WOW! Amazing customer service!! Above and beyond effort to help me. They dont carry the part I need but customer service helped me find who does. This place is great and the guys are really helpful to me! Also the girl in the front will do whatever she can to get your high end plumbing fixtures ordered for you, this is one of if not the biggest plumbing supplier chain in the world, if they dont have or cant get what you need youd be surprised! Somethings would have to be ordered in but for your normal residential construction, service and light commercial they should have you covered, come check them out!!!

Quick, and very helpful

I am not from this area but was put on plumbing fixture shopping duty on our visit here so I stopped into this gorgeous showroom to just look. The whole staff was so kind to allow me to look around and Candace treated me just as she would have had I been purchasing from this location. She spent time with me, gave me very nice catalogs and kept making sure I was okay. This visit made me wish I was building here. I will definitely go to the Furguson showroom in my hometown to make my purchases.

In Odessa Texas Fergusons is the only place I try to go. Amber and Manuel have that place locked down and know their stuff. Always have a smile and very polite. In and out in no time!
