We will never do business with Ferrellgas again. After 15 years as a customer. We dropped 4 forklift propane tanks for exchange. Received our tanks but realised they are years out of date and cannot be recertified. Ocala store seems to have closed. So I called corporate and explained our issue. We were promised a response but of course nothing after multiple attempts.

I had not noticed how low my tank had gotten and was not sure how much longer it would last with this cold weather weve been having. well they came and filed it in a very timely manner when i know this time of year they are busy filling others. my hats of to you and greatly appreciate the quick service.

I am a newcomer to using liquid propane and knew nothing. Everyone at Ferrellgas has been so patient with my questions and has provided information step by step as to what I needed. I can’t thank Chrissy Alden enough for her expertise. You all go out of your way to provide the best service!!! Thank you!!!

I’ve been using Ferrell Gas from Ocala for several years now. Very polite and very competitive prices. They also offer discounts to Farm Bureau Members! They give me a courtesy call to make sure I have propane and come fill if I don’t. Very pleased.

Best experience ever!!!! From their customer service to the gentleman, John that delivered the gas. They got me credit approved, on the phone, no paperwork and got me gas two days later. The earliest I could get gas from any of the other 3 I called was between 2 weeks and a month. Needless to say, Ferrell went above and beyond. Thank you, Ferrell Gas.

Waited a month to get gas filled due to a tank needing to be replaced. Finally filled and the guy didn’t purge the lines and I can’t light my appliances. No after hours number. No follow up at all. I have to call every time.
