I came to get my tire fixed the day before. after waiting over an hr and the car that had been in the bay never moved or had anything done to it. I was gonna leave and a service tech came to check me in told him I was gonna have to come back. asked if they open on Sunday and what time. he said 7 and told me to get here early and the website says 7 we’ll I’m here at 7 and had a different guy come out and tell me they don’t open tell 8. So fix your website or open when your supposed to

A little bit slow changing tires but with good results and helpful experts.

Just because its Walmart it should never rank above 3 period. The cashier acted as if she really hated her job and it showed. Young tech dude was friendly and customer service oriented, she was NOT. All in all it wasnt to painful considering the local alternatives and price. Always call ahead if you can stand the wait on hold because they were turning away customers due to lack of inventory to complete certain services and its not the tech guys fault.

Great service with exception to the fact when the serviceman was finished they evidently dont have designated areas for the completed paperwork for the erk to notify the job is completed & ready for pick up. No telling how long I waited extra .. of I hadnt have inquired I could still be there waiting .. SMH 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’ve been on hold for like 30 minutes now and no one has answered my phone call yet I go up there and there’s all these employees everywhere. Must be nice to get paid to do nothing. Maybe they should think about making machines that actually help customers out and just get rid of the people completely

The service center at this location is outstanding KCM (the 3 musketeers ) worked very hard to solve a problem created by a Walmart 2K miles away and helped me be ready and able to get to job site. Out in middle of nowhere where if stranded could be a hazard leaving me with no way to get back. They went above and beyond - proving that not all Walmart’s service centers are created equally!! My thanks to all three as late as it was could have just closed and let me to my own devices My thanks to all three!!

The website said they closed at 7 we got there a minute before 6 and they said they couldnt change the oil cuz it was time to go.... it would be helpful if the website was accurate

Walmart auto care center is full of RUDE. people I also called the cooperate office nothing was done!Lady behind counter worried about the time she got out vs. Focusing on customers!

Waste of 3 hours and never fixed leak on tire that is under warranty. The guy called the wrong number once and never tried to call again or page me in store. Actually heard three stories from 3 different associates before getting right answer. Manager for the department and assistant manager never showed. Even after that they had no answer and told me to try somewhere else.

Fast, friendly, wow!!! I could barely get my car cleaned out before it went into the bay. I tried two Walmarts in Midland and one in odessa and all three had a 3 hour wait...

Was very professional and simple just drive up and they will help you just a little advice get there early.

The people that work here are more worried about the cell phones then their jobs.Came in with a tire loosing air. Waited for 2 hours to find out they wouldnt fix it but would sale me a new tire. Then they couldnt find it. They was just going to have me leave with a flat tire. Lol.After I tried to get them to fix the tire again.I looked myself and found the tire.I found the tire. Then was asked to leave the shop.

Service was quick, considering the amount of traffic they had. Went in for a tire, and got my car straightened out in a reasonable amount of time. Satisfied with the prices also

This place should have a negative star rating. 3rd in line, 2 1/2 hours later they pop the hood. 5 employees, all walking Zombies. Horrible, will never come back for vehicle care. I think the service manager needs to replace his crew, or maybe hes the problem..... well done.....Not.....

Showed up to get a couple tires changed and there was no one ahead of me for tires. 2 hours later he finally changes them, after hes changed tires of the 2 people who showed up after me. The reason for this is because the person taking the orders walked all the way to the end of the oil change line taking orders then jumped over to the end of the tire line amd worked his way to the front. They all knew I was there for nearly half an hour before my order was even taken amd that everyone else came in after me, and still said I have to go in the order in the system Only decent person here is named Debra. Im finally about to pay

Had a flat tire, drove it there with my 3 kids and 1 hour before they closed. They told me it was too close to closing (no cars in any bay) and they didnt have time to help me. I walked 4 miles with 2 toddlers and an 8 yr old. Thanks for nothing Walmart Tire Center

The service was great. The tires were put on fast. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Me: Do you put air in motorcycle tires?Oblivious lady who answered after placing me on hold because she literally just said I don’t know and waited a minute for me to reply, “could you check please”: We don’t but you can do it yourself!I have no words for the incompetence.

Waited two and a half hours. There were other customers leaving before me when I was there first. After I finally went up to the tire guy and asked him whats going on, he finally checked my tire just to tell me they couldnt fix it because the nail was to close to the side wall. When they checked it the first time, they could of told me that and not wasted my time. Service sucks! Alot of other customers were complaing about the same thing. Cars after them were getting service first. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Absolutely terrible service. All bays empty, cars backed up, employees just standing around talki my and looking at their phones. I will never come back to this place. The absolute worst!

Terrible!! 3 people to change a battery and windshield wipers in 1 1/2 HRS. THEN HAD TO them what to do. 1st bad experience here.

I got my oil changed today under 20 minutes for $20 and they even turned off my oil maintenance light that competitors usually forget to do, even when youre paying close to $50. The staff was very nice and I had a great experience.

The guy was nice but he said he couldnt change my tire because it was too heavy and he had a bad back, urm there was more than one of you to help lift i, Im a female and can lift it . Also we had a new used tire that we bought in to swap out a old, they dont do that there

We had an oil change and we paid over $40. For the oil and filter. Well they used our oil that we had (expensive) as our back up along with antifreeze. I paid $21 for our back up oil and they didnt even replace it. They need to hire honest oul Tech guys bcuz thats ridiculous

If I could give negative stars... This is the busiest tire center with the slowest staff in the country.

Some people complaint about the service but I came early and was the second car. Only waited about 30 mins and the oil change was done. Early bird gets the worm

The lady at the register told me that they were not mounting tires that day, but when I went out into the garage to give one of the guys my paper for the tire that I needed I saw an employee mounting a tire.... The lady lied straight to my face just because they were busy not cool

They took over 3 hours to attend my vechile just to turn me away for missing a lugnut

Best service and very affordable

Ladies can be a little more polite, and when it comes down to the oil change and car service, as i read on the papers, they dont do everything that is listed. After having waited 2 1/2 hrs with my kids in the store, they could have done it instead of having been walking around, playing or chitchatting with their buddies.

Guy who helped was rude and sarcastic wont use walmart ever again.
