We just had a birdcage completed behind our house by Aluma-Tec. They did a fantastic job. It was handled professionally every step of the way. At one point the person doing the concrete layout called me with concerns he had with our suggested plan. I am so glad he pointed out a design flaw we had made and he suggested a better option that has made a vast improvement to our design. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling projects you have been considering. We are very happy with the quality and workmanship completed by their team.

We love love love our new porch and screen room. It is beautiful and extremely well built. Not happy with the communication skills of the front office people however. They never called to update us on project. I had to call them and always felt as though I was nagging.

Ive known about this company for 8 years and have seen them grow. It made sense to check them out when I needed windows installed. I am very pleased with all aspects of this local company. They were upfront that because of Covid, everything was approximate time frames. I knew this was true as everywhere was backlogged. Aluma-Tec won my business because of all the companies I called around to, they were the only ones that did return a call. Yes, it took a bit, but every home industry is backlogged still. The quality of the windows installed are great along with the warranty. The workers were prompt, clean, tidy, polite, and all questions asked were answered. The timeline to install was correct and worked around my schedule. While many companies cannot find workers (or enough) to work, this company keeps workers, treats them well, and it reflects in the attitude of the workers. Thank you Aluma-Tec for delivering what you promised.

Ordered and put down payment on 11/19/20. Expected installation 12-14 weeks later - 2/25/21. Made numerous phone calls to inquire about install. Finally a phone call saying that it will be installed around 3/12/21. No show, and once again called them to inquire about installation. They called and came to install date of 3/23/21. Men were polite and efficient but only installed part of track, stopped when WE not them noticed that the screen doors were made too big. Call to manager and was told they would expedite the remake of screen doors and have them within a weeks time. It has been 3 weeks and still no screen doors or any phone calls with ETA of screen doors! This was a gift to us and I feel that this mere $1100 screen is not an important job! Will NOT recommend this company.

Enclosed my patio into a sunroom exactly as I wanted. Most importantly about 1.5 years later one huge picture window has a manufacturing defect (dirt inside). Unlike others who may send you to the manufacturer (since its not an installation defect) they took it upon themselves to talk to the manufacturer and get things resolved for me. I recommend them without hesitation because you can rely on then even after labor warranty has passed.

This is what a trailer looks like when its been waiting 8 hours and counting. To be loaded in this place. I hope you have better luck than me.

Aluma-tec is outstanding in the areas of quality of product, value, professionalism, clean-up, timeliness of work, and making sure the job is done to the customers satisfaction. My husband and I had a lanai installed, and couldnt be more pleased with everything about the project. The sales rep, Mike, was very thorough in working with us on the designing of our screen room, listening to exactly what we were looking for and making good suggestions from a construction viewpoint, and then Travis and the rest of the crews were great in managing the project from the concrete pouring to putting the last screen in place. Workers were here when we were told that they would be, and Travis always returned my calls when I had a question here or there. The crews were professional, polite, and friendly, and were upbeat and positive in spite of working out in the brutal Florida sun! The aluminum construction is designed in such a way that it is extremely solid (Jay showed us how he was able to walk on the top aluminum beams!), and when you push against the aluminum uprights, there is no movement at all in the framing. There is a variety of screen types to give you the exact view and appearance you are looking for in your room. There was one very minor issue that we contacted Aluma-tec about weeks after the project was finished, and they were quick in responding to and in resolving that issue to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with our room. I really cant say enough positive things about Aluma-tec, or you would eventually get bored with reading this! This is definitely a company to consider using, especially for an outdoor aluminum screen room.

After my negative review, I spoke to the owner and agreed to remove the post upon completion of the project, to my satisfaction. The workmen are finishing up as I type, they arrived on time (both days) and are very diligent about their work, not to mention polite.

They built us a lanai and did a beautiful job! We got two other estimates, both estimates were quite a bit more. We are very satisfied with their work and would use them again.

Most professional, skilled, respectful, and meticulous team I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Everything they said they’d do was done and in a couple of instances they even did extra - all for the price estimate I was provided before work began. Site was cleaner when they left than it was before they started. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results and would recommend anyone with a screen enclosure or gutter issues go straight to Aluma-Tec. They know customer service.

I had my covered patio installed the very next day it rained and yes it leaked.its been several months and numerous calls and they have still not showed up.few times they set up a time to come over and never showed . needless to say will not recommend to neighbors.
