Had seat cushions sewn for our fireplace. The finished product turned out great. This part was good. However, Gail was a terrible communicator. She did not inform me of delays or increases charges. I totally understand that Covid had created delays many supply chains and would totally have understood the delays and been more patient if she simply kept me informed of the process and what was going on on her end. I had to constantly follow up with her only to receive snarky text responses back. She lacks customer service skills. I would not recommend. Weve had a LOT of work done on our house during the Covid period and had great contractors for all the jobs, so this experience was really dissapointing.

Just had some of my mid century modern done by Gail and Troy. All I can say is WOW! What a transformation!! They even did the repairs as well as the re-design. I highly recommend them!!
