She was so helpful throughout the entire planning process, and on the big day everything looked better than I could have even imagined!! I was a COVID bride and had to postpone my wedding ceremony by a full year. The party time team worked with me through every step and were extremely understanding and accommodating. I worked mostly with Maria and Kathy, and they were both professional and did everything they could to make the process as easy as possible for me. The day of delivery was wonderful as well- Kenney and his delivery partner were SO polite and helpful when they dropped off my rentals. Thank you all so much for making my stressful situation as flawless as possible!

After my fiancé proposed, I discovered Pinterest. That was a mistake, lol! I fell in love with the whole country/vintage look and absolutely had to have farm tables, benches and whiskey barrel cocktail tables. But after making several calls to local event rental companies, I came to the unfortunate realization that farm tables for 200+ guests were not in our budget. …That is, until I came across PartyTime in Ocala. They were willing to deliver the furniture 2.5 hours to Sarasota and allow us to keep it overnight so we could use it for both the rehearsal dinner and wedding, all at a reasonable cost. They delivered every single item on time and were extremely professional. I would highly recommend PartyTime for any event you are hosting.

Great selection and pricing, fast friendly pick up, pleasant experience

Our original wedding rental equipment company went bankrupt due to COVID 50 days in advance of our wedding, so I frantically called Party Time Rentals in need of a tent, tables, dance floor and chairs. PTR helped me every step of the way, and I appreciate them so much!

We have been using PTR for over 15 years and they have never disappointed us. Fair pricing and great decorative props but the creativity of the staff is what makes them really valuable to our team. Very Creative People, Great Ideas and Great Experiences.

Prices are really high. The seem very friendly. And eager to help. And the dog is a wonderful touch. But its cheaper to buy tablecloths.

We had an amazing experience with them for our wedding. Beth helped us with our rental agreement. She answered all our questions multiple times and within hours. They delivered and picked up everything on time. Every thing went so smoothly because of them.

Party Time Rentals is wonderful to work with. They always have everything we need, even if its just one tablecloth or 24 champagne flutes. Theyre great!! Highly Recommended!!

I used Party Time for table skirts and pipe and drape for my wedding. Kathy was my main contact throughout the ordering process. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I had a couple changes in my order leading up to the day I went to pick everything up and she made sure that we had everything we asked for and more! I will use Party Time for all of my events in the future!

Pricey for linens but very affordable for diy catering

Very difficult to communicate with during the planning process. There were time when I purposefully attempted to talk to different people so that Id get better service. I also had an unfortunate miscommunication with them about the pipe and drape for my wedding. I had said I want the pipe and drape to cover the walls and it was mis interpreted by them as coming out of an alcove on the sides but not covering the walls. The reason I paid almost $500 for this pipe and drape was to cover large paintings on the walls that couldnt be removed. It was very disappointing when I was under the impression I was spending that much so to cover the entire back wall in the ballroom. This was never clarified with me and I discussed it several times over the phone and in person. They are one of the only rental companies in Ocala so unfortunately theres not many other choices in the area but that and the band stage was the only thing I rented from them and I rented the rest from companies outside of Ocala because I had such a hard time communicating with Party Time Rentals. Id call and not get through to anyone, Id email and get short 3-word answers back that didnt answer my question, Id receive different quotes from different people on the same items, and visiting their showroom their chiavari chairs and other items were very worn looking which is why I went with a different company on other items. I would not recommend them as there are other companies that provide excellent service and product.

Getting someone from here to call you back is not easy. Getting them to do it without an attitude is impossible.
