put off have your hearing tested because you don’t think you can be helped. I am very happy I took a leap of faith in this fine company and had my hearing tested. Kyle Orfield is outstanding to help me with my hearing

My wife had ear plugs made and she was unsure how to use them. I sent a message to Martine concerning the problem. She got right back to me and explained how to put them in. My wife had been using them incorrectly.Very, very pleased with the quick response time. As well as the excellent customer service. They are genuinely concerned that their clients have a positive experience and a product that is solving their issue. I would encourage anyone to visit them for any hearing related issues.

I have been going to this office for over a year and am more than satisfied with the services, both administratively and professionally. They know me by name, know my hearing issues, fully service my aids, and are superb with scheduling and follow-up. And, I did not buy my aids from them, I am a transfer from another State! Yes, I am totally satisfied.
