So happy with my awning!We needed a custom awning for large backyard space. I called make appointment to have someone come measure and pick our design. I wanted sleek modern. We went with automatic remote awning, with wind protection. The owner was amazing, easy not pushy. Installation crew was great. Really helped make out outdoor space more functional.The quality is top grade! It was pricey but i truly believe you pay for what you get.Last eat all summer not fading at all.We recommend Rainbow to family member who got a manual awning and they love it as well.100% recommended this company local and great service !

We have had a deck that we could not use for years because of how hot it got. We now have this beautiful awning that has not only allowed us to stay cool but has given us extra space outside to hangout and enjoy the weather. The staff was neat and friendly. Turn around time was great! We were estimated 4 to 6 weeks and it was done in two weeks. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to put up an awning.

I just want to begin by saying I never felt the need to give a review, however, with regards to Rainbow Awning located in Oceanside, NY, I felt I must. Carlos and his crew are highly professional, understanding, and true to their word, as well as reasonably priced. I have chosen them for 2 awning jobs and if I had another door, I would choose them again. I highly recommend them for all awning needs, big or small.

A number of years ago I had a cloth awning made And maintained by Rainbow. The awning was great and their service was the best. I now have a metal awning with a plastic enclosure around my hot tub and the zipper pulled away from the plastic.Although Rainbow did not make the plastic enclosure I took it to their shop and asked if the could fix it. They could not have been more accommodating and, believe it or not, the made the repair at no charge.Based on my experiences with Carlos I would most definitely recommend that anyone looking for a cloth awning to give Rainbow a call.

I live in sunny Long Beach and used Rainbow Awnings for my front porch. It turned out great. Carlos was easy to deal with, honest and reliable. His crew did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them. Great job. Fair price.

Carlos and his team at Rainbow Awnings in Oceanside, Long Island, N.Y. did a fantastic job removing a broken and failed awning, and fabricating and installing a new aluminum step down awning for our large porch which is over 17 feet in length and 8 feet in depth. The paint-coated aluminum sheeting and heavy-duty rafters look great and will provide sealed cover from the sun and rain. It was very important to us that we find a contractor who had the knowledge and experience to “get it right.” Carlos, who has well over 25 years of experience fabricating, painting and installing awnings, exceeded our expectations. He clearly has specialized knowledge in this field of work as well as a professional attitude and fair-pricing. We are grateful that he anticipated an additional water-flow issue from an adjacent alcove roof that would have caused water to by-pass the awning and puddle on the porch floor; and he solved this issue by providing a gutter diverter. Carlos’ attention to detail and personalized concern for his work is significantly greater than what you will find elsewhere. We are writing this review with special thanks to Carlos for his hand-crafted talent. He has magically made the porch our favorite “space” to be and we will definitely be able to use it year-round now.

I never write reviews but had to say how amazing Rainbow Awnings is. Carlos, the owner, came to my home twice because I couldnt make up my mind. After delivering the shade, a week early, I changed my mind again about where i wanted it hung. He is coming yet again to see if it can be done. In addition, someone always answers the phone when you call which is so unusual today. I highly recommend.

I hired rainbow awning 8 years ago loved my awning well 6months ago I had to put a new roof on my house I was so concerned that after the roof went back on the Awning would be not able to work! I called Rainbow Awning spoke to Michelle she then gave me Carlos cell well I am soooo happy today he came with his crew nice guys and now my awning is up & working would give Rainbow awnings 5 STARS Nancy

Do NOT use this place! We have a perfectly good awning, but we need to re-do the roof shingles underneath. This means we need to take the awning down and then re-install it. They want $900.00 to do this and even had the nerve to tell us that we should just buy a new awning for $3,300. The awning we have is in perfect condition.
