Thus is owned and operated by a second generation mechanic who REALLY knows his stuff. And his rates are significantly lower than a dealership. And he uses top shelf parts. They treat every car as if it were their own.

Even though I made an 8:30am appointment the day prior, it took these people 6 hours to change my oil. I waited around all day for it. They did not call me to tell me my oil change was done. I ended up walking over, prepared to take my business elsewhere, but saw they had completed the oil change 30 minutes ago--so rather this was a 5.5 hrs oil change!--After I paid, I told the owner I was unhappy, and his response was that he didnt need my business anymore. No problem! No one from my household is going to be using this unprofessional shop anymore!

I bought a used car from Alberto and it was an incredibly pleasurable experience. I was not given a song and dance, just plain facts of the car, Albertos knowledge of its current state, as well as a trustworthy salesman willing to put his word behind the car. Alberto had no problem allowing me to bring the car to my own personal mechanic. He took no offense, and was very accommodating to setting up a time. Surely enough, my mechanic only reaffirmed what Alberto told me, and the car was bought.
