This place started going down hill when they changed names from Pick n Save to Metro Market. The deli has been constantly closed at dinner time during the week. I use to grab rotisserie chicken, meat loaf or fried chicken for dinner several nights a week. Not sure why they are open in the morning and not covering the after work crowd. I’ve stared going elsewhere and not here as often.

Love shopping here. They are often under staffed but there is a lady in the deli named Holly who is always working so hard and seems to be there everyday. We know we can count on her at least in the deli! Prices are good with sales.

Love the store. Has some cool nifty items like the fresh popcorn. But why are there only 3 half cart returns for this big parking lot?? The cart returns are constantly filled and only half the size of the usual ones. If the parking lot is filled you have to walk to the end of the lane to get down the right lane to return the cart because you cant push the cart between the cars half the time. In fancy oconomowoc where they increase the prices at this store verses the other oconomowoc store but they cant have proper number of cart returns

This review is specifically for the sushi. Absolutely amazing!! Very fresh, great selections and restaurant quality. It is now my weekly lunch treat.

This is my go-to grocery store in between Costco runs.They always seem to a good selection of specialty ingredients in addition to all the staples. I always find something good in the meat or seafood case.Make sure to have a membership card to take advantage of a lot of their sale pricing. I typically find that something I need is on discount.I downgraded my rating because they insist on understaffing the registers….there’s rarely more than one open it seems like.

I have now had 2 bad experiences when picking up lunch at this location. It is food related and not employee related. I will not be back a third.

Terrible shopping experience. Employees not helpful or friendly. Store was messy and prices are very high. Thought I would give it a try since havent been there since it was Pick N Save. Not going back with take my business somewhere else.

This is based on their curbside service that they really need to work on. They don’t tell you ahead if items are OOS and they will accept coupons but not apply them. When brought to their attention nothing is done. I don’t recommend their curbside service.2/7/21 update: Kroger saw my review and asked me to reach out to them. I did. They apologized and said they would credit my account for the troubles. Went to use the credit by doing another store pick up and....wasn’t used. I reached out to corporate again and was told ‘there wasn’t a credit due to a system error’ and ‘I’ve now added a credit to your account.’ What a crock. To top it off- I was charged for items I didn’t get in the second order. I told them I would change my review once i shopped again if things went good. Instead, I left another review, for the sister store in town (where I went for my second pick up because the first one at Pabst was awful). I would recommend any curbside service BUT a Kroger one.

This is a bad grocery store. Selection is more limited than other stores, prices are higher. Poorly organized. For example, cheeses are both at the front near the produce and also the back of the store near the frozen goods. Once was looking for turkey sausage in a roll format, not IK casings. Asked a guy stocking meat, he said he didn’t think they had it. Pointed me to the ground turkey, where they had cases turkey sausage. They had it down next to the pork sausage. Not enough room for two carts to pass anywhere in the store so you constantly have to let other people pass. I only go here because it’s close to my house. Can’t wait for another grocer to open here; hopefully a Meijers!

I did my shopping here Sunday, senior time sounded great. When I went to check out,I asked which register was open, they said self check out . I was told its easy..just scan and bag. I told her I didnt want to do either. She asked what part I didnt like. They should have had a regular line open. I told her thats not being helpful. I went to shop at he otherStore. They had a lane open. Thanks from us Seniors .

Its annoying enough to have to carry a card to get reasonable prices, though its the norm now. What is a bridge too far is making customers download coupons to their cards in order to realize its benefits. We have busy lives. This was the motivation I needed to start paying a little more (emphasis on a little) to buy better food at Good Harvest and make a second stop at Aldi for some particular items. ...so I guess thank you, Pick n save.

Prices are reasonable but the checkout scanners dont always pick up the sale prices. Bought three 12 packs of sparkling water, on sale for $11.00. Receipt showed the full price. I had to go to the service counter for a refund. This has happened several times in the past.

They dont enforce mask mandates and are putting lives in danger.

It’s Wisconsin the cheese state so should have more than three kinds of cheese in the deli. Also when you see someone is clearly disabled how about helping them out? One last thing only Kroger store I know with a kosher section and nothing kosher. Glad I am just visiting and well head back to the kingdom of H-E-B.

Since the acquisition by Kroger, this place seems to have gone downhill. Just today, they did not have four things that were on my shopping list that are staples in many households. Things Ive been able to buy regularly at this exact location for years. Thinking that maybe the items Im looking for have simply been moved around, asking for help seems to also be useless... Nobody at the store knows where anything is. I heard lots of maybes and I dont knows when I asked.

Rude clerks, particularly early weekday person at self check out(only lane open) and person at information desk. Act as if they are really doing you a favor to answer your questions. Going to switch to Sentry in Delafield.

Their was a young man that when out of his way to help me. I was buying flowers for my wife for Valentines dayand he insisted on wrapping them for me. Now days, you dont see that kind of customer service. He went above and beyond and he did it with a smile. Great work!!

Selection has narrowed on many many items in the store and they push some of my favorite brand names out while bringing more and more Kroger brand name in. It is a brand Im not necessarily fond of not as good as the other stuff. Also in the meat service department to get meat for the holiday weekend for Fathers Day went looking for some of the wonderful different flavored brats they used to have selection in this part was very very and narrow. Very disappointed. Many items missing in the produce section as well such as pre-chopped vegetables such as celery onions green pepper Etc. As a disabled person I find its very convenient to have the stuff already chopped. Mini brand names throughout the store are just completely gone or selection severely narrowed down. Really very unhappy since Kroger took over Pick n Save.

Pick-n-Save in Pabst Farms. Nice store but arranged differently than other area stores. If youre used to it though Im sure you love it

This store is always busy. Lately it seems as they run out of the unsliced fresh baked Italian bread. Otherwise its a good place to get groceries

The variety of products continue to decrease. Most of the products are being replaced with there own brands. Use to be better. Very sad.

Clean and well organized store. My shopping experience was pleasant. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

Just like every other pick picknsave just some caution to the chicken noodle soup and the artisan mac and cheese both are super plain and really not good at all bought them and threw them away eating in the seating area in the store. The chicken is delicious though no doubt about that

I would give it zero stars if it was an option, but it wasnt. Consistently, each week the selection is worse. The produce section is horrible. If not empty, then wilty, days old vegetables and fruit.Shelves consistently empty, and not restocked for days.What happend when you took over Kroger??!

Good not great grocery store. But they need twice as many cart corrals. Its a constant source of frustration and I often choose other stores as a result.

It would be nice if there was more training of the staff that packs the groceries. you really have to watch so the more fragile things like fruit, veg., candles, noodles, bread dont become packing material between canned goods and other heavy stuff.

More handicapped parking it is constantly full also the placement of your cart corrals is horrible. They are nowhere near the disabled parking. I know myself and others would greatly appreciate this,especially considering the rapid degeneration of my lower spine and hips.

The quality of food has gone done while the prices go up. Aldis is a better choice.

Awful! Ex: boxes Friskies. $19.99 and $15.94 at all other stores. 24 box of Friskies $11.28 and $15.99 by you! SERIOUSLY?! Duncan hines brownies $2.69 and $1.00-1.18 other stores. Vlasic pickles, and most everything else, NO LONGER STOP BY THE RIP US OFF PLACE OF KROGERS! PICK UP ONLY WHAT I NEED AND.... did not get things I needed, will go tomorrow to Wal mart. Even kmart is cheaper on the few groceries they offer. I tell people at your store, that is much cheaper other places, and they actually said thanks and put it back.

I like the sales they have. However, when its time to checkout, they only have two lines open unless you use self checkouts.

This place has really gone downhill with both food quality and staff levels. Looks like Kroger forget their lesson the last time the were sent packing out of Wisconsin!

We went to pickup a fruit tart from the bakery only to find out the bakery told us they didnt have until Monday.

This place is a dump.

This grocery store is okay, but they charged my dad $20.00 dollars just for 4 pounds of ground beef. My dad calls this grocery store Save n Pick. My dad says that Save n Pick means that people picks their noses in that store, and they saved it.

Cashiers need an attitude adjustment. Rude and uncaring. I won’t be back...ever.
