Mike Juaquin was rude, unprofessional and most importantly unable to complete the repair work. He came 3 separate visits over a span of 1-2 months for the same issue. He took other client phone calls and personal phone calls while I waited for any information. He talked down to me and left the dishwasher in a state worse than it was before. Its unfortunate my home warranty company has chosen to contract with such an incompetent company as I am stuck with them.
Had an appointment for 2-6 he called at 530 and said he would be there in about an hour. We declined and made another appointment. We had to call him the next day and ask why he didnt show up. He said he had confused us with another appointment. 15 minutes later (7pm) he arrives without apologies and seemed mad at us. He finally fixed the dryer but left some grease spots behind. We will find a different repair guy next time.
Waited over a week for them to come because our refrigerator was not working at times. When he pulled fridge out he broke water line and told us we had a leak and he had just caused it!! He did fix that but never went back to our issue.Charged us the copay which we have since found out we weren’t to pay. So now we have to wait for someone else to come.We can’t both be gone for extended time because we are not sure when it will just stop cooling.Would give them a minus if possible!!
Their mailbox is full and they dont care! I was sent to them through my warranty service. Horrible experience.
Best Experience Appliance was wonderful, took all the time to make sure Mike didnt miss anything on my range. He understood the importance of my oven working properly and came on a Saturday once he received the right part.Its working great! Thanks Best Experience Appliance Repair for making my life easier.
Mike & Chris at Best Experience have great communication. After explaining to them my oddball work schedule, they were able to send Juan to inspect & repair my washer 5 hours BEFORE the time frame assigned! Juan was great - did repair in less than 30 minutes. Best Experience Appliance Repair were referred to me from my home warranty company. They had better reviews than the other companies that were referred, and am so glad I did my homework on these guys. Will definitely use them again!!!!
Bad experience at all! Don’t wasting your time with these people. Unprofessional! Not on time! They didn’t fix my dishwasher and damage my cabinet!And the warranty company said I need wait them to call me again! What?! Forgot about it.
Joey arrived within the 3 hour window I was given and called 1/2 hour before his arrival - something I really appreciated. He was knowledgeable and very professional. He explained that it might take time to get the needed parts, which Im totally okay with. I would definitely recommend Best Experience Appliance. I might add that this was a company sent by my appliance insurance company and was the second company sent to do the repairs. The first company (Axis) was a no-show and very unprofessional in regards to their customer service.
This was the best appliance repair place I have EVER used. They were friendly, fast and super affordable. I called in the am - they made the appointment - sent an email - stayed in touch - called me to let me know exactly when they would arrive - and then did the job - cleaned up and left.
Knowledgeable and prompt - I used Mike to fix a refrigerator issue. He knew exactly what was wrong. He was on-time and responsive by text and through his office.
We had a leak coming from our refrigerator, so our landlord sent over Best Experience Appliance. They explained the possible reasons for the leak and showed me how to prevent it in the future. They arrived on time, were courteous and worked quickly!
I am giving this 1 star for the terrible customer service. I had Juan come an look at my dryer. It would not get hot enough, the metal grate in the back was black and sticky. Also I needed a new lint insert. He comes and says I need to wash my lint screen and that will take care of the air flow. I may need to call another Sears service to clean out the lint within my machine?? As for the black sticky residue that keeps coming off on my clothes he says to go to Home depot and paint it silver.. I asked him what did he do to fix it? Well Ill have to see if any of this is covered and Ill call you back. Thats been 2 days. When I call the office #, it just rings and then goes to voicemail. Not sure how this company survives if they cant answer the phone or complete a claim. I guess Ill KEEP calling!!
MY 4 year old LG is barely producing ice and Im getting error code on panel. 1st tech said I had to many items on the top shelf. He said to empty it. He also said the milk gallon is too heavy for the door. I showed him there is a milk on the plastic door shelf. 4 days later after following his suggestions still very little ice. Im supposed to not utilize a third of my fridge? waiting for 2nd tech this am. Waist of my time
Not Best Experience - VistaWould not recommend Best Experience appliance to anyone due to terrible customer and service support.I called the Home Depot warranty department to report my refrigerator ice maker was not working. Home Depot submitted the repair request to Best Experience appliance. Best experience appliance co-owner/dispatcher called and said the tech Mike would be arriving at my house between 9-10. When 10:15 came and went - Mike had not arrived. I called dispatch back to let them know the tech had not shown up. Per the dispatcher request, I called Mike to check if he was inbound. When I talked to Mike concerning the appointment time he began to tell me he would get there when he got there and as a matter fact he said he had a 9am-3pm window to show up – which is not what the dispatcher told me.When Mike finally showed, up I greeted him at the door and walked him to the kitchen. As soon we walked into the kitchen, Mike started rambling about preventive maintenance. He began to pepper me with question after question (in a condescending tone) concerning preventive maintenance. After a few minutes of this, I told him I called in this service request because the ice maker did not work. I also told him, I did exactly what the Home Depot warranty rep requested for me to do - which was mainly to replace the water filter.Mike began to explain he needed to clean out the refrigerator before he could look at and fix the ice maker. He told me it would be a $85-dollar charge to repair the ice maker. An hour later, mike stated he was done and requested payment. I asked if he had fixed the ice maker, Mike said yes and then went on his way. After two days I noticed the ice maker was still not working. I called dispatch to let them know the ice maker was not working and since it was not working I wanted my money back. Dispatch told me to stop bothering them and that they would have Mike call me. When Mike called, he asked why I was bothering dispatch. I then explained to Mike (who by the way did not reveal he was, in fact, the owner of the company until I asked to speak with a supervisor concerning this matter). I again requested my $85 dollars back since the ice maker was not fixed. I also told him home depot stated there should not have been any cost or charges associated with the repairs I requested. Mike then began to justify why he would keep the payment. He stated he would not refund my payment because preventive maintenance was not covered by the home depot warranty program. I then reminded him the call was to repair the ice maker, which was still not working. Mike stated I would have to call home depot to get a tech back out to my house.To recap, I would not recommend this company with its present owner or technician. I don’t mind paying for services rendered but in this case, they didn’t fix the problem, they didn’t follow up to make sure it was fixed, the technician was rude while he was in my house and in our follow-up conversation concerning this matter. Per Home Depot, there should have been no out of pocket cost since it is under warranty and since ice maker was not fixed.The owner had several chances to make things right but he chose not to. Would have given them zero star rating if that was an option, which is what they deserve for this service call.
WORST EXPERIENCE. Obviously, someone is paying reviewers to submit positive reviews for this company. When they finally return your phone call, they schedule you several days out (so forget emergencies), give you an 8-hour window, tell you theyll call 30 minutes prior to showing up, then just show up as they call from outside your house to announce their arrival. They told me that warranty calls are placed on the very bottom of their schedule, and that they are over their heads with Home Depot warranty claims, and do not like having to do them. Home Depot, they do not like having to work for you. Take a hint; contract with professionals instead. Best Experience is the WORST EXPERIENCE, had to say it.
Deserve 0 stars. Came out on call from my warranty service. Found an issue that needed authorization from warranty company. I called 2 weeks later and got VM. Called again, VM. Called about 6 times and left messages - no call back. Warranty company called them - no reply. They went totally dark. Now I have to schedule ANOTHER service call with ANOTHER company. Thanks WORST EXPERIENCE appliance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Completely unprofessional, do not trust these people. I called for a home warranty issue on our Samsung referigerator. They sent Mike, from “best experience appliance”. He came out, told me one thing, reported a completely different thing to the warranty company. This happened several times. The story changed every time I spoke with Mike. He didn’t even know how much Freon this referigerator needed- uneducated for an appliance repair tech. He gave me the runaround. He was unprofessional in his communication and very unhelpful. Customer service awful! I do not usually leave reviews but his poor business practices inconvenienced our family a great deal, and for well over a month. This was definitely the “worst experience”! Select a different appliance company.

The customer service of this company is the worst. I scheduled an appointment online through my extended warranty and this is the company my call was given to. I was given an 8 to noon window for service. When I called at 11:30 to check status, no one answered. No one returned my call and no one ever showed up for the service that was scheduled.
They were professional, friendly, fast, and affordable. Definately recommend Best Experience Appliance!

They are a small company. Unprofessional. Yelled at my mother in law and father in law. Submitted falsified documents. When asked if they are licensed the owner refused to tell me if they were. Provided false information to insurance company about an issue. When I told him we got someone else to fix the problem, the owner tried to negotiate with me to have him directly get reimbursed to fix problem for less rather than going through insurance. They have no method of record keeping. Told us the problem was one thing. Submitted different information to insurance company. Then came back and said it was another issue. And then again submitted different information to insurance company. Trust me when I say you want to avoid this company no matter what. Pay a little more and get a proper company with professionalism.
If I could give no stars I would! He was sent over from Home Warranty company, for a spark in my microwave. He suggested I paint the wires inside my microwave to cover the spark! WTH are you talking about! When asked if he could just do that he said they dont do that! He took his $75 trade fee and left!
