I ordered a weapon from them a year ago and still havent received it. I can understand some delay due to the COVID craziness, but how much is reasonable? The waiting wouldnt be so bad if they could at least give me a clue as to when I might get my order. When I ask the employees they just tell me that its out of their hands. I tried emailing the supplier but never heard back. It wouldnt be so bad it they could give me some info. At least show some effort in contacting the supplier to see if they are ever going to fullfil my order. I dont know why they dont have someone to fallow up on extremely long orders and keep the customers informed. Last time I asked about my order the employee said 10 months is nothing, he just had a rifle come in that was ordered for a customer 15 months ago. If they actually cared they would have replied to my review by now.
DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING HERE!!!! They take way too long doing FFL transfers. They told me only one guy knows how to process all the transfers and he’s not there all the time. Anywhere else will process the same day they get the package.
So happy with my experience at impact Guns, my family doesn’t buy guns anywhere else because we get such good service and the best deals. Often I can find deals on brand new guns for the same price I find used guns on utah guns.com. The guys are awesome, they follow the rules which sucks sometimes but they help you navigate through buying a gun and providing the right documentation. I bought a Smith & Wesson nine MM flat dark earth 5.0 and couldn’t be happier with this gun. I don’t know why people don’t buy this gun more, and do you understand The cops use this gun so much. Would highly recommend

Ordered a product online that theyre website said was in stock and eligible for online ordering. After seeing that the status of my order was being processed for the better part of a week, I received an email from them telling me that the order couldnt be filled, no doubt because they didnt have the item in stock. Stop wasting peoples time by selling them items online that you have no intention on being able to deliver promptly. Buyers beware, do not trust what you see posted on their website!
I moved to Utah from Boston last year and was thinking of purchasing a few firearms. With the new administration I was a little concerned about loosing the ability to buy an AK or AR so I headed to Impact. I am a bit of a novice and was extremely lucky to have Mike welcome me and offer to help me. Mike took the time to listen to my concerns and hear what I was looking for and then shared his thoughts and quell some of my fears so I would make a well informed purchase. Mike didn’t take the role of a salesman but rather a fellow gun enthusiast and made sure I bought what was right for my needs and my budget. I walked out with an AR-15 and was super happy. Mike also took my cell as I asked him to share with me when some other items came in. I was pleasantly surprised when he txt me an AR came in I was interested in. He took my replies after hours and even before store opening and put it on hold for me. I came in and we had a great conversation and I purchased it. Since then I have bought a few more assault rifles/pistols and semi auto pistols. All amazing pieces that I am proud to own. I would recommend Mike to anyone as a great purchase consultant at Impact! Girlfriend is looking for a new gun. Ive been to the IG in SLC many times & have been very pleased with their service. So, obviously, I thought it would be about the same here. Not even close. In the store for about 20 minutes, looking at guns & waiting for somebody to come over & help, before the gf goes & asks one of the workers at the front counter (not helping anyone else) if we could get help at the counter. He just says, when someone is available to help, theyll go over. Only about 1/3 of the time we were there, were they actually helping anybody. From what I understood, they were working on online orders, and giving those top priority. Why? No idea. When people are in your store, nearly ready to buy, right then & there, you ignore them to customers show have already spent money & rejecting MORE money. Good job keeping the paying customers happy. But, good luck trying to get new customers.
Poor customer service! Im in the market for a couple of rifles and a handgun. When my daughter and I walked, they ignore us. Two other customers came in after us, and they greeted and assisted them. We walk around for 20 minutes, and not one associate acknowledged or offered to help us. At least five sales associates walk by us but offered assistant to the customer around us. Well, I have no problem taking my business elsewhere, particularly somewhere that appreciate me as a customer.
They say the definition of insanity is doing something over and over and expecting different results. Am I insane?I remember going to impact guns as a younger man and they loved their customers! Id come in they got right on asking me what I was after and invited me to browse a bit.Now, it seems their customer attentiveness hase steadily declined the last few years, which is a horrible shame. Ive given them two stars because they have a superb selection and even more on their website, but the last time I came in looking for a new firearm, they blew me off and I got tired of waiting for help after asking twice and left. I went elsewhere and bought the gun I needed for less.Now, I have a small window of time between getting off work and dropping kids off to sports and the like that I am in that area of town and evey time I try to check out I wait in a short line forever! The only place Ive been waiting in line longer is wal-mart but they have long lines and people buying carload of stuff. I wait in line for a long time only to be directed to the back to check out for an ammo purchase to wait in line more while employees check out.I left frustrated but came back a couple of weeks later thinking I was being too petty but same thing...waiting in line for a small purchase while employees stand around and BS. And it wasnt even busy.I used to work at a gun counter, and I know lines can get long with background checks and purchases but thats why we had multiple cashiers available to ease the wait time.Im really kind of sad. As a certified instructor Id send students there all the time, recommending to buy from them because of their selection. Now, I cant even buy a box of ammo without waiting around in line forever and being directed elsewhere to purchase. Maybe you need a sign?The last gripe I have are the prices. When the ammo shortage hit, impact gouged prices like no other.Theres always amazon and other gun stores.
Will not shop here again! Not only do the employees have the worst customer service Ive seen in ages but they have hardly any knowledge about what they are even selling. Good luck getting any help from any of the employees and when you try to help yourself they barge in saying its not for sale even if its clearly marked for sale on the show room floor. I also caught them attempting to flirt with my wife on several occasions and Im not the only one who has had this happen. These employees need to know that playing 400 hours of call of duty does not make you a gun expert.
Nice place to get my husbands guns from but customer service sucks! First time I’ve been here with him and it’s packed for a Saturday. One guy attending many whom are waiting in line to look at guns and not looking at who was next and just goes to whoever. Costumers coming back to ask for another question when they should be waiting back at the end of the line (no line at all). They need better customer service here! For you managers here, if one guy is to attend many waiting to be seen then you should have a check in list so you know what customer is next. Having so many customers waiting and that ONE guy just seeing whom ever and not going in order is not a great process!
First time experience Had ordered a gun in went to pick up. Staff was friendly great to work with. My wife was looking for a gun staff helped her and answered all her questions. Were not pushy but were considerate and helpful. Would go back again.
Took my concealed carry permit class here, and it was amazing! The instructors were the funniest, kindest, and most knowledgeable people you will ever meet. They explained things super well, and had me laughing the whole time! It was a great experience, and I would HIGHLY recommend them. If all my teachers in High School were has funny, and smart as them I would never have skipped a day!
The employees are friendly and helpful in many ways, and they will even talk you through what is the best for your budget. No shotguns are allowed to shoot in the shooters range, but higher caliber guns are fun to shoot inside. With COVID-19, masks are required inside and prices are high for ammo. Rationing is down to two boxes of ammo a purchase. Other than those, Impact Guns is a great place to shop for weapons and ammo.

Big selection helpful at gun range. But any time I have ever tried to purchase a gun no one would ever help me at the counter. You can wait 10 to 15 minutes and if they see someone they know walk in they will help them first. I just go there for the rang now and if I see something I like I buy it somewhere else.
The service gets worse every time i go into this place. Tonight i went in ready to spend upwards of $2000. I had 4 employees walk right past me without a word. I was there for a half hour before leaving without as much as a hello. I think its safe to say they dont want my money anymore. I will be all too happy to take it elsewhere.

My wife and I waited for 30 minutes being completely ignored, but there were plenty of employees walking around that could have helped and completely ignored us. Finally some long haired punk kid asked us what we needed with an attitude and treated us like he was doing us a huge favor by just speaking to us. They didnt really help us and couldnt wait to get us out the door. I will never buy from them and dont even waste your time coming in to this establishment. They must have a huge customer base and obviously dont need new customers. I have never been treated this badly from a sales driven company. Myself, my family and everyone I know will never buy from this place. What a horrible experience and total waste of time!

New to guns? Best to stay away from this place, unless you want to spend more than you need to, and probably get convinced to get something you dont need/want. Think car salesmen, but with guns, and you get this place. Two main issues, both stem from the fact that their employees work on commission. I can make that statement based on my own experience of working for commission at one point in my life, and my continued shopping around at gun stores and online. First, their prices are often inflated. For example, they sell the new Colt Python 4.25 inch at a 300 dollar mark up from MSRP. I mean its a rare gun right now, but those mark ups continue into the cheaper more common guns such as the Canik line. I found that Sportsmans Warehouse advertised the same Python for 300 less. Sure, it was only in stock for about 3 hours online, but still. Second issue is their heavy handed attempt to upsell you on almost everything. More often then not, If I ask to see something in the case, after a few minutes the employee ends up pulling something out that has a much higher price and tries to convince me the much more expensive option is what I really want using some convoluted reasoning. Its not fair to blanket sweep all their employees with this particular fault, but having been in there maybe 15 times, I can say its either up-sale, or the occasional Hurry up and finish looking so I can sell something to someone else attitude. I should clarify, I have never met anyone downright rude per say, but in general their salesman type attitudes stink of Im your friend, trust me, so you should probably buy something expensive soon. I would be vary carful walking into this place if your new to gun stores, or if your looking to get something at a fairly standard price. Ill probably still go in to look occasionally due to the location, but Id be hard pressed to support their business model buy purchasing something considering there are at least 3-4 other stores within 20 minutes of that location that are far better in terms of price, and sales tactics.

Make sure you do research before buying ANYTHING here. This store will sell you a Sig AR15 they claim is new but has had parts swapped in it that fail due to their terrible gunsmithing work.Theyll also ship you used guns they claim is new online, but has ran through the ringer at their store.These guys also overcharge heavily and you should do a simple google search like Glock 19 gundeals, go to the gun.deals link that comes up and check prices at other retailers. Youll realize that them charging $749 for a Glock is $200 more than anybody else.
100% stole my money.I’ve bought multiple guns here over the years, and I even got my carry permit from a class here.I’m shocked that they had the audacity to steal my money!Here is the situation.I tried to buy a gun here a while ago, and for some reason I wasn’t passing the background check. The pushy salesman convinced me to put the gun on layaway instead of just coming back when I figured out why I wasn’t passing. It ended up being an issue with my drivers license, and I eventually got it sorted out, but when I returned, they told me that it had been too long, and that I “forfeit” the money I had put down.I didn’t expect them to hold onto the gun, but I expected them to let me use the money towards a different gun. I was going to buy a gun for me, and for my girlfriend, but I’ll happily take my business somewhere else.
Great selection of guns, but the guns and ammo are way too overpriced even during crisis prices. 9mm is $35 for a box of 50. I ended up running over to Sportsman’s and got fiocchi 9mm for $20 and a firearm for $150 under what Impact wanted (same exact model and everything).
This place is great, as long as you come when its not super crowded. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Hint: if youre not buying a firearm and theres a long line in the front of the store, you can check out at the range counter in the back.
Horrible customer service. I thought we got lucky when we walked in and there was only 1 other customer in the store. I was told by 2 employees that they were busy and would get to me when they had time. I waited 30 min. Then just left. Business is obviously going good if they dont care about their customers.
Had a gun transferred to them. It was delivered on a Tuesday. Went to pick it up and they said they need 2 days to process it and the latest would be Friday to pick it up. Went in Friday to pick it up and waited for 30 minutes before I was helped just to hear that they haven’t processed my transfer and will need to come back tomorrow. I also have tried calling before I go but they don’t return calls and I have have emailed before as well with out a response. To me the company has lost its quality in customer service and organization. I should have had it transferred elsewhere.
I shot my first gun here recently. Wow was it a thrill. The staff was all very friendly and knowledgable despite the building feeling full to the max. I guess right now is a great time to be in the gun business. I plan to take a concealed carry class here.
I put a deposit on a Taurus G3 on October 1st at the time they did not have one in stock but said the could easily order one in for me. I checked back with them a month later because I had heard nothing and they said I would get a call and or email when my g3 came in. Long story short almost 3 & 1/2 months later after I had paid for my gun in full. Which was $247 original the have much inflated since then. I finally went in and asked if they could just give me the same gun in a different color since they were only receiving black ones. They then told me that I was going to have to pay the new price which was another $137 on top of my original price. I asked for my money back and went to CAL Ranch. CAL Ranch was totally shocked when I told them my experience with Impact Guns. I bought my G3 for a lot less than impact wanted. Impact used to be my go to gun store. I will never buy from them again. They have also lost the Business of my family and friends that used to shop there.
I stopped in looking for a concealed carry holster for my .45 only to find a arrogant salesman full of rude comments. Impact used to be my go to back in the day, not anymore
They are busy but very helpful people. Going back in a month or two to purchase a few more items.

Love the gun range! Not only can I bring my own guns but they also have guns you can rent! Good range fees awesome employees. The manager was very helpful. Even though I bought my gun at another store I will buy from them next time tons of guns and other stuff you could buy like AR parts mags for every gun plus a try before you buy! I dont know they get one star reviews they are awesome
Pretty bad prices, REALLY bad customer service. Almost everyone here hates you and doesnt try to hide it. Giving it a single point above 1 star for the fact that its the only gun store close to me. If youve got other options, go there instead.
This place is a joke. I’ve never had to try so hard to do business with someone. No response to emails, can’t answer their phone. I understand you are busy but automatically transferring me to a voicemail during business hours is ridiculous. I’ll spend my money elsewhere and will encourage everyone I know to do the same.
I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The employees are absolutely phenomenal, prices are great, management is top notch. I always feel welcomed here, even my daughter (11 month old) loves being there due to the fact that the employees absolutely love seeing her and always make her smile and laugh.
A pack of primers (1,000) being sold at retail is usually $30-35, today I was told $150. I like to support local shops but when shops do this screw them. You want to price gouge I will shop at Scheels, Cabelas or anywhere else that is honest. I will never buy anything from your shop and I already told my group of reloading folks what you are attempting to do. Do not buy from these guys, they will rip you off. This is why I stick with the big box or online. I hope you go out of business.
This place is a joke to say the least! As many other reviews good luck on getting anyone on the phone or to return your calls. Went in store and same treatment as all the other reviews... 2.5 months after a online order came in and still cant get the firearms I ordered... I finally called the SLC store and told them to send them back to the manufacturer. Even he couldnt get ahold of anyone and had to send a email. Do yourself a favor and go to a legitimate dealer like GET SOME or any box store.
Terrible organization organization of inventory: it took them tree weeks to find online order in their back room. Each time I went in they kept me waiting for 30-40 minutes each time. They incorrectly charged me a transfer fee when I bought my firearm from their website, and now Im going to have to wait 7 days to get my money back. When trying to find a document with my proper address, the employee (Phil) replied well were not selling you candy! In a very condescending way. I will be buys all future firearmsfrom SportsmansWarehouse. They actually treat me likeaperson, and not an inconvenience. .
Customer service is their main issues, no one answers the phone, so you have no idea if they have what you need before you drive all the way out there, been calling every few days for a week. They won’t be getting my business. Xtech in North Ogden answered first time and was able to help me out recommend them over this second class store.
I have been an Officer for 12 years now. I went to purchase a gun from Impact and the customer service was great. The attention to detail and ability to find what I needed was great. Mike did an excellent job with everything.
I felt comfortable here and not intimidated even though I am a beginner. Nobody was condescending or rude and everyone was friendly, funny, and helpful. Cory helped me and he was great. Loved the service I got here.
Horrible “customer service.” I put that in parentheses because there is none. I walked in today looking for a muzzle brake for my new rifle, and since I am new to that specific accessory, I really wanted to speak with someone that would be able to help me find what I need/want, so that I wouldn’t run into any issues. Nearly 30 minutes in the store and not one employee even looked at me. I walked around looking for someone to help me and nothing. With maybe 6 other customers in the store I would expect a greeting at the very least. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone that values friendly service. Or any service for that matter. Unless you’re an attractive female, dont expect anyone to ask if you need help. Drive into North Ogden and visit XTECH Firearms instead. They will be happy to help, and will likely be the same price of not better. I will do everything I can not to spend another dime there.
Worst store to purchase anything from. Dakota is who helped me. My Drivers license didn’t have my updated address when going to purchase a firearm, they asked that I provided a piece of mail with the correct address like a water bill or utility bill. I provided them with my water bill and they still denied the proof of address. Don’t do business here. Take all your business elsewhere plenty of other stores to buy from. As you can tell from the other 1 star reviews there business sucks.
The few times I come to this store I get completely ignored. I would be standing at the counter, at parts or standing next to an employee and I get by passed everytime. Just happened again standing next to a friend. Even on days its not bust u get ignored. Customer service is horrible and non-existent if youre not their type. As much as I hate using this situation as a crutch it happens way to often and with others of the same tone as myself.
Your staff was very rude and you lost a 1000 sale because the jerk on the phone thought it would be funny to laugh at me.

This place is bumpin. I bought a sweet upper receiver here and I couldnt be happier with it. The service was great, despite the store being packed with panic buyers. It was my first time here but I will be coming back often in the future.
I always stop by when I am in the area and have a minute to dream about future purchases or check what ammo is in stock. They have an amazing selection of guns to look at and I love that you can just pull the rifles off the wall and look at them.

Went in yesterday and they were very busy but Mike I think was his name apologised for takin so long to get to me and that hell be right with me. He came back answered all the questions I had! Hes very knowledgeable about guns and was honest when he didnt know certain things! That speaks volume about a salesman! Even though they didnt have the gun I wanted he did order me one and even told me it could be awhile until it gets to the store! Bought a few guns here. They have a great selection on guns and the guys that work there help out great. It says lifetime warranty for guns and one of mine broke so I had them fix it and they charged me 40 bucks to fix it and it did not need any new parts. No longer satisfied
Im not surprised to see another 1 star review for Impact Guns. They sent me the wrong drum magazine. I had to pay the return shipping $12.05 and they will not refund the $9.99 shipping I paid them. So I just lost $22.04. On top of that, they will not just send me the correct drum magazine. It only costs $6.10 more and I will have to pay another $9.99 for shipping.This is the worst part. I showed them how they have the wrong picture for the GSG Ruger 10/22 Drum Magazine on their website. Its a picture of the GSG-5/522 Drum Magazine. This is why the order was wrong. Taya Dagsen wrote, I will not change the price on the one you do want and eat the reship charge as well. I showed them their mistake and they will not do anything to fix it. This was the first and last time I will order from Impact Guns. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service.
The staff were so helpful and knowledgable. Ive had multiple great experiences with them and will continue to shop there. I love that they have brick and mortar stores as well as online. One of my orders even had a shipping complication but they responded really quickly and were extremely helpful.

I was looking at a Volquartsen pistol, and very few places actually have one. I like to see and hold something before spending (what I consider) major money for something. I saw on their website that the Ogden store had one in stock and drove down from Idaho. I was surprised at the number of people there on an early Friday afternoon, and I wandered around looking at the plethora of firearms they have in stock while I waited for a salesman to be freed up. The person I worked with was VERY helpful, explaining to me that handguns cant be sold to out-of-state purchasers, finding the gun they had and showing it to me, then helping me set up the purchase over the internet. He even went back and talked to the internet shipping people who also came out and spoke with me letting me know how long it would take to ship. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and was completely satisfied with my purchase. Completely made the 2 hour drive worthwhile.
I have been going to impact for around 7-8 years now. I’ve had a great experience with them every time. I’ve purchased 7 different firearms from impact and it has always been a smooth, quick experience. Staff is friendly and easy to talk talk to. I highly recommend them. The staff is knowledgeable and always know how to help.

Terrible customer service. I had been calling all week to see if the item i wanted in stock and no one would answer the phone. I finally decided to drive out to check in person. They had what I wanted in stock but no one could spare a second to help me as I was in store for 45 minutes only to be told someone will be with you in a minute by 4 different employees who then disappeared. left empty handed and will not be going back.
Overall, I had a great experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. Craig went above and beyond to get my questions and concerns resolved. He said he was going to come in early (before the store opened) to get my purchase ready for me. These guys are super busy right now, and the staff is currently under a lot of pressure due to the high demand. Overall, they were all very professional. I am happy with my purchase. Craig kept his word, and I was able to pick up my purchase today as soon as they openedYou will have a returning customer. Thank you!
Absolutely the worst store Ive ever been to. Horrible customer service and the line wait times are the worst, its like waiting in a dmv line even when theyre not that busy they still manage to make you wait.

Had some trouble getting in touch with them about my transfer but they were able to get my background check finished after 6:30pm and out the door that night which I really appreciated.
Price match before you leave the store. Impulse bought 2 pistols, asked the salesman before purchasing if they price matched and was told yes. Found them cheaper at a competitor 20 minutes later. Called Impact to be told they dont match if youve left the store.
Absolute joke on ordering online! Dont do it. I order a small part that was listed as in stock. I ordered it on a Tuesday. I needed it by Friday so I paid for two day shipping. My card was charged on Thursday but nothing on Friday. I sent an email with zero reply. On Monday I got an email telling me they were still processing the order. I called shortly after and got told the part was at an off site warehouse and would not ship for another week. Not a lot of point offering over night or two day shipping if it takes them 10 days to process an order that is on stock. Customer services was unhelpful, boarderline rude trying to point out the fine print on the web site. I told her I wanted the order cancelled and she still had to tell me she might not be able to. I got an email three hours later canceling the order. I then got on Primary Arms web site. Found the part, placed the order. It shipped the next morning and I will have it tommarow. Confirmation and tracking number were sent quickly. That is a place I will continue to do business with.
Poor product knowledge from employees. Every time Im in, theres extended wait time at the counter before being helped. Prices often dont match the shelf tags.Worst part is they run a big indoor range yet have no one actively monitoring shooters in their lanes, no Range Safety Officers. I know someone who was actually hit by shrapnel from a negligent discharge on their unmonitored range. Scary stuff
Great store but don’t buy their 5.56 ammo. They are up charging significantly. A lot of place still have 800 rounds M855 in stock charging .36-.42 cents per round. These guys are charging $1.42 per round. Just do a quick web search and you’ll find ammo at an affordable non-inflated price.
I have tried to call, during their open hours, to simply ask a few questions. I tried over 10 times over a couple of hours, but no one answered. I kept getting voicemail. I was referred to them and was looking forward to working with them, but not answering calls is not a good start.
Ordered my first 1911 from these guys. Excellent customer service and speedy shipping 👍👍. Will definitely be buying my next firearm from them and Ill be spreading the word to my friends here in Texas! Keep up the great work!
I have never had any problems purchasing items from the store. The indoor gun range is one of the better ones that Ive gone to in the area. I havent needed an awful lot of help from customer service since I typically go in having either ordered already or knowing exactly what Im looking for. Would have given five stars but the store is sometimes a little bit disorganized and its at times difficult to find the items Im looking for because of the strange way things get stocked from time to time.
Excellent service from helpful staff. We were able to try several guns in the range before purchasing, and the process was quick!

Sign requiring masks. If anyone was to help us stand against this government overreach one would think it would be our local gun stores. Sadly this is not the case and they are bowing to the overlords.

Love this store but don’t know why their phone lines are down. I ordered a handgun from their website to their Ogden location but when I called their phone has been disconnected. I even tried calling the main phone which says the same thing. Just a little to sketchy for me so I had to cancel and spend more somewhere else.

Keep calling to find out the status of a rifle ordered site to store. Website said it would be available with no delay (sending to another store was 5 days). Well, five days is tomorrow and when i call, they tell me it will be coming any moment from the back...and Im not sure what that means. Website says preparing for store pickup and when i call them they say it is paperwork related.If i get the rifle and service is awesome, i will update this review, but the service right now is 0 out of 1 rifles...6/5/2020 update - got my rifle and the service was decent. No Covid-19 precautions in the store though, so that was concerning. The store was trashed and it was hard to find accessories and prices. In 2020, 5 days to get an online order fulfilled for a rifle in stock at the store ready for pickup is a bit excessive. The WIP metrics there must be insanely high. 3rd rifle i have bought from them, and while the others were good experiences...this one was not by a lot, and that will influence purchasing from them again.
15$ for a 20 round box of 7.63x39 ak steel case wolf ammo...... I will never step foot in this location again! These guys are just like the guys jacking up the price on ksl!
Excellent location to waste time! And by wasting time, I mean standing around waiting for the miracle of a transaction to occur. I, like others, realize things are busy right now, but waiting in a stand still line for much more than 20 minutes without any progress when there are no more than eight customers in the store is just pitiful. Ill be looking for a CCW class elsewhere. If you need something, Id recommend Smith and Edwards instead.
Visited the store on a whim. After having been there and then reading the reviews, the poor ratings make sense. Abysmal customer service, inefficient employees, and poor selection. I had about $650 worth of merchandise in my hands waiting to purchase with only a few other customers in front of me in line. Waited nearly 15 minutes before putting my stuff down and leaving. Will never return. Went right over to Sportsmans Warehouse and purchased the exact items with 10% off due to their policy of Military discounts. Dont waste your time at Impact Guns.

Bought my first gun here. The employees were helpful and willing to find the right gun for me. Im happy with my purchase and the customer service. I also got to shoot at their range for free that same day of the purchase. All in all Im satisfied and will return.
I recently had my pistol worked on here. I am perplexed by some of the negative Google reviews I read recently. In contrast, I had a great experience:My 40 yo S&W 357 recently lost the front red fluorescent sighting part and the firing pin needed some adjustment; I was getting more misfires lately.Terry, the gunsmith, came highly recommended. He explained in very clear and simple terms what he could do to help and that he would take a look inside to evaluate the firing pin. He said it would be ready in 2-3 days. He called me the NEXT day and said it was all done.The new front sight looked great and well done. He explained what had needed adjustment on the inside for my firing pin to strike as it should.The range master there allowed me to go on the indoor firing range to shoot a few rounds to see how well the firing pin was working now. It worked just fine; and no misfires now.I also recently have bought ammo and cleaning supplies there on 2 different days, and each time the other sales people came immediately to my attention, and took the time to walk to the back of the store with me to review the ammo and cleaning supplies I had questions about.So yes I have had very good recent experiences there and would recommend the place to anyone.
WOW!! Talking about FUN!! My Son and I went on Friday 1/25/19. The folks there working were very nice. Very fun experience. We had a Blast. (no pun intended) at the Shooting Range.
Literally the worst staff on the planet, if your under the age of 40 they avoid talking to you but will glare at you the entire time your in the store, and then if you try and ask a question about anything they look at you annoyed and start mumbling a half answer and then try and immediately walk away.
This place sold me the wrong gun and wouldnt take any accountability for it. Just go elsewhere.
Ordered an M&P9 online from them 6 years ago and they failed to mention they didnt actually have one in-stock. Had to wait weeks for them to get one and by then, the handgun had fallen off the DOJ roster in California and required it be converted to single-shot. I asked them to cover the small SSE fee and they refused to do so, even though it was their lack of proper communication and lies that led to the handgun requiring the alteration.As you can tell with a lot of recent reviews their customer service is still garbage and they look down on you as a customer. DO NOT BUY FROM IMPACT GUNS and look elsewhere if you want quality service from people that treat you with respect.
They have a wonderful selection of guns, however, they take way to long to process FFL transfers. I would recommend using someone else for FFL transfers.
