The Odessa location seems to not care if your things in your new house need fixing. I have called Ludi who deals with work orders for the past almost 6 months about things that needed fixing and still continues to say we will call you back to schedule but never calls. Six months later still no schedule date. Their communication skills is horrible.
Went in just to see a model, not to ask for prices or anything, but this guy started to fill out an application and I just told him I want to see the model, I didnt care about price I make good money. Then he replied Im doing this unless you know how to figure out this, but he said it in a sarcastic way. Probably thinks everyone is an ignorant just because he has his University title in display on his office in account managing. Buddy everyone knows how credit works. Just change your tactics. I hate when companies try and run your credit just when asking about a price, but I dont let myself I know better.
Nightmare. I can’t even begin to explain how difficult the process has been to get a home with them. Their lack of communication not only between them but toward their customers as well is bad! They tried to put the blame on me on different occasions but the reality is that they are on difffent pages. They promise more than what they can accomplish. It’s been close to three months and I am still waiting for the house to be delivered. They lack drivers I guess, I don’t know like I said I’ve been told different stories as to why they can’t deliver it.
My husband and I were interested in purchasing a home from this company, but live an hour and a half away. Called to ask questions, and was hoping to go see them in a few weeks. The man who answered was rude and not helpful at all. Terrible customer service
Horrible communication. Little to no customer service after you sign saying you want to proceed in purchasing a house. I worked with the general manager, and had this experience. I would call and call because I wouldn’t get a phone call back. That’s how I got ahold of him. Receptionist doesn’t speak English well, so I couldn’t understand her and she didn’t understand what I was saying either! I had to have a friend translate for me on one occasion. You put down a $500 refundable deposit on the first day... after 1 week of not being contacted I choose to go through Titan in Midland. Erick Flores was the sales agent, literally got almost 5 Phone calls a day, updating me with everything. I was placed into my home, within 1 month.To this day I have not received a phone call, voice message, or even a text letting me know what loan options I had with Solitare. I called numerous times asking for my refund, never received a phone call, message, or even a email. It wasn’t mailed. It’s been over 2 months. Today I texted the general manager, and received nothing but sass and lies.Homes look solid and beautiful, but imagine running into a issue after purchasing... how long it would take to get an answer or help. There’s better companies out there, that have houses with longer warranties, beautiful, solid for cheaper! And FULLY built in the US, let alone Texas!I would not recommend this place, I would stay away!
Best mobile homes undoubtedly, but not much help if your credit is hurting a bit, regardless if you have a good full time employment for years but currently going thru same TEMPORARY bumps in the road
