Ellen and the rest of the team at the Oconomowoc UPS Store were super helpful! I had a very large package that I was having troubles finding any company to help me get shipped without some crazy price and jumping through hoops. On top of this, Im in a different state and was arranging to have someone else drop it off at their location and ship it to me. Not an easy scenario. They spent a lot of time helping me figure out how to get this shipped as well as took the extra time to make sure it was packed properly. I had to do this all by phone and email which made it also a bit more challenging, but they made it easy.

Just get on the interstate and drive to the Delafield location if you want your things shipped. Trust me it’s worth it. These people are so mean.They made me feel stupid for falsely thinking they might provide 2 feet of tape for a box my mother needed shipped. I was in someone else’s car with no wallet so I didn’t have cash or card to pay for a $2 roll of tape since the shipment was prepaid. They said ok bye then and I had to leave the store in shame, over a couple feet of packing tape. Maybe this is company policy but I don’t recall any other store refusing to close a box for me, so I highly doubt it.Maybe I’m unlucky but every time I come in here it seems they try to be as condescending as possible to customers. Multiple other reviews reflect that as well.

I usually use UPS to ship my packages and of course we never actually see the package when it arrives. However, I needed them to ship a Framed print of A Grandma Moses picture that I dearly loved. My sister called to say that although the box had been damaged, the picture was superbly protected and was in perfect condition. Thank you so much UPS for once again going above and beyond.

Dropped a package off and my personal info was not in the system. Grace helped me immensely and took care of all that plus the shipping part. She did it all with patience and a smile you could see even with a mask on.

They did a great job properly taping my large and heavy package and making sure it arrived cross country without being damaged. I didn’t do the best job taping it up when I dropped it off and received a photo from the recipient of the package. They added more tape and made sure it was all good to go!

Horrific customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.

Stopped to mail a prepaid amazon return, I just needed a box. I was willing to pay a fair price for the box. They wanted to charge me $19.95 for a box and a few pieces of tape because they had to package it. It was already in a box. To top off the experience the attendant was rude, asking me if I had tape to package myself. I walked out and will not use their service again.

Its simply no chore they do it all just great people who care...

The service is always fast and friendly. I won’t ship with any other UPS Store if I can avoid doing so. What a convenient business to have in this pretty small town. Great job.

Ordered a 3 by 6 banner for godchildrens 15th b-day. They were able to complete project same day we ordered it. Ellen was manager and Leigh was our designer, entire team worked together to do an EXCELLENT job for us. Leigh was able to envision what we wanted through emails and phone calls. She was a joy to work with, always pleasant. AWESOME WORK UPS STORE!🤗🤗🤗

Ive probably been in there 20+ times in the last year. 99.9% of the time its been a positive experience, and Im glad to have this UPS in Oconomowoc. After emptying dozens of boxes from a move, I had an excess of packing materials (bubble wrap and peanuts), that I couldnt recycle or save. I was so happy they gladly took all of it for reusing. Also, I found it was simple to get boxes of shredding done. I had one confusing experience which had to do with getting photo copies printed. Not something I care to repeat. However, for shipping, materials, accepting reusable packaging and their customer service, its pretty great for O-town.

I typically never write reviews but I think these do help for better production in a business.For the past few years I have gone inside this store and every time I have one that (seems to be one lady each time) that is very rude, not polite and has this chip on her shoulder always....I actual feel bad for her. I’m always kind and smiling so I know it’s not me... it clearly is her and the way she just is.I think at this point a review was in order and I will be happy to try another place for a little bit.Just sad when you are a part of a wonderful community!!! Man the business you could have if you just knew customer service skills a little bit more.Hope one day this will change :-(

This place is a COLOSSAL RIP OFF. NEVER again will I waste my money here. If you dont mind going to Delafield, use FedEx Office. It WILL be 40% less for BETTER service.

Arrived three minutes before close and they ran up to the front to lock the door.

This store is an embarrassment to UPS. The service is abysmal and the staff almost takes pleasure in telling you no. I would encourage anyone to go literally anywhere else, and I would rather drive my delivery to its end destination than give this store and that Blonde owner lady a dime of my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Ive never experienced such rude behavior from a business! The owner at this location is an absolutely horrible person that treats unknowing customers with complete disrespect. When I had a problem getting a label to print at home, this person was nearly no help and was extremely rude and acted as though she didnt want to help even though I provided the prepaid packages UPS tracking number for her. She in fact suggested I drive to a main UPS hub located in Milwaukee. Luckily there is another UPS store located 10 minutes away in Delafield that I will take all of my future business to.

Horrible service! Complaining I had too many packages and the store doesn’t have enough space in back room! Not my problem- I just spent $500 shipping those with your store. Time to switch to FedEx

The woman who manages this location is always rude in her tone of voice and body language. Not worth it!!

I walked in, they told me where to put my package, gave me a receipt and walked out. Fast, polite service.

In general, the management seems put off by customers showing up to pay them for their work. The younger bunch working there is friendly. Head honcho is snarky, doesn’t smile or seem appreciative, and is often rude to her employees.

Its my mailbox I can get my Mail 24 hrs 7 days a week thats what I needed.

This is the best UPS store in Wisconsin !!
