I highly recommend the Ocoee location for your battery needs. The guys there were very nice and very knowledgeable. They double checked all my vehicle info to make sure I was getting the proper battery (I ordered online for in store install) they checked me out quickly and then got to work on the install right away. Mike did the install on my battery for my Jeep. One of my terminals had a lot of corrosion under the battery terminal so I didnt notice it before hand. He cleaned it thoroughly so it wouldnt cause any issues with my new battery. I apologized for it taking longer than he had probably expected, and he told me no problem at all, it was his pleasure to take care of it for me. He did so smiling the whole time. The great customer service was much appreciated.

I had my phone screen replaced. The man at the front desk seemed a little uneducated with iPhones or maybe just cellphones in general. He was also rude and asking sarcastically if I was able to go that long without my phone (30 minutes-1 hour). My screen that was replaced is also trash. If you’re wanting a screen repair/replacement that doesn’t have discoloration or lines and you’re also looking for decent customer service I’d avoid this location.

5* Star review of Batteries Plus Bulbs! My wife and me went to this store in Ocoee because I searched several Walmart stores for D rechargeable batteries but there were none available! I have a Sangean Internet Radio/FM/USB Wi Fi Digital Receiver in which I was using 4 Normal Alkaline Batteries and the radio was a battery eater! I noticed in the manual that the radio can charge rechargeable Batteries! We entered the store and talked with the Sales representatives, Elliott and Andrea and we told them that we needed Rechargeable D Batteries and they found out 4 of the best D Rechargeable Batteries on the market! They were more expensive but with a lot more power so we decided to buy them! They gave us a Senior Discount on the Batteries and we are Grateful with this employees in this store! We also noticed after talking with them that they can repair tablets, phones, watches and change the Batteries of watches for $15 with a coupon of a Discount of $4:99 and the guarantee of the Batteries of the watch for life! We also talked about that I have several Shortwave radios that have rechargeable Batteries that are malfunctioning not charging properly and Andrea told us to bring the radios with the malfunctioning Batteries to properly identify the best battery of each radio on the next visit to the store! Both employees have Excellent Customer service and Andrea talks Spanish which is good because were are bilingual but come from Puerto Rico now living in Florida and our first language is Spanish! It is our opinion that this is the best store in Florida and around the world! We will reccomend this store without hesitation! I just had my phone screen fixed by them. They were great! The cover was ordered and delayed some because of the holiday, yet the manager was so apologetic and called us the minute it came in. The technician waited and fixed it within a half hour. They sell so many things other then batteries. Check them out. Their service is great.

Two employees in the store 3 customers...waited 1/2 hour before I was helped... employee could NOT open the back of my watch (that’s been opened many times by employees in Waterford store). Other employee opened the watch BUT BROKE my $175 watch. Can only hope it will be fixed by random watch repair store they claim will fix free of charge... worst experience ever... will stick with the Waterford store.

Refused to sell me 18650 batteries because they apparently were told they can’t sell batteries for vapes. Even though it’s the same brand and specifications as the ones the local vape shop sells, just $4 cheaper at B+B.

Dan is the man! We have been working with these guys for 2 years for all our marine batteries and have had nothing but great service!

Buy batteries from them all the time and recently had them replace my S8 battery, no issues and works great still. They did it in about 20 minutes while i got the car washed. Always seem to have the obscure batteries for home automation and sight accessories.

Good service and support. Not a big fan of their automotive batteries as Ive had a couple just suddenly go bad. If this happens to you remember to have your records with you and give all information at point of sale so they can put you in their computer system. If you are not in that system they cannot help you very much. Its to the point I mostly use their car batteries as charging and jump stations. All their other products like flashlights and ups backups are pretty good.

I stopped her because I was having an issue with my RV generator starting and thought I needed a battery. The gentleman who helped me, I think his name way Ryan, was awesome. He tested my current battery and it showed good. He put a new battery in the RV and the generator still did not start. I did not have to buy a battery that day since my battery tested good. I appreciated the honesty of the staff and that they were willing to assist me without trying to talk me into buying a battery that I didnt need. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will consider them my 1st choice for batteries when I need one and would recommend them to family and friends. I will definitely shop here again.

I purchased the battery on-line and received a confirmation of purchase. I was happy with the price and the discount. I received an email shortly to come and pick up the battery, but when I got to the store they did not have the battery in stock. I was told to return by 2:00pm and the battery would be there. When I arrived at 2:37p I was told again the battery was not there. I then said they could deliver it to my house, and then the employee called the manager and he said the battery was in the back. Im not sure what the confusion was, but I did receive my battery.

Ill give them points for quick service, and the first associate that assisted me was nice. However, when I arrived to pick up my phone, the manager and the other associate claimed that all of their machines and computers were not working, so I couldnt pay with my card. I didnt have cash and needed my phone, but they didnt have a pay online option or a billing option. So they ASKED ME TO WRITE DOWN MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER ON A POST-IT NOTE AND LEAVE IT THERE. In what sane world, would anybody leave their credit card number floating around left behind in a store? Not only that, but my phone hasnt been working great since they replaced my screen and Im wondering if something was tampered with. I am not happy with this business.

5 Star for the 14AA2 battery I bought, 1 star for the service, ordered the night before to pickup in the morning. Battery was pulled but not filled up with Acid which they are suppose to do. So no problem went down the street for 30 min and cam back and it was still sitting on the counter. Same guy asked me how he could help me?? I pointed to the battery and he said he forgot? It was sitting in the middle of the counter. Waste of my time, I was too nice to him at first.

What brought me to Batteries plus Bulbs, was a need to find the right set of batteries for my E bike kit. This was not going to be easy. I was greeted at the store respectfully. They had a line, so I got in it. With just a two man operation, they where able to take care of them, and me, then someone else, with no pause, or clause. They did not have what I was looking for, but the customer care was so great, I didnt care. I had leads to where to go to next.

Took my iPhone in for a cracked screen. Got home and the touch screen stopped working. Took it back and left it for several hours. Again when I got home the touch screen stopped working. Took it back for the third time and they replaced the screen. When I got home the finger print Touch ID screen stopped working. Not going back a fourth time. I guess its just an option I wont use. I would not recommend taking your phone there. Take it to a company that just does phones.

Went in with a lawn mower battery that we thought had lost its charge. I was prepared to buy a new battery, however Elliott and Andrea tested the battery and told me that it was fine! Needed to replace a couple of batteries for my sons go-kart. Brought in the old ones, they tested and found the bad one. Recycled it and gave me two new ones for a reasonable price.

The sales attendants demeanor reminded me I was in Ocoee and minorities are welcome but second to his personal phone calls. He was on a phone and then made another call. After he realize I was not leaving he signal me hold on. He acted as if I needed the battery buy it because he was busy. I was the only one in the store.

Andrea went above and beyond and gave me excellent customer service. I was there a week ago at the Ocoee location and she replaced a battery in a special light that was a gift to me. The light did not work after replacing the battery so she removed the base which had the light switch in it to learn it was not soldered correctly. She worked on it and corrected it and it is working beautifully and the gift means the world to me. Andrea totally made my day and I highly recommend the Ocoee Batteries Plus Bulbs store!! Andrea was amazing and every store needs an employee like her! I needed a replacement battery right away, so checked on-line at Batteries Plus. I found the battery and bought it, only to discover that, contrary to what the stores computer told me, the store was out of stock. An alternative was offered that the store had in stock, so they cancelled the first purchase, and I went back and ordered the alternate (for a few dollars more.) Andy serviced my phone. he was knowledgable and friendly. it turns out I just needed a new battery. based on some of the reviews I read, i could have been taken to the cleaners if had visited some other cell phone repair place around town.
