We generally love them! Theyve fixed our car 3 times prior to being rear ended in traffic and have always had great service.This time we went to pick the car up on a Saturday (when they are closed, so they kindly put our keys and receipt inside the car per our request) but when we got home (2 miles away) noticed that one piece they were fixing was still broken AND our rear windshield wiper had been broken at the base.I emailed them immediately since we would be out of town and heard back saying theyd contact me the following business day. After a week of not hearing from them, I emailed again and then called. The person who answered said they would order the part and call us when it was in to replace it. They didnt ask any information almost as if they knew it got broken but didnt say anything. There wasnt an apology or anything. Hoping it gets fixed quickly and that the customer service this time around was a fluke

I recently was involved in an accident and the insurance it fell under was Geico. Geico quickly reached out and informed me Collision Centerz was an approved repair location. I showed up for my appointment and Collision Centerz was ready immediately to inspect my truck and informed me it would take about 4 days. I left and had to get something out of my truck about 15 minutes later and when I went back, they had already taken my truck apart and were moving forward. I was very impressed that they were so prompt. Were true to the word on delivery time and they did a great job. Thanks!

I was in an accident and this location was in Geicos repair network. I am glad they were because they took my car and very quickly repaired it so it looks like I was never even hit. They were up front about what it would take and kept me in the loop of where it was in the process and even when they had to order something new to make sure it all looked right. If I ever need a service like this again I will make sure they are the first people I call!

I had this company fix my car because of an accident that had happened and was said to have been an act of God they were able to get my car fixed and back to me within a week. Loved the job they did and for their customer care service towards me as a customer. My insurance has a contract with them and I was pleased with both of them for helping me.

We brought our car in after a collision and were so impressed with their speed, quality and service. Recently we went back to them for a smaller fix on our car and were delighted with the amazing customer service they provided. We were so impressed that we wanted to come an leave a review.

Very quick and excellent work.

Messed up the rear bumper on my 2020 Nissan Rouge. Took it to them to get it fixed. After a few days the bumper was coming lose from the body. Took it back to get it fixed. Was told they corrected the problem but within a few days it was lose again.Took it back a third time still not right. Come to find out it is the bumper its self. Now I cant get a answer as to what they are going to do about it. I paid $500.00 plus what insurance company paid.

They did an excellent job on fixing the dent in my Buick!

At the right angle a small portion of the the dent is still visible. I had to return my car to have handle connected. Rear door drivers side. Customer service is not that friendly at all.

Jeff helped handle my car. He was great to work with! When I went to drop it off for repair, they had me in and out with a rental car in 10 min! They communicated well with the completion of my car. Picking up my car was just as easy as drop off. They even vacuumed and washed my car. Great experience. Would highly recommend

This is the second vehicle I brought here and disappointed both times. Don’t be fooled. A 5 day repair turned into a month! And I had to bring it back 3 times after repairs were made. Then they failed to return my specialty Lexus lug nut for my tires! Be prepared to return often after repairs. Don’t count on their timeframe. Boo.

Had my car in for some body work from an accident and they did a good job but in the process made a small paint chip on the passenger side. I mentioned it to Jeff one of the office managers and he said they would fix the problem and make it right. He didn’t excuses or anything. I brought my car back in a few weeks later and they fixed the problem free of charge and did a great job. They even vacuumed out my car. Great customer service and quality work.

My auto insurance sent me to this location after my vehicle was rear ended late last year. First, this center tried to give my vehicle back without the interior electrical system working (no dash lights, interior roof lights or visor lights and the sunroof wasnt working). Took another 2 weeks to get my car back with this fixed, and it came back with broken pillars, 4 clips unsecured under the roof (had to have someone else fix this as they just rattled around constantly and sounded like scraping metal) and missing parts to the trunk area. There is still caulking or glue on parts of my car, one even being a tail light. The center replaced my hatch decals but applied them backwards and they never ordered the back windshield wiper cover despite promising to do so several times. I have since had to have the wiper itself repaired twice now. Semi-friendly staff but not worth the headache or level of care they put into fixing vehicles. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this center for body work repairs.

I Really like this John Chevalier Collision Centerz, I have used them for the last 13 years for fixing used car as we get car that have damage that a customer wants fixed. They actually painted my grand piano, and it turned out amazing!

Absolutely disrespectful. Overpriced and cheaply fixed. If youre thinking of using their service, I HIGHLY recommend going someplace else.

Fast, friendly service! The quality of the work is excellent.

The short story: They returned it to us in worse condition. We are now having a competent mechanic fix the problems they caused.The long story: My car was damaged in an accident. The insurance said this place was a one-stop-shop, so out of convenience we went here. The front office was great, but when I was handing over the keys to the mechanic, he looks it over and says Were those dents in the hood always there? I shrugged awkwardly, smiled and said I dont know. I just know the bumper will need to be replaced and that the horn no longer works. Thats the main concern. (The dents he mentioned are minor so I really dont care.) he started saying Well Im not gonna fix that hood and... And he keeps going on and on like Im trying to con him out of something. 9A week later we get our car back and they did NOT fix the horn, so we had to take it back to them. A short while later our car breaks down. Took it to a competent mechanic and he said Collision Centerz messed up big time. Now our insurance has to pay for the new guy to fix this places mistake. What a headache.

These guys are good! They got me in ASAP and got my Sequoia fix perfectly and fast. Good as new. They even got it done faster then they said. The rental car was waiting for me when I pulled up and the paperwork was fast and easy. I will take any future auto body needs to them for sure! Thanks guys!

We have Gieco for our insurance. They had us go through this place. We had quite a bit of work done. They were super slow and had to push back the date a few times. Not a huge deal since we had a rental. When we got our van back, the body work looked great on first inspection. They had to replace a quarter panel where the gas cap is and removed the gas cap and replaced it with one that doesnt hang connected to the car. Not life changing but a little annoying. The weather strip on the van door isnt installed correctly either. So sometimes when we close the door with the automatic button the weather strip gets in the way and the door opens back up. They also got a smidge bit of paint on the sliding door window. The paint color is great and the problems we have you cant see easily from the exterior. Next time we will probably chose somewhere else to have body work done if we get the choice.

If they are not respectful enough to wear masks when people come in, I am not sure how much I can trust them with my vehicle.

The person who hit me had insurance that scheduled me here. They were able to get me in quick, gave me a rental car covered by the insurance, and had it fixed in just a couple days. Staff was super friendly and I got text/email alerts letting me know the status of my repairs.To top it off they washed my car for me. Highly recommend them!

Seemed to do a good job repainting the bumper of my car after fender bender. Nice to have the geico office right there too. Didn’t really have a choice when i came here for the repair, but I would recommend them based in my experience and would come back if need be in the future.

My SUV bumper was hit and damaged by a teenage driver. I got several quotes to have it fixed and John Chevalier was the lowest. I made and appointment and dropped my car off. Two hours later it was done and looked great! They gave my car a nice vacuuming and a wash too. Cant complain.

I recently had my car repaired by Collision Centerz. They did an amazing job! Everyone there was extremely nice! They were very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. They also called me with updates while my car was being fixed. When I got my car back it looked better than when I dropped it off! I will definitely recommend them!

Dropped it off over a week ago and its still not done. Apperantly its been in assembly for 4 days. Shouldnt take that long to put a door pannel and fender on...and they cant give me a official time i can expect it to be done. Im sure the quality is good, but this repair was only supposed to take 3 days and its been 8 now.

This was a great experience from start to finish! Communication with Jeff was amazing. They started and finished on time. They handled all of the work with my insurance company. I didnt even need an appointment (all the other shops insisted) to get the initial estimate. Being in a accident stinks, so it sure was nice to keep things simple and fast to get my vehicle fixed. The body work on my car is great. I was skeptical at first not going to a dealer but they really did a great job! You can not even tell it ever happened. Appreciate them paying attention to the details and making sure everything was correct placing.

Person that hit me had geico so we went with their place which was here. They were just not professional. Hardly said a word to me. Said sign this. Lets go look. I need the key. That was it. Then Yelled at my son for touching a car they have inside which i get its a nice car but its not their place to yell at my son. Then he calls says its done says there hours and hangs up. Go pick it up and the lady at the desk hardly says a word as well. Just rude. Bumper ooks nice but the guard under neath wasnt even hooked on properly. Both edges were hanging down. Just not a place that makes you feel comfortable leaving your car with. My husband had to take his truck their a few years ago and it was even worse for him. Hoped it got better but it didnt.

I was updated twice a week during the process by friendly and knowledgeable people. The vehicle was even detailed when I got it back! Overall i had a possitive experience. My only complaint was that my car was in their shop for a little over a month, but it was their busy season so it was understandable.

Ill say one good thing about this place: the staff acted friendly. Otherwise, I would not recommend it to anyone. Before I turned my keys in to have my right side mirror replaced, they couldnt give me a clear indication about whether or not the replacement parts they would be using would be after-market or OEM. When I asked, they responded with Its a toss-up.Part of the repair package I asked for included a car wash and interior detail. IF my car was washed, it was done poorly (water spots), and they may OR may not have performed the interior detail.Upon picking up my car, I tested my new mirror to make sure its heating element and blind spot camera worked. They did not work, and my cars display screen indicated that further programming was needed. I walked back in to ask why the work wasnt complete, and they told me I had to take it to a dealership in town to have it programmed, and that they would pay for said programming. After taking my car to the dealership, it wasnt until after the programming was completed that I found out Collision Centerz would not pay for the programming cost ($100), even though they told me they would. I found this to be a lack of integrity, and it was not appreciated.I understand how stressful it can be, needing body work done on your car. However, I highly encourage people to shop around for a body shop before they opt for Collision Centerz.

My wife dinged the fender of our Explorer and after being told by 4 auto-body shops that we would have to replace the entire side of the car we finally found John Chevalier Collision Centerz. They told us that we would only have to replace the damaged portion. I appreciate the fantastic job that they did (it looks like new) and I greatly appreciate their honesty and integrity. I highly recommend them!

This is the third time I have used these guys and I have always recommended them to my friends and family. They work with the insurance company for a flawless fix every time!

Insurance company of the person that hit our brand new car sent us here to get it fixed. Told us to just stop in when we had time. Person at the desk wouldn’t even look at our vehicle. Told us to “come back in a few days, because we are to busy.” and wouldn’t even offer a better time other than come back in a few days. Can’t believe the lack of customer service. Will never take my vehicle here or refer anyone to this establishment.

Took my truck in to get some scratches buffed out. Work was on time and as promised, looks great. They even detailed the truck, inside and out. Very impressed! They even cleaned my kids car seats!

Best place on the planet!!! Honest, and put customers before their needs. Wrecked my car on a trip away from home. Instead of making me wait for days so they could make the $5000 fixing it, they got my car road worthy FOR FREE and sent me home to my family. Hard to find honest people in the car business but these people are just that!!!

Had Ogden towing took my Explorer here with the key in the middle console sat for a week unknowingly the car was locked. Didnt let me know I needed to bring my other keys in till I called in to see how long it was going to take. Then when I went to pick up I asked them where my 2 keys were, they shrugged it off idk we never seen 2 keys...it was the towing company not us....then when my husband took it for a test drive, the car my a loud grinding noise (on the side it was crashed) when you turned. Took it back in and they said that it was because of wear an tear of how many miles where on the vehicle (124,000). Then they said take it over to ford an see if they can tell if its because of the accident. We did and it was. Then took it back to the collision center they refused to fix it.Just went home inspected our car a little more it literally looks like they just slapped it together. The grill an light has big gaps it doesnt even line up with the hood of the car... We ended up taking it to Ford an they told us this is unacceptable how put together this car is. Now the insurance company is having to pay out more because the collision didnt do the job they were paid to do... I will never recomend anyone to go here or will I ever take a vehicle here.

I have worked with these guys several times. They are 100% about keeping me up to date on the repair. They always under promise to over deliver and I love that. I wouldnt trust my car any where else.

I got my front bumper replaced and painted. The bumper looks fantastic and the color match is spectacular. 👍🏼👍🏼 I will be coming back for all my future body work needs.

Please do not go to this place. Very bad experience. The vehicle had a broken window after the repairs and they were saying that it was like that before I took it there. They ended up fixing it because they found out that one of this techs had broken it. Repairs took way long and they are really rude, specially Jeff and the front lady.

UPDATE: I talked to the owner John and told him how upset I was with the service and the fact that my car still wasn’t fixed. He apologized and told me to give him a chance to make it right, he did, that’s why I changed my rate, but I did keep it at 3 stars because still not impressed with the customer service, just thankful John made it right.They told me it would take a week to fix my car which was fine I had made arrangements to use a family members car. Not once during that week did they call me to keep me updated on my car or what was happening I had to call every time and every time I did call they were so rude. They had to keep my car for an extra week because they didn’t get parts that were correct for my car and then broke a part while putting it back together. I asked to talk to the manager and he was not helpful whatsoever, he had just as much attitude as the rest of the employees. Very rude and very unprofessional to me on the phone and in person, awful awful awful service stay away from this place!

My car was damaged by a hit a run. My insurance said this was the closest place to get an estimate, so I came here. The staff were cordial, but very inflexible. When my car was ready to be picked up, it was a Friday and I was stuck on the freeway for an hour and a half. When I called to ask if they could stay a few minutes longer and that I was literally stopped on the freeway, the front desk lady told me she couldn’t wait for more than 5 minutes past 5pm. Needless to say, I didn’t get there in time. I had to wait until Monday, so I went in on Monday. When I got there, the dent was fixed, but they had taken my driver door apart and left parts to the inside of my door on my passenger seat. Of course they fixed it, but I didn’t expect to have something broken after having my car fixed The only good thing I can say is they own up to their mistakes, but their customer service is severely lacking.

Took my car here through my insurance for damage done to the sunroof and hood. Everything was taken care of by my insurance via email and these guys never called once. They also never warned me about when it was going to be towed when it was totalled out by the insurance. So I lost a lot of my stuff from my vehicle.

Not only can I not recommend this repair shop to anyone, but I can also honestly say that I have never had such a terrible experience with any of the numerous other repair shops I have dealt with over the years.My vehicle was towed to Collision Centerz for a repair estimate and was not only returned over a week later (with absolutely NO communication for a week), but was returned with a dead battery. Luckily I do have access to a battery charger and was able to reset my vehicles radio and electrical systems (my vehicle is a hybrid), but this was a significant inconvenience to me and I was very unimpressed that a repair shop would return a vehicle to its owner in worse condition than that in which they received it. The representative I spoke to afterward did apologize for the battery being dead and attempted to give me reasons as to why such was the case (The doors probably just got left open, as if I was unaware that leaving your doors open will drain your cars battery), but the best she did to make it up to me was that she said that any cost I incurred would be reimbursed in full. This carelessness is why I told them that I cannot recommend Collision Centerz or any of their people to anyone, and why I am writing this review now.

Very poor job, trim wasn’t attached back on properly. Body lines didn’t match, clear coat had drippings. Bumper could see see scratches just painted over.

They always do a good job I have taken 2 vehicles there and have been very pleased.

Took my car in to get the bumper replaced. Went to pick my car up and there was damage to the rear driver side, they are dining it was them even though we did a walk thru and the damage was reported. Will keep this posted. Will never recommend this place. Go somewhere else. Also the manager is unfriendly and rude. Nothing good about this place

Stauffers tow company came out to fix my flat and dropped my car. Stauffers had it taken here to repair the damage done by the tow truck driver when he dropped it from the jack to the concrete. Little did I know about the relationship they had with each other. Told me the the reason my car would not start was because of the bad battery. Come to find out this week that when they supposedly looked at the alternator they stripped wires, broke connectors, and cost me an extra $300 just in that repair work alone. Better business bureau will be contacted about this service.

Had my car transfered here after an accident bc they are a State Farm authorized body shop. It was declared a total loss on March 7th. Nobody is answering their phone for me to release vehicle for the 4th time (all 4 times i spoke to someone on the phone and was assured this would be taken care of) so the insurance cant cut a check for what is owed...Their mailbox is full so even calling after hours to leave a message is impossible!

Was quoted an outrageous price to fix my vehicle. You should go to JJ auto body in ogden instead. Youll save hundreds if not thousands.

No attention to detail or customer service! I had to bring my car back 2 times because them mismatched the color an left paint runs. The second time they left my car outside unlocked for anyone to get into. They then told me that they are not responsible for what happens to vehicles on their lot, even when they are being worked on and they have the keys! AVOID THIS PLACE!
