Terrible. i bought my car from here and the guy was so disrespectful when i asked about the military discount they had advertised on the floor they yelled at us and told us it’s not for us and because of that they gave me free oil changes for three years. i made an appointment and was 5 minutes early and i’ve been waiting here for over an hour. why do i have to wait an hour for something that takes ten minutes to do and i had a scheduled appointment. terrible rude dismissive lazy people work here and i would do it myself but it’s free here from when i was trying to buy a car and they were being disrespectful to my step dad who served in the military and wanted the discount. this place sucks and they don’t care

Its convenient because its in Oconomowoc what is the highest priced place to get service done and I bought for new vehicles in the last few years and you all was thousands of dollars higher on each one of them and thats after going there five six times trying to deal with them on each vehicle I saved over $5,000 on the last pickup truck I bought and I ordered it so each dealer had exactly the same information on the truck $5,000 is a lot of money

Loved it. Went in for a new light bulb, just the part, and they threw it in for me for free, on the spot, after checking to make sure no recalling on my electrical. Awesome, and so friendly

Took 12 days to get my vehicle fixed. The worst part is their total lack of staying in touch with the customer. Carlos the new car manager and NIck the manager both promised to call me back and let me know what was going on. Neither did. Great customer service guys. I also left a message for Angie the customer service manager and she did not return my call either, and she is the customer service manager. Overall a total disregard for customer service.

Very unprofessional and careless work, left the interior of my car a disaster requiring me to get it detailed after. They serviced my Jeep when I had some emergency electric sys. malfunction. They did not have a loaner available and sent me to get an expensive rental. When I picked my car up the techs had thrown the entire contents of the glove box and armrest including a full thermos of coffee on the floor of the backseat to spill all over my stuff!! The car was left unlocked with my checkbook out in the open!!! I didnt have the time or ability to clean it out prior to dropping it off because it was an emergency situation. There were also issues with the lifetime warranty I have on it (no problems with my home dealership in Madison) and needing to pay the whole bill out of pocket. I wish I paid for the tow from Oconomowoc to Madison instead of trusting my car to Ewald!! Don Miller takes care of their customers. Ive never had to pay for a rental in the 10 years since I bought my Jeep from them, if they need to move things around they place items in a bag on the back seat and would never be so careless.

Polite but inept. Took my work truck, that I bought from them, in to be emissioned and the guy told me that there was a car in front of mine whos battery died and said that I need to come back tomorrow since that car couldnt be moved. Im no expert but Im sure there was a way to move it or get around it. Having a service vehicle, time is of the essence. I would have hoped they considered that. Wont be back for for service or purchase. Silver Lake had me in out of there in under 10 minutes.

Had to get some recall work done I was told it would be close to two hours. So I sat for the long wait,forty minutes later the car was done. Had they some quick service on my daughters car as well.

Usually it goes good had appointment for oil change and rotate tires. Started at 10 a.m. left at 1:30 p.m.need to go back to have tire sensor replaced that they broke at the time .Ugh.
