I go with my boyfriend when he get his remodeling stuff. They have a great selection of houseplants and outdoor plants. All the outdoor plants are 50% off now. Theyve had a wonderful selection of little succulents and I believe Ive gotten them all, for $1.25 each. Keep it up!!!!!

Wonderful deals had plenty of product on hand to offer. People were semi respectful saw a few like 3 maybe 4 acting someones bratty impatient spoiled child. Was there maybe 6 hours total and it was very busy and when 1 or 2 customers left 2 or 3 walked in on this spooky Saturday black on black sale.

Home Depot is one of the busiest places in town. Parking lot entrances and exits are many, large parking lot= easy parking. A lot of items are out of stock, shipping and delivery problems thanks to our government. Enjoy.

If you want perfect service with appliences you have to ask for CHERYL dont waste your time talking with anyone else lol. I was sooooooooo impressed by the amazing quality service, how knowledgeable she was not just about the product but of the store sales too and of shipping and I apprecite her honesty. I ended up going back to buy more appliances through her so...I seriously couldnt be happier. Oh and she helped me with the Home Depot credit card, I learned more from her about it then at the customers service desk lol. Thanks for the game changing help Cheryl. You made Home Depot a better place for me to shop.

Based on several visits. Its Home Depot; nothing really special about it. Average to below average customer service. Average quality and prices. Earlier this week, I decided to order some lumber online for instore pickup at this location because I was short on time; BIG mistake. 100% of the lumber was bad; splintered, cracks, gouges all throughout. A couple of the 2x8x8s had been cut and were closer to 1x8s in places. They couldnt have possibly picked out worse lumber. I definitely wont be getting lumber for pickup from them again.Went in today for paint. Four employees were working in that area. Waited for a color to be mixed. Was told to go to a different part of the counter for that. Waited at that spot for 15 minutes (I was pressed for time so I was keeping track) and watched other customers come and go and the employees taking paint from the main paint counter area to stock on shelves and pass by me several times. After helping the other customers, those employees passed by me to help stock the paint. After waiting and being ignored for that amount of time, I decided to leave. Ill get my paint elsewhere.

Bad customer service. Emplyees dont know how to do their jobs.Choose Lows or any other place.I would give 0 stars if possable.

We used one of home depots contractors to do some flooring in our home last year and they did a pretty good job. We had a couple small issues but they were rectified quickly. thank you

Home Depot it one of those stores that you remember from your childhood. This is a comfort store. These days they make sure most of the employees are educated about where and what the products are. I wouldve given them 5 stars, but this visit I had been having an issue getting a ride there and ended up with only an hour to shop once I got there. So when asking for help, it was very important to have someone knowledgeable who could help in a timely manner. But two employees I asked for help with some Evaporative Cooler replacements, asked each other, got into a conversation that didnt answer anything & even when I walked away didnt try to help. But most of the time everyone does an awesome job!!

My family and I came to Home Depot in Riverdale tonight to get paint for my sons room, and Jo in the paint department was amazing!! She offered advice and was so very kind. We appreciate her!!

In general, the prices at Home Depot are lower than Lowes. The service is good. If you know what youre looking for, the staff will help you find it. If you dont know what you need, theres usually someone on staff who can work with you to advise what youll need for your repair or project.

They get hella busy sometimes, but some the staff there are really helpful and know where to point you at when its not in the store.

They repaired my lawn mower in 3 days the mower looked like new and loaded it into my car

I am visiting family and ran across a need, so I went to home Depot. Always go here because they offer a military veterans discount ...welp...not this store cashier told me they dont do that anymore. Wish I had gone somewhere else. Every other Home Depot I have ever been to offers it, this one is just greedy I guess or does not like veterans

I have my ID. I have my recipt. I have the box it came in. I brought it back the day after it showed up at my house damaged. It took us over a half our to return something. So silly! Extremely poor customer service. We wont be back. Thanks Liz.....make it an hour now...still waiting

Walked into the Ogden store today. Associate came up to me and asked if they could help. This was on a Saturday a very busy time. I was floored and appreciated the help. Great customer service for sure.

Tyson was super patient and knowledgeable with us about our flooring questions. Each team member has been friendly and helpful even if the don’t know the answers. Great indoor plant section. All in all a great Home Depot location!

Called ahead to see if they had the tool we needed and they did. It unfortunately took calling twice to get with somebody to help us. Did appreciate the guy at the tool rental desk telling us about the tool they had in stock. We were going to just rent the tool but with just four uses we could pay for the tool that was in stock. Decided to buy rather than rent.

Every once in awhile you win and find someone that is very helpful! The guy in plumbing saved me a few dollars and several hours!

Went there to get plumbing supplies. At checkout the lady who helped us, Kathy was her name I believe. Awesome customer service you just cant find anymore. Very helpful, very knowledgeable. Why cant they all be like Kathy these days?!

Returned an item I purchased almost a year ago and they took care of me very quickly and professionally. Great service.

Never ever buy a large appliance from any home Depot. We bought a washer over a month ago and it apperintly got lost in transit. Over a month of calling every other day Todd the appliance manager was no help at all. They refused to even give us a refund untill they found our washer. They kept blaming Maytag it was a joke. Finally 5 weeks into it I called the corporate office talked to someone and got a refund within 10 minutes. We went to Lowes they had the same washer in stock and delivered it 2 days later hauled away our old one and installed the new one.

They held what I needed so I did not waste a drive. Had it waiting at the service desk.

As always, Superb. Just wish I could order BOPIS Store exclusive seasonal plants like Bee Balm online so they are pulled and ready for curbside pickup.

Ordered some bolts online to pick up curbside. When I got the bag and checked one bolt was the wrong size. My wife took it in and explained that it was the wrong one. The person at customer service told her to go get it herself. She explained that we ordered online and didnt know where it was. The women said it is in aisle 13, go get it. They messed up our curbiside pick up and then wouldnt even take the time to correct it.

Its home depot! Do I really need to explain what the gimmick here is? They sell wood and wood accessories. Hows that google!!!

I usually go to the Logan store, but I was down in Ogden and stopped by this store. It was very clean and well organized. The lady was nice with my returns and the hardware guy helped me find the tools I was looking for. Great store.

Ordered a shower door online from them. They sent me a text saying it had arrived and was ready for curbside pick up. I waited in a designated curbside pickup parking stall and waited 10 minutes for someone to help me. I went in the store and talked with an employee who said someone was getting my order from the back. 45 minutes passed and I was told it was on its way from the back. Someone finally pushed it to the front of the store and left. I asked if someone could help me load it due to the fact it was on a large pallet and exceeded 200 lbs. They said they would find someone. I went outside and after waiting 10 more minutes and started to load the door myself. 3 very kind customers assisted me and we were able to load the shower door. After a total of about 1 hour and 20 minutes of no help from home depot! When I was told it was ready for pickup?

Found weed killer I was looking for. Had good selection to choose from with decent prices.

No one around to help, over stocked and cramped isles. Cant even get a cart down half of them. Not laid out to standard schematics. Frustrating so we left our cart without purchasing.

Ordered online, had shipped to the store.... the shipping vendor and the stores do not communicate, the shipping department doesnt do well with their tracking and the 3 service agents ive been in contact about this, dont have a clue. theyve promised me dates of when my shipment will be delivered and NOTHING!

The first home Depot I went to in Riverdale Utah three employees passed me said theyd be back to talk to me about buying a chandelier they never came back 20 minutes later I left I went to Lowes Lowes doesnt carry the chandelier I wanted I dont have time to order it on Amazon so I went to the home Depot in South Ogden which is the one I am giving a three-star rating they had the chandelier I wanted in stock but when I went to ask where I could find light bulbs from the employee that was in the lighting department without even looking at me he told me Ill be with you in a minute I dont know if he was checking stock of another item on his phone or if he was on break or but I managed to find the light bulbs without his help would have been a five-star had he just told me aisle five right side

Home Depot tonight in Ogden. Had to get safety latches to protectn my grand kids. I knew the isle but not where on the isle. There was a wonderful associate on the isle that said hello and asked how he could help me. He lead me right to the safety latches.

I go to home depot quite a bit but my most recent visit stood out. I went there to pick up a door that I was notified was in stock. I had to get a couple keys made as well so while the customer service lady was going to find my door she also found someone to make my keys. Unfortunately the customer service lady couldnt find my door but she got someone else who found it in a short amount of time. While I was waiting she gave me a complimentary beverage. Definitely some of the best customer service Ive had in a long time.

My visit to this store location was okay. Not one employee asked me if I needed assistance unless I asked or even bothered to say hello. I need to go there to get paint since my local Home Depot was out of stock on the specific base I needed. I might go back if I need to.

Went in looking for cordless impact drivers and drills. They had good selection and people to help. Good store. Only thing I wish they stayed open until 9:00 like Lowes.

Had to return a small heater and the customer service was amazing. She even offered to help me find a replacement for the exchange. Way to go Home Depot!
