This circle k used to be called, on the run. The car wash used to be called the wash n run. It also used to have a softgloss xs 2 with red white and blue brushes and, the sticker at the top said mobil and, the bottom said wash n run. The air dryer at the exit was a ryko slimline dryer. Sadly, the car wash machine is gone forever. It was replaced with a pdq protouch tandem with different air dryers. After that, that pdq protoch tandem and the air dryer was replace by, a mark vii with the 3 brushes and the mark vii air dryer. Such a heck of an experience to this gas stations car wash. The softgloss xs 2 will be missed.
Clerk inside was very rude will never recommend or use this place again
Like every convenience store they have good and bad things we could say about them.Every morning I stop here before work and havent had any problems. The graveyard crew with Rafael and another young man they just hired, from what I can see does a very good job. Both of them are very polite and go out of their way to try and help you if you need it.
Rude employees. Cashier was demanding and they tend not to say please or thank you, but rather use cell phones and talk about inappropriate subjects while customers stand at counter and wait for them to walk to register. (Large woman around age 30 with shaved head in particular is lacking in customer service skills.)
Rafeal the overnight cashier is amazing great customer service always a pleasure seeing him in the store
Purchased gas and snacks this afternoon, asked for air. The gentleman said hed turn it on for me. Waited 5 minutes and air never was turned on. Went back in store, gentleman was gone and a lady had taken his place. Asked her to turn on air, she acknowledged. Waited another 5 minutes and air was not turned on. Paid for air with my credit card as I was in a hurry, filled my tires, went back in store and asked for a $1.75 refund on my card because I had to pay for the air. She said I cant tell if it turns on because I cant hear it from here. I said no problem, Id like the money back because Im entitled to free air. She repeated her statement and told me she cant give me a refund. A man had walked over to her side of the counter, not in uniform, but since he was back there I figured he worked for Circle K. I asked if maybe he could give me a refund. He said no, thats not possible, he doesnt know if I paid or not and I cant just ask for a refund. I said, you dont trust me over $1.75? He said we dont have anything to do with paying for the air. I said its on your property, you must be responsible for it. He said its like the slushy machine, thats not theirs. I said surely if I pay for a slushy and its not working, I can get a refund from you. He said why dont you stop bothering us and being condescending, we dont give refunds for that, end of story. I couldnt believe it. In front of other customers, I was being berated and with the tone of his voice, was made to look like a fool for having asked such a crazy question. At that point he asked if there was anything else he could help with. I was speechless and finally just said no, goodbye. I will never walk in that store again after being so embarrassed. Its like I offended them and I was hassling them and wasting their time. Couldnt believe it. I never issue customer complaints but still, 30 minutes later, Im unnerved at my experience in that store.
The cashiers are very helpful especially Raphael is supper nice service is great and its looking a nice
Wont accept military ID! As told by the cashier its our official policy to not accept military ID its valid ID but whatever, presented a Washington ID ...also would NOT accept that. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere
Disrespectful cashiers wow! They desperately need to work on their customer service, Sophia specifically. Maybe she needs to be retrained, I dont believe its right that she can pick and choose who she does and doesnt I.D. according to CA state law you must ID anyone buying cigarettes or alcoholic beverages, apparently she doesnt believe in that law, but rather her own policy. Owner beware you can have your alcohol license revoked for such a minor infraction!
I wouldn’t even give the place a one star rating, but because I had to give them a star just to write a review.. this circle K has the rudest employees.. my husband was in there to make a purchase and helped out one of the cashiers by looking up something for her on his phone.. and when he got home he called to ask a simple question about the product he got and he happened to get the same girl that he just helped out less then 10 mins ago.. and she wouldn’t even let him talk and replied back to him saying “I’m busy right now call back in an hour” and hung up on him! he happened to recognize her voice so he called back again and said hi is this the girl I literally just helped look up something on my phone and she said yes and he’s like I don’t understand why you hung up on me I get that you’re busy but I had a question that would’ve only taken you a min to answer and she still continued to be very very rude to him.. I don’t understand why people like this would ever get hired at a place where they have to help people all day.. they need to get better employees that actually treat there customers with respect instead of treating them like they’re total trash. Worst circle K ever
So far this station has dropped the ball, TWICE! 1) They would not honor my EBT card. 2) (today): They had no idea how to honor my Plenti card even though it is posted all over the pumps that they do. Shouldnt the establishments know how to process the cards they say they honor? Evidently these people need more training-- or at least honor your advertising! Uve been SHOPT!!
First off, Id like to state that this is a collective review, by people who live in the neighborhood and frequently shop at this location, which is our community stop and shop.A big issue is receipts at the pump, which never print. Forcing me and anyone else that pays at the pump to go inside. When asked why they dont print, they always give different answers. This has been going on for about 3 months now and people are taking notice. The shelves are almost always understocked, same goes for the lids/straws for the fountain drinks. The place is a complete mess. The bathrooms are constantly out of order, If they are open, its absolutely filthy and unsanitary, with tagging all over the walls, some of which is quite offensive. Some of the employees are not only rude, but completely negligent of their role in customer service. Theyre seen typing away on their phones while customers stand in line waiting to be checked out. I have personally witnessed management do nothing about it, as if it wasnt a big deal that the customers had to wait for an employee to do their job.We have taken notice of one employees dedication to making the customers feel at home. His name is David and he works the graveyard on the weekend. When you come into the store early on the weekend after his shift, it looks great. The floors are mopped, the shelves stocked and everything is how youd expect it to be. This young man deserves recognition for his consistency and superb customer service. We have made calls to the customer complaint line, which is only an automated voice machine and quite clearly, its to no effect. Our next step is going to be calling the Circle K HQ to inform them of what is happening. I beg you, if youve shared these experiences, to please contact Circle K to inform them of what is happening.
Casher said military ID is not valid and it is there official policy not to accept it. Wont be back
