My visit yesterday was pleasant. I found what I wanted and it was very kind of them to have put 2 bottles of a good cognac I had called earlier in the morning. I also found and picked up another bottle of good Prosecco.Busy place though, but the long holiday is upon us.I strongly recommend this store.Vassily

Went in to buy a case of 24 beers. They had a case that I was told I had to buy the 6 pack price of 11.99 each versus buying 2 12 packs at 17.99. Ended up with just a 12 pack instead of a case of 24 which they would have charged me $54 + instead of about $40 for 2 12 packs. They seem to be expensive and they always say they are well priced.

Very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. I have picked up a handful of Instacart orders here and they are always so helpful.

BevMo is amazing! Not the cheapest but it has such a great selection. Lots of different brands you didnt even know existed or stuff that most places dont even carry. Definitely worth checking out. Plus they have a bunch of little tiny bottles for gifts!

What can I say they sell liquor, and a lot of it. I have nothing to complain about here so 5 stars it is. Also, they had the wine that I wanted which is hard to find sometimes.

Went to BevMo to pick up an online order today and had the worst experience. I was standing near the Online Order Pick-Up sign for several minutes before an employee (I believe her name was Shoele) approached me. I thought she was coming over to help me out so I said a friendly hello. She responded with, Is there a reason why you are just standing here? I pointed to the sign and told her I was picking up an order. She proceeded to rudely ask my name and grab my items. When I pointed out I was missing some items she made it seem like I was seriously inconveniencing her by asking to receive the additional items I ordered. Then she sounded shocked when I told her I would return for my second box of items as there was no way I could carry it all out in one trip. I dont expect all employees to be happy-go-lucky on a Saturday morning, but professionalism is a must. A simple, Can I help you? would have been more than appropriate. Shoele, if you were having a bad day I am sorry. But there is no need to take it out on customers.I have been to several other BevMo locations and never had any issues. I will not be going back here even though it is the closest to my house.

I initially went to buy some spirits and mixers. As I noticed that a wine tasting was offered, I was invited to try several wines offered. The person hosting the tastings was very knowledgeable about wines and answered all of my questions and those of other shoppers as well. James was very personable, helpful but not pushy. I ended up buying 6 bottles of wine as well. It was a great experience.

Simply the best place to shop.

I went there for orange blossom water. The cashier couldnt find it so she called up the manager, who said that they didnt carry any. I eventually found it by walking up and down each aisle. Im not upset at the cashier for not knowing, but the manager for just saying they didnt carry it instead of looking.

Good selection of Alcohol! They have almost everything. Customer service was friendly as I was looking for a certain gin. They have the 5 cent wine deal. They also have those mini alcohol bottles. Line was a bit too long with 1 checker then another eventually came. Prices are decent.

I love BevMo! This is the closest location to me and is conveniently located near a bunch of other shops directly across the street! So after lunch at Macaroni Grill, shopping at Ulta or Ross, books at Barnes and Noble, I can grab a bottle and head home with my spoils. 👍😁Ive been here enough that I no longer wander the aisles, lol. It is really well laid out tho. Not as big as some of the other locations and is usually closed by 9 (10 on the weekends). Oh parking is ample, but people RACE thru their parking lot, so be careful. Trader Joes is located a few doors down. Crazy vegan drivers. JKJKJK!!!
