The wife and I stopped in to see how long y’all’s process was looked at the homes and very nice we liked the one you call the charger, after sitting down with the lady I believe her name was Sheryl she’s l in the first office on the left anyway we were talking homes and she brought up being vaccinated and ask if we were vaccinated? Why ? Then goes on to say it must be a freedom thing?. We did not go in to talk vax or politics just wanted to buy a home.The homes are very nice but we will be finding a different place to purchase a live oak home.

Ok my husband Gary and I bought a Monster Mansion, from Circle B, its in the process of being set up. I just want to give a shout out to the guys that came out and actually put the two halves together, they were such a great group of guys. They were 2 guys short but that did not keep them from doing stellar work. They were clean, no trash left around as you will find on job sites no matter the size. They were very respectful and kind, they answered my questions a made my day. We have the drywall guys in now, they too are super nice, hard working guys. Its getting closer to move in time, I can see light in the tunnel....:-))))))))

My mother in law utilized this company for her modular home. The only thing that she asked for is to be given what was agreed upon, and what she paid for. They had the audacity to call her “difficult.” She paid thousands of dollars to have the home furnished. What do they do? They bring in a chair for the living room in the incorrect color (no big), her dining room chairs were completely wrong (still, she was cool), and it just continued to happen. The dining room chairs, and living room chair are wobbling in spite of the fact that she rarely utilized the chairs. The living room coffee table was cracked, and the replacement was also damaged. They never brought in a third table. They put down carpet in the living room in spite of the fact that she requested hardwood flooring (she let that go!) The vases on the dining room table also have cracks in them. There are gaps in the kitchen windows. The caulking looks like a child did it. The backsplash was cracked, and so was the replacement. The shower head in the first guest bathroom isn’t even centered! She was told that everything was brand new as it should’ve been for a new home. They painted over the cracks in the master suite bathroom. When you’re paying hundreds of thousands of dollars for something, the little things matter just as much the big ones. What may be no big deal for some, could be grandiose for others. It’s absurd for a company to ask that consumers trust them when they clearly behave very differently in the light than they do in the dark. A promise was made, and they broke it.

I need to say I was very impressed with the helpful nature of the personnel. I had many questions that were answered in depth without the promise of a sale. I felt like the concerns and needs of the customer were more important than the almighty dollar. Thank you for renewing my faith in the human nature of todays society.

Beth and I just want to thank everyone at Circle B for all the work and time that was put into us getting our new home. Ms. Marilyn, our sales agent, has gone above and beyond in customer service. She was available to answer any and all questions from the moment we walked on the lot. She ran as middleman for us with each contractor and Live Oak Homes. This was very helpful, as some of them do not want me, as a Circle B, customer to call them, since they are contracted with Circle B. She was extremely friendly and profession at all times. Her customer service skills are what set her above any other companies we tried to deal with. Mr. David was extremely helpful in the last push for closing, he and Ms. Marilyn went the extra mile to ensure that we could close when we needed to without any issues. Mr. Rick, you have some wonderful, courestous, profession, customer service oriented folks working for you. As we jump into this next chapter of our lives, Beth and I want to thank each and every person involved in the process from beginning to end. The experience is one I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new home.

Left very disappointed from circle B s today. After 8 months of back and forth with mobile home companies . Finally deciding that circle B s was who we wanted to buy our home from . The last month my wife and I have been dealing with Dana and I had seen that west gate was offering the same mobile home for 6 thousand dollars less and called Dana and Dana told us she had spoken to her supervisor and they would match this . When we arrived today with 80,000 thousand dollars in our pocket to buy the home we found that Dana had not ever talked with her higher up and she was scrambling to find paper work . Needless to say I left and felt as though we were lied to and at last minute they wanted to take advantage of us

I would definitely recommend going to see David at Circle B. We were recently looking to purchased a mobile home, and kept coming up empty. That was until we went to Circle B and talked to David Gaylord he will definitely help you pick out the home that suits your needs. As soon as we narrowed it down to two homes, he came right out looked at the space we were planning on putting the home and went over with us how each would fit (this was our first experience pulling out one mobile home and putting in a new one). This, in addition to his expertise on the homes helped us decide which would be the best option for my needs. Once we picked the one we decided would be my best fit he hit the ground running. Within days we had all the paperwork signed and he went right to work. He had all the subcontractors come out and assess the situation for what they were going to have to do getting the old out and the new in. The old trailer was out as promised, and new one put right in. He worked hard, and got everyone scheduled as soon as possible to get us in as quick as he could (unfortunately it was during the holidays) even so, he got us in quick! I could call him for any questions that I had and had absolutely no problem getting in touch with him. If for some reason I had to leave a message he called me right back, I could aske any question and he would always take the time to answer, and was very patient with me. If I didn’t understand something he would take the time to explain until I did understand. I have memory problems and sometimes would ask something we had already gone over and he would go over it with me again. If you’re looking for a place to purchase a mobile home definitely visit Circle B, you will not be disappointed.

My sales Representative is Marilyn & she is the BEST!! She has treated my family with respect since day 1, she has went above and beyond to make sure we was very happy, & taken well care of. If Marilyn wasn’t available, David was the one who took care of what we needed. These two are the best there is! We are beyond Blessed to have worked with these two.

Love the staff here at Circle B Homes. Ive been dealing with Vince and hes been pleasant and accommodating in this entire process. Prices are clearly marked and the selection is great. Highly recommend these guys with your next mobile home purchase

I was told by my salesman, “the price you see on the unit door, is what you pay, plus tax! First of all, salesman had the wrong price in the computer, than the price on the unit door. He ALSO indicated, that we don’t have any hidden cost or added cost to what you see on the door! We don’t play games with our pricing!! Well, as my contract was being written, the manager, David, came into the salesman’s office and said, “there is and will be added an additional $5000.00 charge for set-up for the home!!! Really!!! I was told by the salesman, what you see on the home is what you pay plus taxes!! The additional charge should have been in the total price, as the salesman indicated! This was such a grievance of false information!! I will refer no one to this dealer ! They are very dishonest, and, do not follow up on problems with sub contractors after the delivery of your home. They only want to give you the sub contractors name and number for you to follow up with!! Of course, they have their money already!!So sorry I dealt with this dealer!

I don’t think I’ve cried so much, I have been BEYOND STRESSED . We are still in the process of getting our home done and we’ve been “in the process” for SIX MONTHS already. And it’s just been issue after issue with more and more issues to pay for than we were told in the beginning. We’ve paid the mortgage TWICE already and we aren’t even living there not to mention the house was damaged inside upon arrival! It’s all just a huge mess & a HUGE headache. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I’d give no stars if I could. You’re better off spending your money somewhere else where theyre transparent with you and actually get the job done right the first time. 😒😒😒

Dont ever buy from this placeif you value your money. For goodness sake dont buy a live oak home they come as 2 boards put together with Elmers glue. It has been a long 6 months a poorly spent 10,000.00 down. And no help from waycross factory on getting this house completed with finished floors,capped ends on the outside and list of the things. More info I can show you pictures of this mess. If you need a spanish translation let me know. Good luck if you buy from here they will slander your name and your always calling and they dont know how to co.Rick how would you know perfection if you NEVER came out to the sight??? You told factory to hold house stating we were pulling out after we had already closed on the mtg do you know your business. Then Marilyn pulled permits stating the same on 11/19 once again after we had closed on mtg 11/1. Then you told us to get an attorney. That was the best yet.

After spending over six months looking throughout central and north central Florida at different manufactured homes dealers, we decided to buy at Circle B from David Gaylard. Over a period of months we repeatedly visited the dealership to look at different homes, he never pressured and was always helpful. When we finally decided to buy everything was taken care of in a timely manner. From the initial purchase to the skirting, all has gone as plan other than for natural disasters, (there was a hurricane). I look forward to living in my new home for many years and appreciate the ease with which Mr. Gaylard made it happen.

Theyre disrespectful and rude once you have made your purchase. They do not do anything after purchase, they set up and then tell you to call this company or that company instead of doing what they say they will and making said calls.

I did work for them and they will not pay me the rest of the money Rick Sr.owes me and i did not know he added mpney to my estimate. He is a thief and a liar.
