I love Sparkletts. First off extremely tasty water. Super easy to manage online account. I can change delivery days add water all in a few clicks. Our delivery driver is top notch. He knows exactly where I want my water to be stored and he never piles the new water in front of old water. He is super quiet and sometimes I dont even here him deliver. Definitely a reputable company.

I love the water and the delivery service. I have distilled water delivered every other week. As far as I could see, Sparkletts water is the only delivery in the area that has distilled water. I ordered that water because of general health reasons. I did not expect that the restless leg syndrome Id had for decades would be affected, and Im sure that is not a guaranteed result of drinking distilled water, but that is what happened to me. Its essentially gone. I feel like Im doing something good for my self and my family and the planet with Sparkletts.

It was a wise move to use Sparkletts through Costco. I feel valued as a customer, online self services are easy. Biggest bonus is the high quality of the water at a reasonable price.

Diego is amazing. Hes always helpful when something has been messed up with my account or if my delivery wasnt fulfilled or even if I needed to bring some bottles back that I had forgotten to put outside. Him and his team are amazing.

Great water, great service!

Me experience with Sparkletts has not always been the best but the great qualities definitely outweigh the bad things that have happened. The bad things that have happened are very minor, like customer service not communicating well with the drivers, equipment not working great, little stuff like that. However, my drivers have always be very helpful. They always get my equipment fixed or replaced right away and they have always done a great job of rectifying and situation messed up by customer service. The water is very good. And my current delivery driver, Luis, is amazing. This month Luis was on vacation and Oscar took over for him. Oscar was amazing too. Both guys are very kind, helpful, and do a great job. Thank you Luis and Oscar! You guys rock!

Very unhappy with this company. Maybe its better for residential customers but not so good with businesses. The amount of bottles I request is not always what they bring, they normally bring too many. Poor customer service always (when you can get a hold of someone). New dispenser not working I requested the old one back, brought same model again, still doesnt always heat water. Now I cant get a hold of anyone, AGAIN to have them pick up their stuff. The 1 star is for the drivers that do show up!

You cannot get better water service. First of all, besides the long-standing quality of water, the new dispensers are amazing ... quiet, easy (bottom-load), nice looking ... then, the service representative is SO kind and aware of your personal needs.

Great residential service and wonderful delivery person. My only complaint is when they change pricing they dont tell you until you get a bill.

What a joke of a company. First, they send the wrong appliances. Second, the trash they send leaked all water out and third, they just lie. Everytime I call is always the same BS it looks like they are supposed to come today, you got till 5 when really It was suppose to be more than a week ago. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and thought hey third time is the charm but then again failed. What a great service!!! 🖕🏿🖕🏿

I have been with Sparkletts home delivery over 20 years and the products have always been of the highest quality. My two previous delivery men, as we moved from one home to another, were beyond exceptional.

I’ve been with Sparkletts about 45 years and never really had any problems. I always get the number of bottles I request. I do wish it was a little less expensive for us seniors!

Quality water, inexpensive dispenser for hot and cold and on-time, efficient delivery. Our family drinks much more water thanks to having this service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have the same complaints as so many others. I was a Pur Flo customer until sparkletts bought them out. Thats when it all went bad. New fees, bogus charges and poor service. They try to make cancelling their garbage service as tedious and complicated as possible so they can gaff consumers for a few extra bucks on the way out the door. This company exemplifies everything thats wrong with service businesses in this world today. I look forward to watching them close their doors when people wake up and stop letting greedy corporations push them around.

What a joke. Overpriced, horrible customer service. Teach your North County Drivers how to treat loyal customer base. We have been with Sparklets for over 10 years, (not including the 20 plus years that my family have been customers). You just lost us forever. Come get your leaky overpriced ugly dispencer out my garage.

Terrible company! Awful customer service

Such a disappointing, frustrating process attempting to get our account set up and running smoothly. . .if at all. Currently waiting on line with their customer service because they havent delivered our water the last 4 delivery dates they have given us. No explanation, no nothing. After waiting on hold for about a half hour the rep is very kind and apologizes although they cant tell you why it wasnt delivered nor when it will be delivered. . .they assure next working day. And it doesnt come. Apparently our delivery person was even texted and that did . .. .nothing. Our order keeps changing in their system eventhough we go back in and try to correct it. Billing is messy. This organization is not organized at all. I have wasted so much time trying to get 4 containers of water. . . .and Im still waiting. . .
