By far worst experience with this company not once but twice they were unable to fulfill my order gave them 2 months given the shortages going fir them to tell me i had to wait another month . I decided to cancel order i had already sent my core in they said they would return it and its been a month and no core I have no doubt in my mind they used it to fulfill another order Vargas turbo was much quicker and more responsive then theses guys dont fall for the hype go with Vargas turbos

Initially I had my doubts after hearing all the amazing reviews furthermore endless customer service stories that all seem to have the perfect ending. So I took a leap and I tried for myself, I could definitely say pure turbos is one of the best companies out there for production, their staff is very educated in helping make purchases and furthermore on educating the customers. I personally do not know much about turbochargers but after speaking with Jimmy over the course of the past few weeks was able to get a lot better understanding for what was offered. The quality of the customer service the quality of the products and overall company is phenomenal.

These guys just rebuilt my vf40 in a super fast turnaround! If they have the parts in house, they will get right on it. Super knowledgeable, professional, and great prices. Definitely will be back.

Initially disappointed....placed my order coming up on a month now. When I was told 10-15days but did not once receive a single update as to the status of my order is, even after sending 3 emails over the span of the last 3 weeks. Nothing. No response. I decided to call them in the beginning of this week and got a CNC machine was down response and waiting for a part to arrive possibly later in the week. No guesswork on when my order could be processed though. You would figure if a lathe or mill was down that their production rate would lag and orders would take longer than normal -customers would be notified- however no such notification was ever given.Sad to see so much positive experiences from a lot of customers - but I suppose I wasnt so lucky. I understand things happen and machines break but I would presume one of the first few priorities would be to notify customers of the delay and give them a realistic expectation of their order.Update 12/9/18- I was finally contacted back by pure and based on the response i got i suppose I just slipped through the cracks. They had my turbos ready to ship on Monday 12/10 and sent them for overnight delivery-at their expense -( much appreciated)I received them on Tuesday the next day. They appear to be in a great rebuilt condition. Once I receive the additional parts (new oil lines etc) and have a few thousand miles on them. I will report back with updates. Thank you Charles.Update 2/4. Turbos have been installed and running very well so far. About 1k miles on them. Turbos performance have definitely redeemed the status of this company from my perspective- excusing the hiccup that occured during order process. 5stars!Update 11/24/19. Turbos still running strong at over 10k miles now at 27psi. Running out of clutch already. Another purchase may underway for my e90 auto trans 335i !

A great experience! Would buy again and for my next project. Jimmy is the man and helped me though the whole process. Gave me a great price and and upgraded turbo to boot. One is always a little leery of using someone 1800 miles away, knowing if you have a problem that you cant drive there to resolve it. FEAR NOT !!!Pure Turbos is beyond reproach. I called them about 2 yrs ago for rebuild on my Garrett T04E 57 trim bb turbo. They were much better to work with then the places I called here on the east coast. After some discussion I opted to replace with a 50 trim and their new billet compressor wheel. I flat rated my core out to them, which ended up being trash, so I just ordered new. The price was good. The turbo runs excellent and performs just as they stated. A+ guys, and their 50 trim aluminum wheel turbo is great on my 2.4L. They will be the first company I call for all future turbo projects / needs.

Took my turbo here to get balanced, when they put it on the machine there was an O-ring I hadnt seated properly and it started leaking oil, they still charged me full price for the balance. I ended up fixing it and taking it back, they said there was another problem, several hundred dollars later they were able to get it torn down and balanced. I didnt get an honest feeling from these guys.

I purchased a Turbo Cartridge for my 2008 Mini Cooper S on Wednesday, July 3,2013 and received on Saturday, July 6, 2013. (Only took 3 days!) I installed it on Sunday and drove my car for 50 miles and my turbo stop working?!!! Some how my turbo had an oil problem so I sent the cartridge back to Pure Turbo. I spoke to Chuck whom was very attentive in helping me as he will replace the part cover under warranty and explained everything to me. I needed a rebuild turbo as a precaution after replacing engine. I ordered via amazon but called to confirm delivery time. Carol was professional and advised me shipping time was 2 days from ca to vegas compared to date quoted on amazon. I received turbo on time. Install had detailed instructions. I shipped core back and received 100 refund promptly. The only reason I didnt give them a 5 star rating is turbo was a little oily and wastegate had dent on it. I just turbo looked a little cleaner.

My Garrett 35R ball bearing turbo was leaking oil horribly. Everyobe I spoke with told me that the ball bearing garretts could not be rebuilt. Chuck and Jessie not only replaced the seals that could not be replaced, but had it back to me in the same week they received it. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Would recommend to anyone with forced induction.

Shipped my damaged GT35R to be inspectected and repaired . Turbo was a total loss, but pure turbos came through with a new billet center section and also polished my compressor housing and heat coated my exhaust housing .
