I came into Vision Decision recently with my elderly mom with both hearing and cognitive issues. She often either loses or breaks her glasses. The optometrists at Vision Decision went above and beyond for us. They were caring, beyond helpful and saved us a lot of money. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Dave is really the best around! He has been taking care of me and my family for the last several years. I always get the most caring check ups and my glasses are always perfect. Great place to get your eyes checked and a nice pair of glasses. They were professional and made you feel comfortable the whole time. No sales pitches for expensive items you dont need and the place is super clean. Would recommend

I brought my new eye glass prescription into Vision Decision on February 20th. I picked out new framesGave them a deposit and was told my glasses would be ready in approximately 2 weeks.I received a call that my glasses were ready and went to pick them up and have the necessary adjustments done if needed. I sat down across from the Optician,put the new glasses on AND COULD NOT SEEANYTHING!! When the Optician looked at the glasses,I was advised that the glasses were not done correctly!! They were very sorry and would try to have the correct prescription filled by the end of the week.I called numerous times told to call back later that day; STILL NO NEW GLASSES. By this time thePandemic factor was becoming a real problem. Finally, the glasses came in and they were mailed to me.Vision Decision has since reopened, HOWEVERHE CONTINUED TO YELL AT ME AND THEN SAID :”YOU MUST HAVE BEEN SOME GOOD TEACHER”I then said : if I didn’t need the adjustment I would leave. With that he responded “I TELL YOU WHERE TO GO” With that final comment,I LEFT the store.TO HAVE TREATED ME OR ANY OTHER CUSTOMER IN SUCH A MATTER IS DISPICIBLE!!Further,had the glasses been properly filled the first time, The Pandemic excuse should have not be necessary!! The Optician’s behavior was inexcusable.:

As soon as you enter the establishment you are welcomed and greeted by amazing staff. The location and frames on display is very well organized. Optometrist is not only funny but makes every part of the eye exam comfortable and smooth. Definitely recommend this location for a first timer!

Dr. Dave and Richie are both caring and helpful. They have provided me with contacts/glasses for years and excellent eye exams.

This is a response to the previous review. I am the gentleman who helped her. First of all, the frame was broken at school when a classmate knocked it off her head, and the frame snapped. This is not a manufacturers defect so we charged $20 for a brand new frame.Either way its irrelevant, because she received the new frame and I waived the fees because she refused to pay. Thats the part she didnt mention in her complaint.

This place is horrible! They try to rip people off. I went in for the first time for my two young daughters my 10 year old was seen and told she needs glasses the optometrist told me I “have to get shatterproof lenses” that cost about 90$. I have no problem purchasing what is the best and recommended, but I don’t think it’s professional to say “I have to”. A recommendation would have been better. Then he went on to tell me he doesn’t make any money from the insurance. My daughter informed me there was a crack in the frame the day we left the store but I didn’t think it was a big deal and just told her to wear them until I can go back. About 2 weeks later the frame cracked and the lens fell out l. I went back to the store and the second male worker, was so rude and disrespectful he was not clear on the process of broken lenses he stated “all I have is a shiney frame, I don’t have the other one” I said ok well let me have my daughter come in to try them and make sure she will be happy with them. His response was she has no choice. Then says “oh I found one she had”. Pops the lens in and say “just throw me 20$” I usually charge 60”. How unprofessional, I highly doubt such a money hungry place would cut such a deal so I questioned the 20$ charge and he began raising his voice. I do not recceommed anyone go to their place.

Terrible service and price. Get a free eye exam anywhere and order online for 1/3 of the cost
