I started with another screen print company for my Friends bachelor party and I kept getting the run around with products, timeline & conflicting info on prices. I had little to no time left before I was too late to complete this project and I just so happened to stop by Impact Design on my way home from work one day. Sure enough they said that it could be done and guided me through the entire process. They gave me a tour around the entire shop showing me that they are capable of doing everything & I mean EVERYTHING on site. They print shirts, embroidery stuff, I saw banners, posters mugs and I am sure I didn’t see it all. I had less than 2 weeks for my final days before my friends party and I got the good right on time. I was impressed with the art department and the girl Emm or however you spell it, who sent me several layouts to pick from. I am far from an artist so this truly helped. They all seemed to have a great bit of knowledge for the company and offered a good bit of detail which helped in the process as well. I am happy to say I have worked with Impact a handful of times. I work for Doherty Concrete and my boss does a lot of business with this place. We get shirts, safety vests, business cards, stickers, banners and so much more. I had a special request to get a bright orange safety vest with lots of pockets. I work with the sales person named Casey and she was able to get me a vest that fits comfortable and has plenty of pockets. I like how breathable it is and has lots of room for my things. I will definitely tell my friends and family to use this place for any of their design needs.

Worked with Impact through this year for various products I needed for a society at Cal State San Marcos. I got custom T-Shirts and Stoles printed. The T-Shirts were great and the Stoles came out amazing. Excellent cusotmer service with great turn around time. Would recommend to anyone.

I used them many years ago and they charged me a min $75 to do artwork, which consisted of placing the copyright Circle C. Next to my Artwork. The lady did it in front of me and it took just a few seconds. I was shocked to get the bill. But I paid it. It taught me a lesson, so I went to school to learn to do my own designing.
