I have a love/hate relationship with these kind of discount stores. I was thankful today to find a white shirt that minimally met the requirements for my sons choir picture. My toddler also enjoyed looking at the wide selection of toys. This is always a great place to find a gift, even last-minute.

Ive always liked coming to this store, they have good quality things at decent prices. Today, being the one day that I needed them to come through for me, they didnt. I had a blue shaggy rug that I bought from my 5-year-old sons room. He didnt like it, it was so soft it was almost slippery. I came to return it with no receipt and no tags, hoping that they could just look up the item number or something and find it. Manager told me no, they needed a tag a receipt. I told the manager if I went to the back and found the same one, would she be able to return it, she said yes. She told the cashier had to even be the exact same color. I was a little discouraged at the time because I figured what are my chances of finding it the exact color when I bought it it was actually the only one. I went back anyway to look, lo and behold, there were three that were the exact same ones and same color as the one I purchased. I took it back to the register and when they looked it up they couldnt find it in my cad transactions. I must have paid cash that day, which is not like me, and so for that reason they wouldnt return it. I was definitely disappointed because its $30 thats not coming out of their pockets and I did what they asked me to do, yet that wasnt enough so now Im stuck with this rug and have absolutely no use for it.

Really organized store unlike the one in vista 😷

Of course its a clothes store with other products like shampoo,toys, baby products, home products and a lot more. Came here with my wife to get clothes and saw some useful stuff. I would come here again(not by choice if you know why)but its got its usefulness.

Burlington was great!!! Found what I couldnt find at 4 other stores and some extras. Including some slippers that I am now proudly wearing to help keep my cold feet warm. The store is clean and ample. Staff was helpful and guided me to the items I was looking for. Will definitely be back another time.

Not a fan, huge selection of clothing. You must go through racks and racks to find items. If you have lots of time might be the place for you. They also have housewares as well.

The line is ridiculous, only one register open and the store is super busy. I feel super bad for the cashier she is trying to do as fast as she can.

Had not been to Burlington for several years. It has changed pretty dramatically, from my first encounter on the east coast. Burlington has evolved into a very similar store such as Ross/TJMax. They used to carry a lot of unusual things, there were some of those but just a little here and there. It was a good place, just not special like it used to be.

The store is clean and organized. Plenty of room to walk about and social distance. The staff is helpful and friendly. We have always had positive experiences with their team. Found some great deals.

Only one cashier open.always long lines. And the employees dont thank the customers for waiting in the long lines.

We must of came on the right day and time.cause there was a great selection of everything and fast service.

When my Mom and I checked out 5/16/21 close to 4pm, they called us to register 4 yet no one was there and they continued to check out others after us even though they knew we werent being helped. We should have just left the things on the counter and left but we demanded another cashier to ring us up and she complained because she was about to ring someone after us up. We will not be returning to this location the rest of this year, maybe next year they will improve their service.

Great place to shop and they hAve a lot of stuff there. I found everything I needed there.

As time progresses, Burlington has gotten more and more useless. This Burlington was a wasted trip trying to find a windbreaker/jacket for my toddler.

I was unaware that the Vista location on Sycamore had closed, but I was coming here already the minute it opened. I like Burlington. I buy most of my sons school close every year here.

They need to fix that metal detector when you leave because the security litterly took everything out the bag and wasted 10mins of my life just to find out the jewelry box was the issue and when he asked the clerk to take it off she said its still gonna OFF anyways. Over there looking at the security with my eye twitching like all that for nothing and still beeps ! Other then that customer service was great.

This is in Oceanside and I was surprised they didnt have any coats! Usually Burlington always have coats, I guess its back to Vista Burlington for me

Plenty of merchandise. Holiday displays up. Good perfumes, toiletries, shoes. Carts lock up when you try to leave the store.

This store is definitely an upgrade to the Vista location. The store is very clean. It seems that there is more of a variety of things to purchase here as well.

Bought pants, shirt a lunch pale socks and shoes for a great price. Plus a got chocolate covered raisins. All for..... Less than $100.00. Unbelievable.

For a coat factory they seem a little expensive. Waffled on a coat took my time came back a week later and missed my opportunity. I got some Calvin Klein oxfords I know regularly going for 89 to 119 for 29 here at B Coat. Great prices on over the rack suits too leaves plenty of room to get them tailored.

Its a Burlington coat factory, Im not sure what you expected, but I am reminded of the style and quality of shopping experience of any place with the word factory in its title. Pizza Factory in Temecula comes to mind, though ironically enough Spaghetti Factory in San Marcos was great. This location was clean and well ordered. Good selection at great price point. Would come back to buy socks and undershirts again.

I found some 5xl shirts for good affordable prices for a friend of mine. And I also found some very wide pants in his size too. Now my friend can dress better without worrying about the prices. Burlington is definitely a place for finding mens big & tall. Highly recommend for anyone who seeks any size of clothing.

I was really surprised how much inventory that wasnt in the store and she is hardly anything to choose from its like dudakovic people dont know how to stock the shelves maybe theyre not working in the factory Im not really sure but really its a waste of time for us to get out put a mask on go to a store and there was nothing in there so Burlington hats off to you for good inventory normally but this trip where the sock didnt the items that the things were supposed to buy
