I have been shopping Oceanside Pier1 for years and the past several times this year I have had horrible service. The lady Kristina, I guess she is a manger is Just Rude! Impatient, and acts very superior with customers. Another customer that was shopping had the same treatment and over heard her speaking to me the same way. I hope they have classes about quality customer service there real soon.

Pier 1 always has beautiful stuff. Staff wasnt the best, seemed very distracted with breaks and clocking out instead of taking care of the customers.

Aron was exceptionally helpful, professional, and thoroughly entertaining. My husband who usually dislikes any and all shopping trips actually enjoyed talking to Aron.Also enjoyed working with Megan on a separate trip. Very accommodating.
