I got in contact with this store and ended up speaking with a girl named Haley, I told her how I was looking for a gift for my mom. Haley was so sweet and recommended me a bunch of products. I ended up putting a crystal ball on hold for a few days. When I came in days later Haley was working and had my item on hold for me and remembered I was looking for a gift for my mom and even helped me find a oil lamp that made a perfect gift. The associates here are great! I look forward to coming back in the future!

To help us both heal from the very very recent lose of my soul mate, my husband of 23yrs and the father of our son who is 19yr old. She was so helpful and respectful and totally understanding. Omg I came into pure oils feeling a little on edge about everything that was going on in my life and then I met Haley the angle she showed me some smells and a few things that could help me get my stress and anxiety under control best day of my life and best service

I went into the Pure Oils location in the Newgate Mall and spoke to Kysa. She was very knowledgeable of the benefits of CBD. I was mainly looking for assistance with stiffness in my fingers and mild neuropathy in my feet from being Type 2 Diabetic. She recommended their special CBD lotion formula. I have used it now for 3 days and have found it has indeed helped with the stiffness in my fingers and also with the the neuropathy in the feet. Thank you Kysa for your assistance and answering my questions!

Finally found my place! This place makes my soul sing. The only reason that I provided 4 stars is that I have been to their other location and this one is small. EVERYTHING is packed together. Ogden Mall is empty they should move to a bigger spot and spread out their stuff more. It was crowded, but the service was way better than Layton.

Edit: The store just keeps growing. Knowledgeable staff, great products. They have a new program I guess you could call it. Bring in your empty bottles and get refill and a discount. Even competing companies, same quality of product. That is amazing for me, and now I dont have hundreds of amber bottles every where throughout my house.There are so many products here! The only place that I know of you can go and make your own bath bombs lotions body washes Etc with oils! They have amazing oil lamps and some really nice other miscellaneous products the greatest thing oils in bulk!! Will most definitely frequent this place more often!

I have shopped with Pure Oils since they have been opened at the newgate location. The owner of the company has done a great job with the product that he sells. I went in today and chris was so sweet and friend when i came in to look around. I brought a book and will continue to shop there for everything i need. The essential oils are the best.
