Every time I go in they have an attitude. You give them a good part number the refuse to cross referencing!!! Unfortunately I have to be up there this morning because they refuse to look at a picture off my phone for the serial number!! If you don’t like your job move on and let someone else who is more knowledgeable and more customer friendly!!!

I do not recommend this place 7 hours to load

At first was fairly impressed with their inventory. However, these guys lost me when they wanted to argue with me about a semi truck clutch being vehicle specific. In some cases that may be correct. But a big truck clutch is pretty generic. Another case of arrogant parts men thinking they are smarter than the man behind the wrench.

They seem to have alot of parts but the staff member I talked to did not seem to be knowledgeable on parts or just bored so ended up with part failure to locate, another thing they are extremely crazy about covid alot of boxes to keep everyone way back good way to make people feel comfortable and confident that they are going to help any customers to the fullest not so I rate them with 2 stars because they look like they have alot of parts but taking off 3 stars for their failure as humans

Called in a few parts, two days later the parts were in and so I got there and they had everything bagged and ready for me to grab .

I like the service but the only thing I dont like is that you have to have the part number for them to find what you need. The company doesnt give them the tool they need to help the costumer properly. If they had the program or parts break down, they would have more satisfied costumers.

The employees are friendly and efficient. When I walk through the door I am always greeted with a smile and a hello or be right with you. And if Im not sure on the exact part I need they will go the extra mile to make sure I leave with the right parts!

Great place with knowledgeable staff that are pretty well educated on the parts they stock and sale. If they dont have it they can get it within a reasonable time frame.
