Joe was great to work with. Our cameras came out just as he said they would. All the wires were hidden for the cameras. I thought for sure this wasnt going to be the case but he made it happen. Our wiring by the router was a mess and I noticed he even cleaned that up. I definitely would recommend him and his company. I never felt like I was being oversold on anything. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good company.

Beware of Techabyte Technology and Security Solutions. Bad company! Our cameras have been out for months and he won’t respond to our calls/emails for help. He has been paid (our system is pretty new) so maybe he’s skipped town or gone out of business. It’s the risk you take when you don’t go with a reputable company like Brinks (we should have listened to our neighbors). Don’t make the same mistake! Security companies are supposed to be considered “essential” but not Techabyte apparently.

Joe and his team were awesome to work with! Very happy with the security cameras. They came with audio which I really love. I work out of town alot and this really gives me piece of mind.

I am very pleased with the installation these guys did. Very professional to work with. My security cameras have a very clear picture and I like that they have audio. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to work with them.

Edit: Im not sure if they went out of business or what. Its been a year now with little to no response to calls or emails. Our cameras have issues on and off and the app is terrible. Stuck with the cameras. :(Had Joseph install a full security camera system around our property. Great experience. Will definitely work with them again!
