They DONT have same day eye glasses. One pair cost $525 although frames were $100, after I paid $140 for the exam. No discount for going next door to their own doctor.My eye site is NOT horrible. And only extra was transition lenses. Ill stick to American Best.

Customer service here is unacceptable!!! I went in and got seen and have been waiting over a month going on 2 and still no glasses! No one seems to care that eyesight is important! Overall its been since early February and Im still without my eyeglasses! I dont recommend this place at all most definitely taking my business elsewhere

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this store. Customer service was friendly, patient, and very helpful. Daniella helped me with my glasses and was very nice and informative. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! I also like the “buy one, get one” promotion. It’s very helpful, as I was in need of two pairs of glasses. Great experience and I will be going back!

Emma is the best! I went in late in the evening, and Emma assisted me with courtesy and thoroughness. Sh answered each of my questions about cost and styles with politeness. I appreciate good customer service, and thats what I got here!! This is what keeps me coming back through the years.

The young girl was very helpful and patient in helping my 7 year old daughter select two pair of glasses. She measured her quickly, and accurately. Offered the special that they were having at the time.She called within the two week mark, and fit my daughter again for comfort.A few months later we returned broken and bent glasses. I was sure that she would have to have them replaces they were smashed so badly. To my surprise, she put them back in their original shape!!! She was amazing!

Emma is EXCELLENT to work with! She was super patient with me as I selected frames and tried a gazilion ways to find the cheapest way for me to buy glasses. She has an eye for seeing which eyeglass frame looks best on you. I loved how she helped me get down to a couple of frames and then encouraged me to get opinion of my friends/fam to help me decide when I was debating between them. Thanks so much!

Doctor was impatient and disrespectful to my wife and 11 yr old daughter. Got angry at my wife because we had not gotten treatment for lazy eye earlier, despite other doctors telling us she was fine. Was angry at my daughter for not knowing what some letters and sentences were. Demanded to talk to our minor daughter alone with no parents present and would not explain why. Will not return to this place again.

The manufacturers they associate with do not have good logistics causing eastimated arrival and pick up times to often be 10 - 20 days past the arrival time given to you at purchase. So if you need your glasses in a timely fashion dont expect it from here. Customer service is nice but with the Midland/Odessa area expanding they are really undermanned and it took me 50 minutes to complete my purchase, this includes me taking 15 minutes to pick out my frame and lenses.
