I give 5 stars because all are so sweet caring and very patient. Susan is manager has been over there 15+years and I will go there everytime I experience the same courtesy and all the above. They have a wider variety of glasses and they really know how to pick them if you are indecisive. I will say there is no other vision center I go to except Ocean Springs.

I have a hard time finding glasses that look good on me. These ladies really helped me out! I came in and looked several times. They were honest with me, and told me when a frame was not right for me! I didnt feel like they were just trying to sell me a product, but that they wanted to make sure that it was the right one for me. I have worn glasses since I was in 3rd grade, this is the best pair I have ever owned!

The service and care given to us today by Marla at the Vision Center was WONDERFUL!! They provide a pleasant and safe environment to get contacts, pickup glasses etc. Marla even fixed my husbands glasses that had been out of whack for like 6 months - she’s a champion!

Definitely only getting 5 stars because of Brittany on the side with the glasses, where you order your contacts from. Although the doctor is sweet once you get in, getting in touch with the actual office is very hard to do. I have called and called, left two voicemails with call back numbers to have my contact prescription sent over, and now 3 weeks later I finally have them thanks to her! I ended up walking in to get my contact prescription sent over to the eye center on a day the doctor was closed... I was very agitated but Brittany was in on the other side, stayed polite, and assisted me and took the time out of her next day to make sure she had them send the prescription over and then called to let me know they were ordered, and called again to let me know they were ready. Along with having to take millions of calls, and has been in the center by herself, handling everything by herself, every time I have been in..... It really is the simple things in life people! So thank you, Brittany, for actually assisting me!! It means more than you think!

I purchased a pair of glasses there and the one lens kept falling out. I finally took the lens and frames back to be repaired. Unfortunately, the lens kept falling out and I ended up losing it in the deep end of my pool. I went back to see what could be done and they wanted 48$ for a new lens. I said, no thank you and asked them to just throw them out. I wouldnt throw good money after bad. It wasnt the employees fault but the company doesnt seem to stand behind what they sell. For that kind of service I could buy online for half the price.

The staff was very friendly and helpful services was excellent love my new glasses and they take most insurances dont judge this place without going in and talking to them they are very good at what they do and I am defently going to be a life long customer..thanks eye care

Ive had to reschedule my appointment more than once because the ladies operating this joint cannot figure out when their doctors work! Avoid this place at all costs.

Wish I could give zero stars. Horrible experience from the exam all the way up to getting my glasses. The dr is careless and wrote the wrong prescription for my glasses based on my contact prescription (my vision never changed, so I knew once I picked up my glasses I would not be able to see out of them bc he wrote the same numbers for my contacts and glasses) gave me contact samples for astigmatism (which I do not have) the manager over the vision center is extremely rude and lacks customer care. Overall I would highly not recommend coming here for an exam or getting glasses. Save your money and go to a more reputable business.

Not a great experience. Brittany in the vision center was not helpful at all and actually condescending. I went in to order contacts and she seemed put off by the fact that I came in and she had to work. I sat patiently there for over thirty minutes (mind you there was no one else in the entire store ands this was first thing in the morning) only to be told since the computer systems she is still getting used to, she would have to get help in placing the order and I would have to come back and pay/pick up the order. I wasnt given any order number or anything and I dont actually think she even placed the order. I was just told that the store will call in a week. Poor customer service- was not impressed at all.

JJ is amazing! We came in with damaged frames. Were were looking at needing to purchase new frames, but JJ came up with a plan and fixed the old frames like new. JJ and the entire staff are friendly and we are always treated well. Two thumbs up, because I only have two.

Got my glasses two days after date promised. Finally called and they claimed that they tried to call. Seriously, this is a cell phone. I havent been to a place with a bad signal and there is no record of it with my carrier. Customer service is very bad, but what do you expect from Wal-Mart.
