I really like this store it has a lot of different product that’s need it for any type of grow and there shipping system is really good as well but we have to keep in mind the issue with the pandemonium that’s being going on but at the end of the day the item is delivered and also the customer service is really efficient as well.

Would not recommend. Order was placed October 5th with delivery date of the 15th. Never received now delayed. Reached out to them with no success. Walmart promptly returned my money this am. Dont waste ur time with this company buy local

Order never shipped. After a week of waiting for some movement, I wrote for a status update. To their credit, they wrote back immediately and when I asked for a refund they accommodated. Im out nothing but time and inconvenience.

I received a product that was clearly damaged and leaking. I contacted Oceanside and they never resolved my simple issue. They just ghosted me and refused to communicate with me in any way. These people are nothing but a bunch of crooks and thieves. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered General Hydro Flora series nutes online. The price for the gallon trip was great. Cheaper than local and Amazon. The shipping was fast and well packed. Will be looking here again when I need to order online

Ordered 5 gallon isopropyl alcohol and was shipped promptly. I reduce one star only because they packed in a way that looked cheap.

Ordered an item and received shipment notification, product shipped, stating I would receive the product on 7/15. 7/25 no product, tracker continues to say delayed. Reached out to Walmart, they forward my message to this company with an expected response in 1 day(as advised by Walmart). 6 days later and no response. Walmart is now refunding my money. I trusted Walmart would vet their vendors before selling their products online. I will be reaching out to Walmart expressing concern that they need to protect their customers and vet/remove poor vendors.

Their ORIGINAL ad on Walmart’s website for 99.9% Isopropyl Alcohol clearly showed a 4 gallon per case order for only $45. I thought that was extremely cheap, but hey, I’ll take it. So I ordered it. I received ONE gallon for $45. I wrote and asked when I should expect the other THREE gallons. The response was that the ad showed it as a per gallon purchase. When I looked at the ad again, it had been CHANGED to reflect that. I’m sure the change was was made after multiple complaints from many other consumers. Nice ploy and rip-off Oceanside.

I have waited over three weeks for my package and it still hasnt arrived, I e tried to contact the company asking for a refund and have been continually ignore

They raised the price at Walmart from $25.46 for 4 gallons to $65.86 for one gallon. That is more than a 10 fold price increase! Price gouging is defined as more than a 20% increase. This is more than a 1000% increase! GREEDY!!!!

Buyer Beware!!!Ordered some garden supplies almost 2 weeks ago 5/07/20 & the shipping status was updated to delayed a few days after I ordered... Still havent received any further info on the status of my package.I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future. You guys stink for service.
