Had my exhaust welded back. A week later it came loose. The guy looked at it and told me it wasnt his weld, that he didnt do the work...really? Anyway, he rewelded it, no charge, and a week later it came loose again.

I called a few weeks ago about getting my brakes and rotors replaced and they said to bring it in first thing in the morning so they could have it completed by lunch. I got there at 7:55am and waited until 9:00am but no one ever showed up. There was no note on the door saying they were closed or any other indication that they wouldnt be opening. Im not sure why they wouldnt let customers know they were closed. This is definitely not evidence of the customer service they say they value.

This place is great. I took my Volkswagen Beetle in for some exhaust work and they were fast and friendly!! The staff treated me with respect and my car was in and out fast. Donovan and his staff do incredible work. After getting my car back, I couldnt believe how quiet the engine was!!!. I would recommend this place to anyone needing fast work, great prices, and lets not forget to mention friendly service!!! Thanks gentleman. I will definitely be back.

Talking about great service, this place has it going on! I purchase a bolted on exhaust system and was looking around town to have it welded properly. I stop by without an appointment and within 10 minutes they had my truck up on the lift. They do a great job here at Grandview Muffler I highly recommend!

Now this place has 5 star service, very rare to find in this area. They do great work and are super friendly. Prices are very reasonable also.

Karl is the best at custom mufflers. Reasonable price and great service. I wont go anywhere else, and Im having Karl do all the work on my 1964 and 1969 Impala. Karl made a custom exhaust on my 69 impala pictured. Without Karl this place would close in a week, and now he doesnt work there anymore and I will never go back

Don and carl are the nicest guys. honest and straight forward. fixed my muffler on my 2014 peterbilt tractor then turned around and welded a support on my trailer. got me back on the road

What a joke...this place came recommend by house of seat covers. They were higher than anybody else in town but I went with them because they were recommended. 3 weeks after I had installed was washing my trucking and right dual was hanging down. I was leaving town, had to drive all the way back over only to be told I had to wait. Wow..no service. You would think since they couldnt weld the first time they would get right on it!! Poor customer service. I will never use again.

Brought in my truck to get cats put on... cats got put in but they left a big exhaust leak... brought it in the next day to get the leak fixed... they couldnt take off a bolt so they just gave it back to me and now its my problem... wow!!! Wouldnt recommend. Welds are aweful

My muffler fell off while i was driving. I took it home only to find very bad welding. I asked the owner and he told me never to come back and leave or he would call the police. The owner has bad ego problems. Stay away from this shop.

After reading past reviews I was impressed with how Donavan replied to most all comments good and bad and how he tried to make things right with those that left negative comments. When I pulled in I was guickly placed on a rack and my vehicle inspected. Even though I needed a complete exhaust repair Donavan was not pushy about selling me on any products and was willing to repair replace only what I wanted. Donavan was very knowledgable and answerd all my questions and steered me in the direction I was looking for. I am very pleased with the way my new system looks sounds and runs. I highly recomend anyone looking for exhaust work to consider and check them out. They also do more than just mufflers so dont hesitate to ask them.

Carl does a pretty exhaust work. He believes in his quality and backs it 100%. I will refer any family or friends to Carl and Grandview Muffler.

Highly referred by other employees of mine for brakes, exhaust ect...Just spoke to the owner, Carl, on the phone and seemed like a good guy. I will update Monday when brakes have been installed.

Called to get a price on 2 mufflers and possibly installed on my classic truck and asked the gentleman if they have ever installed them on my truck or did any other type of custom work for a classic truck and straight up told me they dont want my business Im assuming this is the great customer service grand view muffler brags about!
