They have the best gym equipment you’ll need in town. Some of the best high quality purchases of gym equipment I have ever purchased. Their employees are always very helpful and if you have trouble looking for what you need they can usually find it for you. Everyone should check out their store especially if you want to build yourself a home gym, this is definitely the place to come, they sell just about anything you’ll need from basic gym equipment to high quality machines.

I have an Octane seated elliptical, and it is the best bike (in my opinion) I have experienced. I have had it a few years but it need tuning up from time to time. Fitness Specialist is the only shop in the area that have trained individuals which can fix it properly. The two young men that keeps my bike working are winners in my book. This bike helps me to maintain my ability to get a good physical workout. Thanks Fitness Specialist for getting me up and moving again. I really appreciate you guys.Added to my review September 22, 2020I waited 24 hours after my repairs to ride the bike like I was informed by the repair guys but the bike started making loud sounds. I immediately called octanefitness.com, and spoke to Rick, he stated what he thought it was. I called Fitness Specialist and they told me it would cost me to fix it $150 plus tax. I informed the young man that I just paid $150 to get it fix it and now I am going to pay you another $150 for the same thing. I talked him down to $85 but I thought about it and said, NO WAY. I just paid to get it fixed Now I have a noise unlike I ever had before. i paid too much for this bike whereas when I had a Proform for ten years and never has a problem out of it. I had a second Proform for 7 year without problems, but I moved and could not take it out of town with me. Then I had a New Balance bike for 6 year, no problems out of the bike but broke the electrical cord. I have spent over $400 in repairs, on this bike, in 3 years, paid to Fitness Specialist. I am not going to put another dime into repairs for the bike or give the store anymore of my money. I have not been given a receipt and I have ask for a receipt in writing and by phone, so I am going to see if they have any guarantee because this is worst than buying a lemon car. I don’t like the feeling of being taking advance of but I dont know how to feel about the situation. This bike looks wonderful for stroke patients (which I am one) but something is alway wrong with this expensive bike and it not cool.Added Nov. 9, 2020The owner of the shop came to my home, listen to the noise the bike made and went directly to the problem. He tighten a few screws and fixed my bike. I want to thank him for responding to my post and listening to my message. He fixed my bike in about 10 minutes. I could not have asked for anything more. It has been hard to find gym equipment since the pandemic but I was able to get everything that I needed. Staff, especially Armin, were very friendly and helpful.

I had visited several times . Staff is friendly amd listen close to your needs. Helpful in finding what I was needing for my home gym. Bought FT2, and Matrix T50-xr treadmill. Delivery of treadmill is going to be Monday. Will have to wait 4-6 weeks for ft2. That is the only bad thing. But first things first . I am positive that it will be awesome . Just purchased the inspire ft1 and body solid smith machine, went in spoke with Cain, super nice, chill dude that knows his equipment. Got me all set up and a couple days later they showed up to deliver and setup equipment. Preston and Armin were the ones that came, were quick and careful. Also had knowledge of the equipment and new what they were doing. Left everything set up ready to go and didnt leave any trash behind. Will definitely be buying more equipment from them when I find a place to put it lol. Appreciate you fellas
