They used to be great, but lately Im less than thrilled. Prices seem to have gone way to compared to other shops in my area. To make things worse is that dont list a local number to the shop closet to you. You have to go through an 800 operator only to have way too many questions to get a quote on a simple chip repair.Anyway heres to better days! 👍

Arrived promptly and did a terrific job. Ive been driving around with a big crack in my windshield for awhile. I dropped by their office and asked about an appointment which wasnt available until next day, but they checked and had time in mobile schedule between 1 and 5 so I went home to wait. Martin arrive promptly at 2:30 and did a terrific job. I watched him through all the steps asking questions through-out and he answered patiently explaining everything. They even gave me a windshield with the top area tinted for the same price!

When I called for a windshield replacement quote, they quoted me a $500 price for a $200 job, AAA recommended or not, not paying $300 more for the same job

Gotta admit, being routed straight to a holding pattern on the first call is a bit disconcerting. Waited for a while and listened to how they were 1st in Customer Satisfaction. Really? I dont feel that way, I actually get an answer when calling other glass companies. And that is step one to customer satisfaction.Hey, gave you a try. You lose.

Repair employee was very HONEST and Im trully thankful. Front staff were helpful too.

I chose All Star Glass to replace the rock pitted front windshield on my vehicle mainly because my Insurance Company, AAA of Southern California, strongly endorses them. Usually AAA is right in their endorsements of automotive repair companies, but after my experience with All Star Glass, I don’t know why.When I scheduled an appointment, the scheduler at All Star Glass’s central office said she had an opening on a Monday, I then asked her if the appointment could be moved to a Wednesday and she said that would be fine. She didnt bother to tell the installer of this time change and I received a call from the installer on the following Monday, asking why I hadnt shown up. The scheduler also didnt bother to tell me which All Star Glass location the windshield replacement would take place. I assumed it would be the nearest location from where I lived, in Escondido, CA. When I arrived on Wednesday at the Escondido location, I was then told I would have to drive to the Oceanside branch (a nice extra 30 minute drive).All Star Glass installed an AP Technologies replacement windshield on my GM Cadillac vehicle. It’s not quite the same high quality as the original windshield. The AP Technologies glass isn’t quite as clear and in the evening sunlight a slight crazing at the edges is visible. But All Star Glass charged close to the same price for this non-OEM windshield as if it were a genuine OEM one.There is an annoying 1” long by 1/8th inch deep scratch on the top right side of the new windshield. I didnt see this scratch when I inspected the work before leaving the Oceanside All Star Glass location because it was conveniently hidden under the temporary blue tape used to secure the newly installed windshield.The installer did do an excellent job installing the new windshield. I have one of the hardest vehicles around to replace a windshield. The installer had to deal with the mirror and its electronics, a rain-sensor, the OnStar antenna and GPS antenna block, a HUD display and had to remove all of the fiddly plastic coverings below the windshield wipers. All were in perfect condition after the windshield install.

I call for replace my windshield, set up appointment after hour waiting on next day,I call the shophi say i never make the appointment, fustate, bad costumer service.

Repaired my back window.. Couple months later it started raining and water was coming through were it was replaced.. Called them and I havent got a returned call in 3 days
