Everyone at the shop was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They worked well with me and got my car completed in a week. I genuinely appreciate their professionalism, courtesy, an all-around great job they did taken care of me as a customer. I even got my rental car without having to go to a different location.I highly recommend.

Had used them twice before and experience was very professional.. thus time it was as if they could care less if they had my business at all. I didnt know geico wouldnt be on site and service king didnt want to speak to me without an appointment even though the employee was doing nothing at the time. When i asked about when geico would be on site she told she didnt know to xsll them snd walked away. I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes before i got geico on the line but during that time she walked outside looked rite at me then walked away and im thinking i would at least ask if you needed further assistance to ensure my company solved your problem and you didnt go somewhere else which i ended up doing. If service king had attempted to be if service i would be writing a positive review but instead im using another shop eho was willing to be helpful.
My rear bumper and lights had to be replaced because of an accident. They did an awesome job. Took just a few days. Looked like new. We have used service king for many, many years. I requested to use them because my insurance was going to send me elsewhere. I would totally recommend them to anyone!!

What a great experience! Rodney and his team were great to work with and the results are beautiful. Someone slightly bumped into the back of my car with their truck causing some bumper cover damage. Service King was able to repair the damage and repaint the bumper cover to look factory new. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs a quality job done.

I ended up at Service King because I was recently in an accident and Geico suggested I take my car there because they have employees on site that could assess the damage and repair it all it one location, which is very convenient. When I went to my appointment, everything was wonderful, Geico greeted me relatively promptly, and the Service King employee, Vanessa, was also very kind, assuring me that she would be in contact with me throughout the whole process. This was on a Monday. On Friday, I received an automated that said the estimated completion date for the car would be Saturday, great! Mind you, I hadnt heard from Vanessa since Monday. On Saturday, the estimated completion date, I didnt hear ANYTHING from Service King. Monday, I ended up calling them to which an employee told me the car would be done by the end of the day, they were waiting for a part, and someone would call me. No call. Tuesday, I called again (they never called), and was now told that the part was not going to be in until Wednesday. Finally, I hear from Vanessa Wednesday, inviting me to come in at 4pm to get the car. So I am there at 4...4:15...4:30, and at 4:40 Vanessa tells me they need to repaint the car and I needed to come back tomorrow. Finally, today is Thursday, and I do in fact have my car. The repair was done nicely (see photos) and they did put gas in my tank for the inconvenience, which is why I am giving two stars. I will not be coming back here again however because the customer service was just not up to my standard at all. Sorry guys.
Great staff, fast and good quality work! When in for a bumper scruff and they finished in one day. Upon arrival my rental was ready for me and no hassle at all! The paint work matched my empire grey color exact. I was giving other options for body shops and chose this one because of the good reviews. I was not disappointed!

I’ve never had to file a claim before so I was pretty unaware of what to expect. I called and made an appointment and they were very friendly. I arrived and was greeted by Elizabeth and the manager Rodney. They were both very professional and polite. I received my estimate the next day and they immediately began working on my car. I was texted updates every week day and before I knew it, my car was ready! I would definitely recommend this place!! They even made sure to sanitize everything before giving it back to me. I hope I never have to come back but I won’t hold my breath because I have a teenager that starts driving this month! Service King will definitely be my first choice for now on!
Very professional staff from the minute you drive up. I shared that I needed the car for a up coming trip. Due to part delays, no fault of Service King they did what they could, reassembled the car and finished the repairs at my convenience after returning from my trip. Was disappointed that the old locally owned Dustin and Roberts shop was now this franchise. I was not pleased with the way I was given an estimate. Went a couple doors down and got much lower one.
They keep you up to date with every move. My car was done 8 days ahead of time . They do a fabulous job. When they finished they also detailed my car to the T. I recommend them highly.

Very good customer service and work I drove my car from TN all the way to Disney didn’t run hot until I got there brand new car someone backed into me while in TN the service king there fixed it put a aftermarket fan didn’t find out it wasn’t compatable until we got to Disney car started running hot this service king in Ocoee put me in a rental for 3 days no questions asked the manager got in his personal car to pick up the factory fan on Christmas Eve! Thanks for the great service you provided me could have ruined my entire family vacation but your team made it work thank you once again!

Vice Market President Cabe Terrell is a dishonest/ unethical person. I had recently moved to Florida to be closer to family and inquired about a job at a local Service King. Speaking to the manager I realized this wasnt on the dealer level shops I was used to but would be willing to try. However, during the interview I learned that Cabe Terrell was the top management guy in Florida. At that point I thanked the manager for his time and left. He used to work at Crest Auto Group Collision Center in Plano, TX under Patrick Kuntz (they both worked previously at Sewell in Dallas, TX) as did I. During my time there I witnessed many unethical acts and wrongdoings by that management team. I saw them return vehicles to customers without completing the paid for repairs, remove parts from other customers cars to put on other cars because of a customer complaint. They had a high turnover rate due to mismanagement of personnel. I had a casual conversation with Cabe once where he casually used the N word in reference to a new young hire Charles. Claiming he was just there for diversity and to save face. A former Black employee Caesar actually sued the dealership for racial discrimination because of an incident where he was terminated but the non Black employee was not. This prompted everyone at the dealership to have to sign a Arbitrary Agreement stating they wouldnt sue in court in case of a dispute. He also discriminated against that young employee Charles by giving information to everyone in the paint shop except him then calling a meeting in an attempt to humiliate him by making him to be the culprit in production delays. Charles defended himself because he wasnt aware of the information and rejected the managers attempt to rectify the misunderstanding and quit. He was the Assistant Manager in December 2003 when many of the employees were terminated due to immigration status. In 2006 when he was involved with a new body shop First Service Collision in Carrollton, TX which is now closed, as the Manager he knowingly hired some of those employees who were terminated to work for him illegally. Two of which Jesus and Jose I later ran into at other shops after Cabes shop went out of business. Now he has apparently worked his way up the chain with Service King and is at the executive level for Florida. I was relatively young at my time at Crest Auto Group and would have quit working there much sooner had I been mature as I am now which led me to leave the interview. I find it as a poor decision making and low moral standards that Service King would hire let alone promote someone with this type of history at the management level. He frequently bullied employees when he thought he could, forcing them to do unpaid or he would steer the work to someone weaker and wrote poor estimates to the appeasement of insurance companies. This along with clear disregard for laws and customers alike reflects poorly on Service King and their ability to properly research and vet key personnel within their company. This isnt fraudulent or biased content, but verifiable information. I wrote this to inform the public of the type of person/ people making decisions on repairing the vehicles they use to transport their families in and to be cautious of those who are entrusted with this responsibility.
Excellent stress free, customer friendly experience! They examined car, explained what was needed, and told me when car would be ready within hours. They kept me informed of repair progress via text. My car was ready day before estimated date and it looked great! Couldnt tell there was ever any damage. Representative was friendly as was everyone at this location.Professional, friendly, expert repairs as promised!
5 Star Service!Michelle helped me every step of the way when my truck was recently rear ended. They gave me daily updates on the status of the repairs which was really helpful. The repairs were completed promptly and their work was flawless - very happy with my experience here, will come back if I ever need work done in the future.
The entire process was seamless and painless. I had some damage to rear bumper on the driver side and within a few days everything looked brand new. The rental process while during the repairs was easy as well. Definitely will use them again in the future. (Hopefully I wont have to though) 😉
I went to this place after an accident, I was sent there by all state.First I was supposed to go to another branch and my appointment was so far, we called Service King Ocoee, they gave us same day appointment to checkin my car which was awesome!When we got there, Robin, the sweetest lady ever at the front desk introduced us to Stephen who was so amazing, professional, and so helpful through the whole experience!Stephen took a good care of us, answered all our questions, he called the car rental company to fix issues getting the rental car to us as well.I kept on getting text messages with the update of my car not only that Stephen kept on calling me with the update and what he have promised me was so true, I received my car earlier than the date I was supposed to get it in.Stephen checked my car with me before giving it to me, and the checkout was so easy.My car when received was same as New as if nothing happened to it.Service King, thanks and keep us the great work!
I cannot stress enough how happy Ive been with Service King. My truck was taken there after an accident. They kept me updated throughout the repair process, were very friendly, and always available to answer questions in a timely manner. Even when I picked up my truck and discovered the next day that there was a screw in one of the tires they immediately worked to solve my issue at no extra cost to me. No one WANTS to have to go to an auto repair shop, but if you HAVE to I cant recommend Service King highly enough.
Worst experience Ive ever had in my life. First, my bumper was never fixed properly than when its time for me to come back my information was list, once they found my information they told me to come in anytime I elaborated that I will arrive on lunch get there the rental hasnt arrived, I let them know I cant wait any longer can everything be ready the next day they said yes.. Get there and they never worked with the insurance company to make sure the rental was covered than they didnt send the documents over to adjuster to clear the rental and on top of that lied to me from day one and told me they had to order a bumper thats why I had to wait 2 weeks to turn the car back in and come to find out it was some springs they order. So I wasted 2 lunch breaks, been back and forth with management with service king and Geico for hours because they didnt communicate with each other about my second return. Never again will I go back to this company or recommend someone to this establishment
Having to take my car into Service King in Ocoee Florida has been my worst customer service experience ever. Avoid this branch and this company at all costs.I had 2 major issues with Service King.1) I had to bring my car into the shop 3 separate times to have the repairs done correctly.2) I had an expensive pair of sunglasses stolen from my car during the repair process.I can forgive the repairs taking longer because they eventually did fix it correctly, but how they handled my stolen property was unacceptable. The manager, Rodney, told me that they had never had an issue before and that he would reimburse me himself. I sent him the value of my sunglasses at $140. He said he would only reimburse me for $75, and he would only send me the money if I gave them a perfect score on a corporate survey. He was essentially blackmailing me into pretending that nothing had happened, I assume so he didn’t have to report the theft to corporate. I gave them high scores on the survey because I wanted to at least get some form of reimbursement, but I couldn’t believe how I was treated over an extra $65.I called corporate and was eventually able to get a hold of the district manager, Ron, and he told me that they never had any complaints on that branch. In the end the district manager did nothing to rectify the situation and just wrote me off. Service King is an absolute joke of a company if they think it’s acceptable to steal from their customers and blackmail them. I will never use this company again and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.Worst company I have ever dealt with.

After them taking a whole month & causing me to spend around $500 with their onsite Enterprise rental car company. And despite repeatedly returning my vehicle for repairs from damages done orginally, this Service King FAILED to properly repair my vehicle. I would not select this location or refer a friend or family member to this place, EVER!!! On the 4th or 5th return trip, they actually blamed me for damages Id been complaining about all along BECAUSE, Rick said, the techs noticed that the damaged wheel they originally replaced had nicks in it, so I caused the ONGOING problems!!!!!! That was the ULTIMATE insult to me and made absolutely no sense. I am doing a follow up complaint through my insurance company at this time. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARTICULAR SERVICE KING!

For starters its taking me seven times now to post this but its worth it. So please excuse any grammatical punctual or any other errors that might be within this because I am now using voice to text. Service King did a fantastic job the first time they worked on my Camry, it was like looking at a brand new car then driving a brand new car but also the smell of it was so much like a brand new car it was crazy. I couldnt believe it, that I had a brand new car in my own sense even the motor itself lookes like it was just out of the factory. This time around they werent able to fix it because my insurance company wouldnt allow it they considered it a loss and thats that I got a call from Rodney who helped me out a lot knowing that I was in a tough place and said is there anything I can do and I told him that this phone call sufficed but he insisted and I asked if there was anyone that he knew personally within the industry that are trustworthy dealers. He did mention one and right now we are in talks of getting his information, so I thank Service King and I thank Rodney for reaching out and Service king for doing the best they could this time as well as extremely gracious at the fact that they tried their hardest because I loved that car to death I could keep going on but Im sparing you. Thanks again Service King!

I cant say enough good things about the fine folks at Service King in Ocoee. When I arrived in my poor battered car, I was pointed to a parking space up front. Mike looked my car over and turned me over to Brynn, an Enterprise agent. Within ten minutes of arriving, I was on my way in a very nice rental. That afternoon, I received a call giving me an estimate of the time the repairs would take. They finished a day ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them.
Geico sent me to this location for a new bumper and under shield repair. The first time they forgot to install the shield. Still charged for everything. Second time my shield fell off in my driveway. I took it back for their guarantee. Told them Id leave it since obviously the twenty minute job the did was not correct. They called me within ten minutes saying I had bumper damage. I accuse my husband and go back and they show me dirty areas. Im holding my baby so I cant get down to look at it. Next day I take it to my mechanic who puts it on the lift and shows me theres no bumper damage. Just dirt. I live on a dirt road and it took me two weeks to bring it back into the shop because I drive over an hour to get there. I asked my mechanic if he sees any reason it should have feel off. He says no. I tell him how long it took them. He informed me that the radiator should have been removed for it to be bolted on. I sincerely believe they do not fix it right to keep collecting money from you. The guy made it seem like my bumper was cracked or pulled out. It wasnt at all. Ive never had this issue even though I have had the car since 2016. Theres no eay the dirt from my road should have voided their warranty. The guy even shrugged as I tried to all questions and said his manager said no. Bad business all around. I would love to actually talk to the manager, instead of getting brushed off.

I got tboned, and was sent to Gerber in Altamonte and was thankfully turned away!!! I was then sent to Service King in Ocoee by the other persons insurance where I was bound to be late as I could not physically drive that far and be on time... I frantically called service king and they told me not to worry... they had actually already noticed that I was unable to be there on time. I got there LATE and Stephen C.(my advisor), as well as the rest of the staff, warmly greeted me. They promptly took a look at my car, got me into a rental and sent me to work. They gave me an estimated time. They were done by that time. I could still see a spot when I returned to get the car, they took it back without any hesitation and fixed it in one day. I have now had my car back for three days and the actual promised date was set for 4 days from today! So I got it back a week early from the computer generated time, which Stephen said should likely happen. He kept me informed 100% of the time and made me feel like he genuinely cared about my situation. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was greeted with a smile, offered help switching back into my car, and told to please call with any concerns. To whomever thinks otherwise, lets set the record straight, they DO guarentee their work without a doubt. They are professional, caring, honest, and fast. Thank you, Stephen and the rest of the Service King staff for all your help. Furthermore, thank you Gerber for slipping up and turning me away and introducing me to a much friendlier and quicker place. I never hope to need so accident service again, but if I do, I will go no where else even though they are a bit of a drive, they are, unquestionably, well worth it. Thanks again.

Someone rear ended my car, his insurence called me the next day to set up an appointment with this place. They day of i arrive, the manager comes out to greet me along with the insurence agents. They take a look at the car and say it will be a couple of days at least, they will update me as the repairs go along. The repairs they did were great, i never recieved the update texts they were going to send so last minute i find out i needed to pick up my car, told them had to pick it up tomorrow.Heres where it gets weird, the minute we pull away in our car we start driving and hear a loud grinding sound. We imedietly stop, continue on and hear it still but its not as loud and pretty much goes away.Yesterday im driving home and my car is telling me i need to service break system, service stabilitrak, and service traction control, all out of no where only two or three days after my repairs. Not sure if its connected or coincidence, cant call to find out until tomorrow, closed on sundays.Also i was bugged multiple times before and after to take the survey. Thats highly annoying, ESPECIALLY after taking it.
Got my car repaired here. The areas they were meant to repair look beautiful. We will see how it holds up over the next few months though. Employee service is great as well. Theyre friendly and always open and willing to answer questions. Every time I called the person involved with me was able to speak despite the shop being busy this week.However, i dont give it 5 stars because somehow some way, something from some ones hands got onto my window buttons and on a part of my steering wheel. This unknown substance ate away at my window button paint and stripped away some of the leather. Im not so mad about my steering wheel because it was faded at some parts already but its still sad. Im doubtful they will repair though because it was already worn at the top. However i am gonna be very adamant about my window buttons because they were on perfect condition. I complained upon pick up of my vehicle. I was told they would call to set up an appointment to fix the buttons, havent been called. Maybe they dont care after youve already paid them 1k and they got another 2k from your insurance? We will see.Things happen I understand that, but you shouldnt be judged for the mistakes you make, you should be judged by the actions you take after the fact; so if resolved without further incident I will gladly give them a well deserved 5 stars.UPDATE:THEY REFUSED TO FIX THE DAMAGES THEY CAUSED. THE ONLY THING THEY OFFERED WAS TO PUT TRIM RESTORE ON THE BUTTONS TO MAKE THEM LOOK PRETTY UNTIL IT WEARS OFF AGAIN. THEY REFUSED TO PERMANENTLY REPLACE/FIX THE BUTTONS. ANYONE WHO KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT TRIM RESTORE KNOWS IT WILL WEAR OFF.Dont come here :)****update 2:They tried to replace my buttons.They got very low end cheap and crappy after market buttons. They felt hollow and cheap and just wrong. They install them on my car and I go on my way. On my way home I found that the buttons did not function and I turned around. It was determined that it was NOT hooked up wrong, the button piece was just a faulty one.They gave me back my old buttons and I went home.Never went back. It truly was not worth them continually screwing me over.All I wanted was for new buttons, the same type my car came with because thats the ones THEY RUINED. A bunch of scummy greedy money hungry losers.
