The food was amazing. Had a Banh Mi house special and it was filled with flavor. The bread is freshly made and very fresh vegetables. They took there time to perfect the food and the wait was worth it. I would be coming back again next weekend.

Fresh bread, perfectly picked veggies, very yummy!We got the house bahn mi, organic tofu bahn mi, BBQ spring rolls, and a strawberry banana smoothie, everything was just right.There was a bit of a wait, but everything was made fresh and totally worth it.The spring rolls were delicious especially with the peanut sauce and the smoothie was perfect, not too sweet or syrupy, made with fresh fruit (yay)!

I was really excited to stop by ND Banh Mi based on the photos and Google reviews. Unfortunately my experience was nothing like what is written in the rave reviews. I arrived and walked in. Luckily they weren’t busy at all. I mean dead. No one inside. I checked out the menu quickly and placed my order. The woman who took my order was friendly but she was not wearing a mask. (Not the reason for my low review). I ordered a few items to try. After ordering I seated myself and waited. I was actually waiting for quite some time. It gave me a lot of time to look around and observe my surroundings and staff. I will say that this did not seem like a clean restaurant. There were two tables towards the back with stuff all over it. A personal office if you will but out in the open. It didn’t just have a printer on top but used masks, trash and miscellaneous things spread all over. The dining room had dust and debris on the floor and tables. You could tell that this place doesn’t not get cleaned very often and certainly not on a regular basis. I watched what was going on behind the scenes. I’m not very picky so I just treated it like I was at a family members house and they were whipping something up for me. Then I remembered I am a paying customer and I don’t get to dine in very often. Another staff member was helping prepare food but wasn’t wearing her mask properly. The food finally arrived and I was more than excited. Then, I tried it. There was nothing desirable about anything I ordered. From my drink, to my banh mi and appetizer. Where is the flavor? The boba was over cooked and chewy. The banh mi lacked flavor all around. pickled veggies who? Appetizer was not cooked thoroughly. I’m part Vietnamese and a food lover and this spot was not it. I love supporting small businesses but this establishment needs more TLC. This place looked nothing like the online photos. From the food to the dining room. What happened?!ND Banh Mi Owner & Management,Thank you so much for replying and wanting to know what exactly needs improvement. It truly shows that you care about this restaurant. I’m my opinion the boba was over cooked and chewy. The egg rolls were not cooked all the way through and more lettuce is needed, so the cook time might need to be adjusted on those. I prefer nuoc cham to dip and felt the sweet chili sauce was too sweet. That’s a personal preference. In the banh mi, the veggies specifically needed more flavor.

Not the same as when the first opened. The customer service is poor and it took over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches when the place isnt busy. And my order wasnt correct. Looks like its time to find a new bahn mi spot.

This is my first time giving 2 stars, I’m almost tempted to give 1. I’ve had an old email account with over 100 reviews.Just not good. I am Vietnamese and I am sorely disappointed with the quality of the food. The pork was very dry, and old. The banh mi was mostly just bread with very little in it and not worth it for the price.

The environment is very casual and the staff fantastic. My favorite thing to order is a Sizzling Beef Banh Mi and an iced Vietnamese coffee. They also have dark Vietnamese coffee where its more coffee than condensed milk. Oh and the bread! The french bread they use for the sandwiches is amazing. It makes the delicious crunch sound, but its so soft on the inside. From taste you can tell the bread and all other ingredients are fresh. I dont know how long theyve been in business, but Im sure glad theyre part of the neighborhood!

This place is usually good and I like coming here but today it was the worst customer service and the saddest Banh Mi Ive ever received. I would guess because I didnt recognize the regular workers it was the new staff working? The cashier seemed bothered I was there. The sandwich is so SOGGY with grease and ingredients taste old, not fresh I cant even finish it. Egg rolls were ok. But seriously I am so disappointed because this place is awesome and I just feel like its starting to go downhill from here.

Such a delightful discovery! We were in the area and stopped by on a whim and Im so glad we did. We ordered a house banh mi, a sizzling beef, a thai iced tea and an avocado smoothie with boba! Everything was speedy and delicious and flavorful! 10/10 would recommend 😁

Love their food and their love for customers. They accidentally made my bah mi with jalapenos and I cant eat spice. I just got done with sugary and I cant drive. So I used grubhub to get my favorite food. They just closed up and said they would remake and personally deliver to my address! Oh and threw in 2 of their amazing eggrolls! 💖

ND is a great Vietnamese sandwich joint. Traditional ingredients, which can be customized on order, but the baguettes they make are incredible. The bread, IMO, is what makes a great sandwich. Light friendly service at the order counter and always accommodating. Ive had everything on the menu so far and honestly worth every penny.

Everything about their Banh Mi rolls is delicious. From the freshly baked crunchy but soft rolls to the marinated meats and fresh vegetables, this is truly a treat. I personally love the house Banh Mi, but a nice variety is available. The staff is very friendly. The interior is plain and a bit utilitarian/fast food style, but always neatly clean.

Absolutely love eating here!!! :) They recently expanded to included additional seating so that more people can eat inside. We come here as often as we can whenever we are in area. For a cafe, the menu is not limited. Love all their banh mi - yes, weve tried tried them all! Fave sandwiches are the grilled pork on croissant, and the grilled beef steak on baguette. Love the eggrolls (theyre quite big in size and loaded inside!)

I was about to walk into Subway and noticed the pictures of delicious looking food outside of ND Banh Mi. Very glad I decided to give them a try. Customer service was awesome! I chose the Grilled Chicken Vietnamese sandwich, it was very flavorful and definitely enjoyed my experience here. I recommend to give them a try 😀

Taste of the chicken sandwich was great. Just one thing is that theres only one type of bread which is white bread. Would be nice if there was wheat or multigrain.

Im on business travel and just wanted a quick vegan banh mi to get dinner over with. My expectations were not high but this little gem was quite a find. Friendly hostess and the sandwich was delicious. She recommended the half tofu half avocado sandwich and it was excellent. They had many other traditional vietnamese sandwiches also.

Delicious vegetarian banh mi! I really appreciate that they use *organic* tofu. Or you can choose an avocado and veggies banh mi if you want to forgo the soy. The staff is always pleasant, cheerful, and friendly. Quality food at good prices. You can tell a lot of regulars come here again-and-again. Ill be coming back, too! There is a $5-min-bill to use a credit card. (But I encourage you to pay with cash as a means to help support a small business.)

I eat here every week and this place is fantastic! I have tried other banh mi restaurants nearby, and none hold a candle to ND Banh Mi. Ingredients are top notch and prices are super reasonable...you want this banh mi, trust me.
