Love love this store. Everything rustic!

I recommend not to purchase anything animal based from Wild West such as horns, hides or stuffed animals. I got a $400 dried flower arrangement with longhorns and the horns were not processed correctly and were infested with insects that ate the horns completely off from the inside out! I called them and explained and was told to bring it back to be repaired. I brought it back and left it but later got a call from the manager that I must have termites in my house that caused the damage to the horns. Funny how the termites are the horns but left the wood base untouched... I probably have spent close to $10,000 over the years here on furniture and gifts, I’ll never step foot in this place again!
