Worst customer service ever. After 4 weeks out of the hospital I am still waiting for a wheel chair and commode. I used to also buy my C pap supplies from these folks until I realized that my copay for basic supplies was cheaper through ebay than through Apria.

Aprias customer service is a joke. Their billing practices are abusive. If you dont give them what they want right away, they retaliate with threats to end rental agreements. Beyond unethical. A bad look for a corporation that claims to be the leader. They only care about billing you, they dont care about your health at all.If you want a safe and sensitive alternative, try ELITE MEDICAL AND RESPIRATORY. Their website: elitecpap dot com.Like

On vacation and forgot to pack all the parts to my CPAP machine. Took care of me with such kindness. A true blessing!

Weve been dealing with Apria for over a week now trying to get an electric hospital bed and knee scooter for my husband whos having leg surgery tomorrow and needless to say, its been a horrendous experience dealing with their incompetence. Canceled our order with them after the 5th time they asked us my husbands height and weight! Thanks to a very reliable source, we called ERICS MEDICAL SUPPLY and he was able to take our order and get us our (brand new) bed in less than 2hrs!!What stellar, professional service! Thank you so much Eric! You saved us so much time and now my husband will finally have the comfort he needs to heal.Note: We are in no way affiliated with EMS and this is absolutely an honest review!

I have had to just walk in and demand service every time because they never return a call. I need to call tomorrow for a rental of a c pap machine immediately and will probably have to walk in and demand help. My machine is completely out saying the motor has to many hours on it. I don’t breathe at night when I’m without a machine. I have not missed a night in 7 years. It’s a matter of life and death. They don’t seem to take the job seriously.

Horrible customer service. Really hard to communicate with them. They called me at 10pm which is completely unprofessional and shady to me. I couldnt give a deliver time for my wheelchair rental because its a separate company that handles that which is very hard on someone with a busy schedule who cant just wait at home all day for a delivery. Finally, I went through the whole automated process of requesting a rental return early because the wheelchair was too heavy to use out and about which is why I needed it in the first place, so I gave the robot my email to have a rep email me details on when I want it picked up and any special instructions for pick up BUT no one ever emailed me. Someone did leave me a voicemail from a random number saying they will be by to pickup sometime tomorrow. Will never use this rental service again. Just buy a wheelchair from CVS if its for temporary ailment and you have someone to wheel you around. If you need a heavy self wheel type like they gave me, look elsewhere for rentals. I dont even want to attempt a reimbursement at this point. Yikes.

My displeasure is with Apria in general, not necessarily all individuals who work at the local division here. The lady on the phone who helped with the emergency delivery, the on call delivery driver and the woman who helped my husband in person when he drove over to pick up extra tanks were all great. It is the overall way that it works that is difficult. No one explained to us that delivery is limited to a certain number of tanks per month. We were just told to call the number if we needed more.Sat on the curb for well over an hour waiting for delivery of the oxygen concentrator to my father-in-laws gated and locked apartment complex while he was on his way home from the hospital on a portable tank that had 2 hours of air for him. When I called to find out why the driver was so late, I was told that the notes said that the driver had attempted delivery and the patient wasnt home so he had left a note on the door! Impossible, of course, because I would have had to let him in the gate AND the front door of the building in order for this to happen. An emergency delivery order had to be placed, and the on call driver had to come out to make the delivery in place of the deadbeat, lying driver that preferred going home over doing his job.Two days later, I call to order more tanks which are needed for him to leave his apartment. Cant deliver for 5 days. This results in him having to stay home, rather than living his life as he wishes to because he does not have enough tanks to leave the house.Call again today because when that delivery came, they didnt deliver the amount I ordered. So of course we are running out. They cant deliver for 5 more days, and I am told if I need it before then, I can drive over between 9 and 5 and pick it up myself!!!Edited to add more details.

I have only the “pleasure” of dealing with their incompetent staff over the phone. I have never seen a company do such a poor job on customer service. After a month of leaving countless number of messages with their call center located in some remote part of the world, i have yet to receive a returned call to answer a simple question on when the item will arrive. If you have a choice, do not waste your time with this company, you will be left frustrated.

I cant get my much needed CPM machine and cant get help from their customer service! I just had leg reconstructive surgery! I needed this machine 4 days ago and was supposed to be scheduled nearly an additional week before that!I was recently released from a skilled nursing facility after having leg reconstructive surgery. While still admitted, a handful of days before discharge, the referral coordinator of the facility informed me that Apria told her a representative would call me that afternoon to schedule my CPM delivery. I never got a call. So I informed her, and she called them again, I still never got a call. Discharge day comes, and I still have not gotten a call. I get home on Thursday late afternoon, and waited. Friday I got settled into my house and still no call. So on Saturday I call and see what is going on because at this point I am feeling the difference in my joints. I am 2 weeks post op and NEED this machine! Rep says I will receive phone call by end of day. NO CALL. So I call Sunday (today) and ask to speak to a supervisor, whom tells me I need to continue waiting for the delivery guy to call me and wont do anything else. He says my order was already marked as urgent when ordered (over a week ago!) and what else do I want him to do. I told him I want my CPM to be delivered so my recovery is not compromised! I asked his last name and he refused, so I asked his employee number and he refused. So I asked to be transfered to a higher official and he refused. So I asked his bosses name and position, which he ALSO refused. So I said is there ANYONE else I can talk to and he said no. I informed him I was reporting them which I have every intention of doing later this evening. This company has officially neglected me as both a patient as a customer as well as compromised my health and recovery with their negligence. I am on day 4 of NOT having use of a CPM machine and am 100% feeling the difference in my leg. I cancelled my referral with this company and moved it to HUPP Medical Supply- whom I may add, has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and promised delivery first thing tomorrow.
