My bumper kept detaching from the fender. Fixed it a couple times with zip ties and clips. Went to a couple Dealerships, one said I needed a new bumper the other was booked out for over a month and sent me to Young Service & Collision on Wilson Ln in Ogden. Holly had it fixed in less than 10 minutes after asking if it was ok to glue it in place. Im overjoyed having it fixed that quick and easy after tinkering with it and not being willing to pay for a different bumper. Thank You!

I recently had to take my Impreza in due to an accident. After the repair and getting the care back, I noticed a strange noise when braking. I spoke with Kenneth and he was great at helping me get another rental, and my car back to the Young Subaru dealership for testing. Kenneth promised me he would personally test the car before I picked it up. After the repairs were completed, I picked my car up yesterday and it drives beautifully. I am grateful for their professional service and not quitting until the problem solved.

Kenneth aka Ken aka Kenny is quite literally the best mechanic/service technician that I have ever worked with. Kenneth, Holly and his team are professionals through and through and above all else they KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Im such a novice at collision repair, Thank you for insurance :), as such I leave it to the Subject Matter Experts in fields/industries where its better to pay for the high quality service then attempt to fix or diagnose on your own. IMOMy new outback was recently damaged by yours truly and was going to costs thousands; but thankfully I was fully covered by Geico (Tip of Day: if you pay for cheap insurance rates; expect to get hassled with if you ever have to open a claim...Geico is top notch!) and Kenneth and his team took it from there.They kept me informed each step along the way and they kept a detailed log of work performed along with high resolution images! I mean cmon who does this? They are so proud of their work and it shows! Kenneth even took the additional steps to ensure all painting matched perfectly back to OEM specs even though he didnt have to; its the quality of their work that shines and a attitude of attentiveness to detail is key to meeting and in my situation; exceeding my expectations.In closing; Kenneth and his team back up all their work with a lifetime guarantee. I had a minor accident in my car and needed to shop to take my car to. My insurance gave me three body shops to take my car to. I picked this one because it had a 4.8 star review here on google. I thought this shop would be a safe one to take it to. Man, was I wrong. There was several issues with the shop. The first thing was, the shop took longer than they promised and the communication was very poor. I was the one calling them instead of them calling me. The second thing was they didn’t fix it properly. My bumper needed to be replaced and when they replaced it, it wasn’t lining up correctly. Long story short, I wasn’t satisfied with the quality of the repair and had to leave it another two days for them to take it all apart and redo it again. In the process of them doing that, they found another part that had been damaged from the accident that they did not notice or replace and this is what was causing the problem of the bumper not lining up. With the quality of the repair, and having to leave it another two days for them to take it all apart and redo it again I’ve been very disappointed in this shop. The other couple things were a fog light was replaced and it wasn’t working because it wasn’t plugged in. They also left some pliers in the engine and the brand new bumper that they had put on had noticeable marks on it from something they had not done correctly. So when I came to pick it up the manager John went to personally buff out the imperfections that they left behind. I appreciate his efforts, but with the lack of communication, quality of repair, and the several days later of my car finally being returned to me. I would never ever go here again or recommend them to any of my friends.

Brent Stephens took amazing care of me and my car after a horrible experience with Abra. John was knowledgeable, honest and kind. He answered any questions I had abs made sure my car was safe and better than before for me and my young family. Thet were fast and witty my repairs and helped me get my tie rod replaced after the tow company bent it. The Gal at the front desk was great to work with as well. She was upfront with me about everything and made sure to return my calls timely and made me feel like I was a priority. She had me advice on my nightmare claim and made sure my car was looked at before everyone left for the holiday. I will be referring everyone I know here.

This place is amazing. They go out of there way to make sure its done right. I trust know one else but these guys.

Work was done well, however not all my parts were attached when payment rendered. Had to go back again for the running to be attached. No phone call, daughter noticed it missing on passenger side where work done. How do you miss a running board that is more than six feet long? Repair bills are what they are but no consideration for customers time ($$) in having to go back during working hours. I am sure this is an exception to the rule but it is worth noting. Assume nothing, check and verify your bill! Will go back.

Crashed my truck. Took to Brent Stevens auto body by Loves Towing. Excellent service from Ron Boweter with the towing company and excellent service from Mindy and the rest at the body shop. Happy with the repairs and service. Hopefully no more crashes but these people were superb. Thanks to everyone.

Seemed to do a decent job on our minivan. There was some extra parts that were broken off during the repair process and after we brought it to their attention, after we had already picked it up, they made it right and ordered the parts in and replaced them with no extra charge to us.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They fixed the truck quicker than expected and it looks perfect! I would highly recommend using their service.
