Went there to get some keys made. Friendly, helpful employee waited on me. Quick service. Nice store in a shopping complex. Lots of parking .

Asked an old white dude to help me. He apparently doesnt like brown people and refused to smile, help or care. I caught the vibe he was sending and said I think I can find this washer on my own. He rudely put the washer I gave him down and trotted off. No, thanks for shopping ace, no small talk and he acted like he couldnt stand to help me one more second. Off he went. I was flabbergasted. Will not be coming back to this store.

If you need to learn how to Do It Yourself at my age, a welcoming, supportive experience is a thing to be treasured. Every visit has been outstanding, but this time was down right affirming. I was coached well through using an unfamiliar device. The assistance incorporated modeling the start up sequence, guided practice, and a review of the safety protocols. I felt like an apprentice with a caring mentor. Kudos to the young man who helped me, and you should know that this store has a great go to team for all of the goods and services offered.

Best place to get tools and great service. My husband and I have three Stihl products, and the help we receive is phenomenal. Extra shoutout to Steve that has helped us a lot! Recommend this place 1000%.

I really like this store compared to the really big box places. They have many more items than I was expecting and the offer a military discount as well. I will return here!

Great place. They have a good selection of ALL KINDS of stuff. The staff are all very helpful. James, who is the manager, went above and beyond to help me get my Stihl combi motor running right.I would definitely recommend this store. You dont get this kind of service from the big box stores.

Went with my elderly mother. We both had our masks on. Employee who helped us kept his mask the entire time pulled all the way down. Not sure of the stores policy and everyone has their own beliefs on mask or no mask etc which is fine...to each their own. But it would be nice if customer has a mask on that employee pull their mask up., whatever their beliefs may be.

Need more techs great place bought a chainsaw from u and cut 2 trees down and quit working on me bring to get fixed u all didnt have a tech to fix it still havent got fixed loses out on solar deal because of it

Adjusting my review. Thanks to owners for responding and explaining the situation. The 5 items I believe were all for my OONI oven which is nearly backordered everywhere. Found one at Academy. I ordered a cookbook, pizza peel, FYRA cover and 2 other items.Went and spoke with MGR James, and understand that y’all’s warehouse was most likely out of these items. Called 800 number and they didn’t resolve. James said next time call the actual ACE and they may be able to help get items moved around from Wherehouse to Wherehouse.Old review; had 5 items in my cart totaling almost $200. Ace carries none of these items. AND PARIS ACE does not participate in the FREE pickup or delivery option so my only option is to pay $32 in shipping?NOPE. Back to Amazon, or Walmart or every other store that ships for free I. The Us

ACE REALLY IS THE PLACE! Once again my DIY capabilities were overtaken by lack of knowledge. I was totally unaware that PEP pipe and regular water service lines were not threaded the same. Thanks to the folks at ACE I was able to get the know-how and the parts I needed to achieve VICTORY. Its so nice knowing that the right parts and knowledge are available at your nearest ACE. Their are two big home improvement stores within 15 minutes of me and I still drive 42 minutes to ACE.

Awesome little hardware store that still has that hometown feel. Service is great in this store with very knowledgeable staff. They have a host of small parts that you can’t find at the big-box stores and lots of goodies for repairing older machines you may have. Definitely worth a visit!

I had excellent service. I was lead right to what I needed. A vinyl tubing he cut to replace a lost one for an auto weed /feed sprayer .Total cost to replace the entire sprayer was $20.00. He suggested replacing just the tube only 15 cents! I saved $19.45Best service Ive had around this area.Ace is the Place....

So here ya go-we shop ar Ace as much as possible and forgo the big box stores. The workers are FRIENDLY however, I know more about what I need than they do. Simply educating the workers mph would be useful. The last 3 or 4 times I went in there, the workers were almost clueless to the items in which 3 inquired about. I will return however....they need some more training.P.sIve not made purchases due to them bout knowing nor having items I needed

We just bought a home and this Ace is right around the corner. I have never been excited visiting home improvement store, but now that we have bought our home I can hardly wait to visit either of them. As for this location-you cant walk 15 feet into the store without someone asking if they can help you. Very attentive, helpful and friendly staff.

I wasted an hour there. The owner refused to take something back and refused to honor my coupons. Just in the last year I spent over 2000 with my company there. So you could see how this would surprise me. I recommend you by your stihl equipment from someone else.

I have bought quite a few Stihl items here. Great pricing and service after the sale. They always greet me at the door and help me with whatever might be needed. They seem to stay well stocked and conveniently located in Ocean Springs.
