Its a great store for household items at great prices on bedding and kitchen gadgets!

They have alot to choose from and unique products but totally outrageous prices.

This is a pic from INSIDE the store, they keep it so HOT that you cant WAIT to leave! If theyre wondering why nobody is going there, its because of this, nothing else. EVERYONE we talk to says the exact same thing about this particular store. Its been this way since they opened, because Im fairly certain Ive posted about this once before. tldr; store is too hot.

Huge selection, lots of room between the racks.only 1 person at the register but I was not held when checking out.

Was not in very long but lots of nice interesting things. Pretty pricey Christmas items, especial things that can be made easily. Either way, we will be back to look around more at other things.

Over priced broken trash.

The store Cashier is not helpful when after checking out I bought so many home decor in this store for 5 times paid like more that $300 every time I check out.But after the store cashier (a dense woman /chubby} she just watched me loading all my shopping cart and she really ordered me to key in every item one by one even if I have 4 of them the same items. She was very rude in my opinion but I will still go back to this store and I will research her name and put it here.

There are a lot of cool things with a wide range of pricing. I feel like it could be better organized however..especially the canvas art.

These people are honestly the nicest, most patient. I went to purchase after Christmas sale items. We ended up getting some lights that were not part of the sale. It was 100 dlls worth of lights I had to return. But my receipt said I had paid for 6 packs of lights instead of 4. The girl at the register took the time to count all my items. Explain my receipt for me and issue a refund. I wasnt satisfied it looked to me on my receipt I had been charge for 6 lights instead of 4. She called her manager and counted all the items again, did issue a refund for the 4 lights but took about 30 min to issue a complete refund and charge me again correctly. It was super late at night, the cashier was pregnant but after all they both stayed very very patient and polite.

Went to this At home place in Odessa they have cute stuff some of which is broken etc and in disarray the store as a whole is in a huge disarray good luck at getting help with chairs etc the few workers they did have said they couldn’t help because they had to stay where the manager instructed them! The checkout line was horrible one cashier and the line was super long when a manager was found chatting away with another employee who couldn’t leave her supposed post we asked if they could get someone to help checkout because it was super backed up the manager laughed and told the other employee to go see the line and if the line only had 3 people to just go back to where she was at and when told that some people had full baskets she said well like I said “if there’s only 3 people come on back” absolutely no customer service skills the 1 cashier that was up there by herself after all was said and done was super nice which is why I gave 1 star but they corporate really needs to come check this store out the one in Lubbock had few employees but significantly better customer service and teamwork

Great selection and pricing but never enough help to find anything or check out. Im in line behind approximately 25-30 people checking out and they only have two registers out of five open on black friday weekend!!

Great variety of home decor. Not sure if its the norm for this store and it was 100* but seemed to be a little warm in the store.

I ordered something online for curbside pick up. I have multiple health concerns and must be careful. I sent my husband to the store to get it. After deciding they weren’t coming out, he donned his mask and went inside. He stood at the opening of the door. He said the place was packed and not one other person was wearing a mask. He said he could see what I had ordered on the counter. He told that to the young lady and she said no, he would have to come in and shop like all the other shoppers. He said she was extremely rude. He left and came home.

Horrible experience. I came here to buy a recliner and I found one with a red sticker on it. Came up to the register where I was told it was 25% off. Spoke to the manager who was incredibly rude to and talked to me like I was a child. She should be fired. She didn’t even try to explain it nicely the first time. If there is a red and green sticker on an item, they should honor the highest price off- that’s what GOOD stores do. Never coming back here again. The also looks like a tornado went through it and there was no one around to help me before I found the recliner.

All in all the store is great! I gave it two stars because the check out process is horrible! 1 person working and the line is wrapped!! Sucks when you go in there for a couple of items and wait in line for 30 mins!! Definitely need more workers!!

Curbside pickup is not available at this store. Placed an order on 5/1/2020 for pickup. Per the At-home website and the confirmation email there was curbside pickup available. No where in the email did it state a date that the items needed to be picked up by. I drove in from Midland to pickup my items, today 5/4/2020. Per the email there is a number listed and instructions for curbside pickup. I did as the email said, no response from the number and no one came to bring out my order. I called the number listed on google only to be told to go inside and that they’d meet me at the front register. Still had to wait a ridiculous amount of time and left feeling exposed as I did not bring my mask because again -CURBSIDE- pickup was what sealed my decision to place an online order from this store. Also, right at 4 days they will cancel your order. Huge FYI on that as well as there’s nothing stating that on their order confirmation page on-line or the email they send out when your order is ready.

Love this store. Great selection. Best place to find affordable wall art and odd sized frames. Great garden selection. Tons of rugs and chairs. Kitchen gadgets. Can spend hours in the store! Look for clearance item in every department.

The store has a great variety of items but what needs to improve is the customer service the manager and some staff brings. As I went to AtHome and was ready to check out, the line was long and there was only 1 cashier checking out a customer with a 2 baskets full of rugs, lamps, and Christmas decorations. As I went to go look for someone to come help, I saw 2 associates (the store manager and a regular associate; who were talking not even working) to see if they would come help. The store manager chuckled and told the associate she was talking to, to see if there was a long line, and if there were no more than 3 people for her to come back. Both the store manager and the associate were rude, and could have handled the situation better, rather than getting upset because they had to stop “working” to come help check out customers when a cashier was by herself.

Open half an hour... doors open but no one to cash you out. No way to run a business

The point if inventory is amazing. The amount of Christmas toppers was pretty limited though. The check out was rather slow even though the line was not very long.

This is such a great addition to our town! I am definitely a frequent shopper. The great prices and amazing selection just make me happy as soon as I walk it. I used to live in a big city where we had a garden ridge and when they changed over to At Home, I was still just as happy to shop there. Things seemed much more organized after the rebrand. I will continue to visit this store to outfit my home and garden.

This place is addicting and has everything you may want and some things you didnt want for your home. They have a wonderful seasonal section and a lot of great priced rugs. I can go here and walk for hours and see so many ideas for decorating.

Was fantastic when it first opened. They need more employees. Aisles are full of boxes so you can barely walk in places. Such a shame because they do have nice things.

What the store offers is 5 star. There is a HUGE selection.3 stars because it’s a bit of a wreck. The rug departments was so disheveled you couldn’t push a cart down the isle. To many rugs on the floor and misplaced.AND BECAUSE they RIP YOU OFF in the checkout line on anything without a price on it. 1st time I grabbed 2 oil rubbed bronze 5LBS command hooks... $20 EACH (WTF). You can get them through Walmart for $7-8.I returned them, and grabbed a bag of Lindor Truffles, over $10 for the same bag that costs $5 anywhere else.I’m fine with the mess. I know everyone is short staffed and there is a LOT of people coming in and out of every store. I’m not fine with being ripped off on the simple stuff that should be half the price or less.Mark Your Stuff At Home.

I always loved going to the at home store in Lubbock and was excited to have one opening in Odessa. It was nice at first but the last few times Ive gone in there, the store was such a cluttered mess you couldnt even get down most of the aisles. The one in Lubbock is way better.

Our truck team and our floor team are seperate teams. Trained for different things. Thats why we may not be able to help you. Our staff is little so if you complain about the staff. Apply.

Lots of varieties to select from. We were shopping for interior decorations and were able to get what we wanted. I take 2 stars away because of the unavailability of the customer services or the staff members when you need them or if you have any question about certain item. It was not easy to find someone to ask.

Discount signs in the store are misleading and a lot of the products are made in China but priced like high-quality goods.

OMG!!!! Theres so many things that I liked.

The store has cute stuff. But its always in such a huge disorganized mess. There are numerous aisles that you cant get down because there is just boxes of merchandise stacked/piled/spilling out. I always get a headache because its so dusty in there...And the bathrooms are DISGUSTING!!!

Was excited to have this store in Odessa until your male employee was very rude. Spent a lot of money the first 2 trips in there but, haven’t been back since. Teach your employees how to behave.

While shopping at, at home odessa tx, in the patio furniture area, overheard a manager, older white man, yelling at employees over walkie talkie, very unpleasant visit, manager could of handled situation differently.

Staff was super kind & helpful. Unfortunately they are understaffed & very cluttered store. Clutter & shipment boxes everywhere making it difficult to maneuver around the entire store. Send this staff some help. I LOVE At Home. Sad to see such a messy store.

Staff incredibly rude. Total lack of concern for customer service. Only reason I still gave it two stars is because the actual merchandise in this store is great! Just don’t expect to get any help. Absolutely frustrating.

Its hit and miss with the items here. They have a lot stuff, but you need to check it. Ive bought two different items here and got home to find them broke in the box. Disappointing...

I visited here only once. By the name I thought it might be something like a hardware store. I was excited about a new tool store coming to town. I wanted to see the stock of tools, and lumber and hardware. I talked my reluctant wife in going with me. She hates hardware stores for some reason.Then we stepped into the door and the feeling of dread, regret and disappointment collapsed upon me like a wave from a tsunami. This was no hardware store. It was a wifes decorating dreamland.I thought I was in the twilight zone. I had just entered the gates of my worst hell. Shopping with my wife in a home decorating store!Its a trick guys! Dont fall for it! Pictures, vases, curtians, nicknacks, etc. Your wife will love it.All silliness aside its a store full of all kinds of housewares. I just introduced my wife to one of her newest favorite stores and one of my worst scary dreams. 😊

I like the store but i selected something from the clearance section and when I got to the checkout I was told it wasn’t on sale. Cashier was very unhelpful and clearly didn’t care to customer. Very disappointing.
