Very poor customer service. Although they claim a customer can pick up free batteries on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. last Tuesday I drove over from Delafield at 2:30 and they were closed even though the sign on the door gave the above hours for walk-in battery pickup. I called on Wednesday got answering machine and left message to call me if open, no answer. Same thing on Friday. The impression is that this is an office that is going out of business. I dont want to drive over again if they are closed.
